Description

Another fragrance of the famous singer, which this time wears her name. The bottle of a seductive design and the outer box, both covered with black lace, are inspired by the dress that Marcel Rochas created for Mae West. Black lace, the bottle in a shape of woman’s body, and allusion to Marylyn Monroe, reflect the Christina Aguilera‘s new style of emphasized sexuality, which is according to her, the most important.

Aguilera announces a very feminine and seductive fragrance, components of which have a special meaning for her.

Jasmine reminds her of old Hollywood glamour, while blueberry scent of her honey moon in Bali. Exotic fruits cocktail of mandarin, peach, and blueberry in the top notes are replaced by the voluptuous notes of the heart: jasmine, lily of the valley, peony and ripe plum accords. The sensual base is created of musk, amber, and warm milky tones of sandal wood and vanilla.

It is available as 15ml0.5oz, 30ml/1oz, and 50ml/1.7oz Eau de Parfum, with matching body care products – body lotion, bath and deodorant.
Christina Aguilera was launched in 2007.

Weak and generic. It’s all but gone from my skin after less than 2 hours. I smell a little musk on my skin now, but earlier, I couldn’t pick out any distinct notes, and the perfume didn’t smell like anything in particular. Just a really cheap, generic “perfumey” smell. I’m pretty leery of trying any other Christina Aguilera fragrances after this one. This might be a good fragrance for people who are very sensitive to most perfumes. I used 6 sprays of this and still couldn’t detect a distinct smell.

Ok I’ve tried this one for the first time today. Soon after I’ve sprayed, I couldn’t scent hardly anything! Only if I sniff my arm very close.
I liked the smell in general . But is nothing special about really. Is pleasant but at the same time too generic.
I’ve decided, to once again buy the Naughty Remix from Britney instead ( as is now one of my very favourite).
I glad I did not buy the Christina one especially after reading some of the reviews here telling that how bad silage and bad staying power this perfume have.
My naughty remix lasts and lasts for hours with decent silage that’s why I’ve bought my third bottle just now because I don’t want to run out of it and is my new signature scent.
Plus have a more sophisticated smell to it even though is a celebrity one.

Not my cup of tea. To my nose this fragrance doesn’t feel balanced.
At first I sense a heady plum and musk. It’s sweet and stuffy. There is a bit of peony and fruitiness to it.After a while it settles down into a poudrey vanilla.
I do prefer the dry down.
I’m also not impressed by the longevity and silage

Very elegant scent, great for day and evening.
I mostly smell the plum note and the jasmine, peony notes. but like most of Christina’s perfumes, does not last very long.

This smells ok but it barely has any smell. It also has no sillage or longevity. People say this is cheap. Its not. $20 an ounce for something you have to constantly spray on is not a good deal. You can get a Dior or Lancome perfume for $20 an ounce. This is a no for me. Just like her other scents… They smell nice but its less than a body spray. Im done wasting my money on her line.

One of my fave original celebrity perfumes, very simple vanilla musk, i don’t recognise any of the smells above like fruits etc however i love vanilla so very happy with this and a repeat buy for me as its cheap!

I like this perfume a lot. When there’s a perfume i don’t like, i pass, it’s simple. Why pretend change formula?!! buy another one!

  8. :

Like a lot of the reviewers here, I wish that the fruit notes were toned down a bit, as they smother the florals. It’s not a bad fragrance, but it’s a bit boring because the sweet notes overtake almost everything else, making this fragrance quite linear.
Currants, berries and plum, with lots of vanilla and powdery non-distinctive floral notes – how many celeb fragrances use this blue-print?!. I detect a fruity tea note which adds a little bit of interest to the mix; I would have loved that note to have been more prominent.
The sillage and longevity isn’t good; fours hours max, and the fragrance goes close to the skin quickly.

This is my first time experiencing a fragrance by Christina and I chose this, because it’s her first one and usually the first is always the best. I expected a little more floral sweetness, more creaminess, but I feel a bomb of fruits instead. It’s a good perfume, feminine, but I wish they would reduce the fruit part a little and take advantage of the flowers more. I intend to try the Unforgettable eventually, but for now I’m exploring this one.

Ok.the pinapple really stands out. To me..its just mostly pineapple. Just hope they reduce the pinrapple a little bit more then it’ll be a very nice scent to me.

  11. :

Well executed. This is how it is done, the right amount of sweetness without it smelling cheap. This is what a lot of celeb scents struggle to accomplish.

I completely agree with vosmichelle in that there’s something that intensely reminds me of that “car smell” and not in a good way… headache inducing. It’s like a mish-mash of everything.

    A velvety vanilla-musk.

  14. :

    4 out of 5

Woah, this is really good! It’s a little classic, musky, fresh and warm. I’m getting jasmine, peony, sweet vanilla and amber. No black current or fruit, pineapple or much citrus. I’m not a huge fan of peony, in fact, I usually avoid it but here it just adds some freshness to sweet vanilla. The effect is almost like sandalwood but none is listed. If you see this at Shopper’s for $20 (where I grabbed mine) buy it without hesitation.

It makes me so naugious! But the smell is ok but there is something in there that reminds me of the smell of cars. It’s very strong.

This smells VERY similar to 5th Avenue NYC Limited Editon Elizabeth Arden for women. The only difference is that the Elizabeth Arden fragrance has a more crisp scent (probably because of its apple note) and a slightly powdery scent. I also find that the Christina perfume’s vanilla notes are more evident.

