I wanted to buy my own birthday present and it had to be a quality niche gourmand. There were two options: either Kerosene’s unknown pleasures or this Cookiecrunch from Coquillete, which is unknown to me as a brand.
For Unknown Pleasures there are many reviews available. For Cookiecrunch there’s only comparisons here with Unknown Pleasures and 1 review on YouTube. Since the Cookiecrunch was slightly less expensive I decided to go for this one. However I cannot compare to UP.
OMG, what an amazing gourmand scent this is!! It starts off with a blast of citrus/lemon. The opening scared me a bit; I was afraid that this would be it. But no… after about 10-15 the sweet notes really come to life and I start experiencing a delicious cookie fragrances, reminding of a lemon icecream cone. I absolutely love it!! Very, very happy with my birthday present. Afterwards I went for a birthday icecream with my little one, for lunch!! Cheers!
