LOVE this.
This scent is a blast of sweet coconut, and vanilla with just a hint of peach. The tiare is very noticeable, followed by ylang-ylang. The floral aspect seems to project quite a bit as the scent develops. I never loose the coconut.
I see it is being compared as similar to Mancera’s other offering called Holidays, which I also own. They are different, different enough to own both as well. They are both very nice.
Coco Vanilla is more gourmand and sweet. Holidays has a similar quality, but a big dose of fresh, aquatic vibe to it and is not quite as sweet.

Very nice scent for those who love coconut and vanilla notes, but it’s quite delicate and fresh, it embraces softly like a cashmere scarf. People liked it on me after spraying in the duty free, OMG.

This is Manceras version of Aloha Tiare from Comptoir Sud Pacfique. It’s more refined than the original counterpart but close enough to jog my memory of wearing Aloha Tiare a lot in my 30s

Mancera has this tendency of I love it but I think it reminds me of something else, then ohh it’s interesting, then I hate it cause it’s plasticish, then hmm I think I really love it, omg I need to get more of it cause Im in LOVE kind of thing going for it. I’ve tried several of the fragrances and they’re all have this kind of vibe, first you hate it then you cannot live without it and it’s addicting and you love it and want it all over you. My first fragrance with mancera was Roses Vanille, I thought it reminded me of something and in the beginning I loved it, then I was like it has a plastic vibe to it and Im not sure if I love it at all, then I was like OMG I’m so addicted to this it’s amazing, then I was like it’s unique and unforgettable I need to have a full bottle and I got a full bottle, Coco Vanille is the same. It really strongly reminds me of vanilla marble by Agonist, except its kind of a maverick. If the temperature is on the warmer side it will bring out more coconut which I do not really like, but if the temperature is on the colder side it will bring out more white flowers and a gentle vanilla. Beautiful fragrance, very long lasting, very unique, and it takes a special nose to appreciate it.

I am usually a fan of Mancera but this one didn’t really impress me. I found it to smell synthetic and a little like plastic. Also, it didn’t last very long on my skin.

This smells like… ehmh… coconut and vanilla. It’s pretty heavy (especially in the beginning) and yet it feels totally out of place in the middle of Nordic winter. It has a tropical beachy vibe resembling suntan lotion.
Coco Vanille is extremely sweet and the sweetness makes my nostrils tingle, but it smells nice in a somewhat generic way. Not really my thing, though. The performance is average after the huge opening blast.

I was hoping for more coconut in this perfume but the white floral notes dominated & were very strong. Coconut & vanilla were very faint in the dry down. Very good performance projected for 4-5 hours then a few more as a skin scent. Lovers of white floral notes will enjoy this. If you’re looking for coconut as I was it’s not really the one.
