I have a 10ml decant of Creed Millesime Imperial that I’ve been wearing for a few months, and after smelling Citron del Mar, there is absolutely no reason for me to ever re-buy the Creed.
I’m sure there must be *some* differences between Millesime Imperial and Citron del Mar, but if there are, you can only find them by straining very hard and being super discriminating. I keep sniffing them, one on each wrist, and I don’t detect a difference. Except in longevity, of course — Citron del Mar lasts several hours longer.
Citron del Mar smells of sweet fruits and salt water, it is light and refreshing, airy, and the salt does magical things to the fruity aroma.
Perfect summertime scent. After sampling it, I bought a full bottle, and I’ll be buying a few more for backup. You just never know when something this good is going to run out for good and become unavailable.