The first perfume I bought myself in 6th form. Loved it and in a way still do. I’ve moved on from it now partly because it didn’t last long, no more than an hour or me but overall it’s a sweet (not too sweet) florally perfume that is easy to wear on anyone I would imagine. My favourite celebrity perfume

  18. :

    3 out of 5

Notes in Christina perfume are very well blended and if I must single out one of them it would be plum. Plum enriched with musk which create softness, vanilla for a bit of aroma, tangerines sweetness, peony for a hint of freshness and jasmine presenting all known white flower classiness. In my opinion it is not a seductive scent, it is more like a scent for charismatic personality. Beautiful confident opportunist.

For those of you who enjoy this fragrance but find it to weak/close to the skin and short lived, well try and get your hands on a bottle of (discontinued)Vanderbilt Women.
VW happens to be also a little more complex.
What is my opinion on this scent ?
I find all CA fragrances pleasant, although I don’t think they are FB worthy (my personal taste of course).
They are easy to wear, feminine, they don’t “smell cheap”, but to my nose they are pretty main stream.
CA has cold florals ( peony usually ends up smelling cool and synthetic on my skin, as well as almost metallic… ) on one side and a lukewarm musky vanillic accord on the other.
It is only vaguely fruity, which is just as well because plum is far from being among my favourite notes.
A very good choice for day wear, and could be worn all year round.

Smells womanly, sexy and mature without being old ladyish. I’d wear this with confidence. Has a slight insense aroama. Probably best for girls who are 21+ as someone else younger would prefer something fruity.

A very agreeable jasmine, peach and vanilla fragrances that is inoffensive and safe buy for a young women/teen. This was my first perfume I bought for myself in high school and I really loved it. At the time my taste was very sweet. However smelling it now, I find it generic and there are many perfumes in the same market that smell similar.

What can get sexier than a corset? 😉
    The bottle is so cheeky.
I’m addicted to this, been wearing it a lot lately.
It’s probably my favourite perfume by Christina.
I love the sexiness & feeling it gives me!
Jasmine, vanilla, plum & PINEAPPLE is what I smell, can it get any yummier 😉
I appreciate the work Christina’s put into this.

This is my favourite celebrity scent.I find it very sexy and mysterious, but not too sweet or sickening, which I LOVE. If you’re looking for a nighttime perfume, that smells awesome this would work. But be prepared to reapply after 4 hours because the staying power is not the best.
Would I repurchase? Probably, if I’ll ever be short on money. The body lotion and the shower gel are 100% winners, will definitely get my hands on them .

I got this as a blind buy. I liked all of the notes and accords, so I had high hopes for it. But sadly, I have to admit it wasn’t quite what I was looking for. Not to say it is a bad scent, I like it, but I find it somewhat generic. To me, it smells a lot like Katy Perry’s Purr, which I also own and find pretty meh. But from an objective point of view, this perfume is soft, warm, creamy, light, with a bit of powdery musk. It makes me think of a fluffy vanilla infused cloud. I don’t really smell the fruits in it that well and don’t get any of the plum, which is what I was looking for. It’s also not “fresh” smelling by any means… well.. I guess it can be sort of fresh in a laundry that just came out of the dryer sort of way, but it’s not a sharp or soapy fresh. It is has a cuddly and cozy vibe, like snuggling up in a soft blanket. Maybe I will wear it to bed because it is kinda dreamy… ok.. by the way I describe it, it sounds like I really like it. But it is still generic smelling to me. Maybe it will grow more on me, but originally I was hoping for something with either more plum or more fresh.

    The 100 Days Challenge – Day 17:
This is a perfume with balance and sense of self-restraint: a performance right in the middle of the complexity-simplicity spectrum. Creamy and almost touchable, Christina’s scent sings soulfully of Old Hollywood opulence with an intense floral that shades into the warmth of a vanillic, black currant infusion. Atemporal and modern altogether. Not quite a “¿Voulez vous coucher avec moi?” kind of approach but still a tantalizing formula. Well done, Christina!
    Today’s word: Now.

Soft jasmine & peony infused vanilla musk. The fruity notes only linger during the first half hour and after that, hm… so nice. After a while the scent even develops a somewhat fresh and masculine note, not sure though where this comes from. A reviewer below stated that this smells like expensive conditioner (or lotion) and that’s so true! If that’s a negative or positive thing is up to style and preference but I feel very well put together and clean while wearing this. A “I want to hug you and snuggle close” scent!

Christina Aguilera is hands down my all-time favourite celebrity perfume. To me it is unlike anything you expect from a celeb scent.
I love everything about it – the smell, the bottle, the.. oh wait.. My only issue with this perfume is its longevity! It lasts on clothes but evaporates into thin air on my skin within an hour. There is little sillage which is so unfortunate as I want everyone (including myself) to enjoy this heavenly scent!
If anyone knows of a perfume like this one, please let me know! The only perfume I have smelled any resemblance of is Hypnotic Poison, but don’t take my word for it as it’s only a slight resemblance!

This was a blind buy for me. It wasn’t very expensive so I took the risk. This is a really difficult perfume to describe. All the elements are there, buried deep down, that I like. It is warm, dark, deep and powdery but so,so weak. I have tested this a few times now (to give a fair review) and the longevity is very poor on me. Within the hour it starts to fade away to nothing. I can’t believe this is an EDP, I have body sprays that last longer than this. I don’t like writing negative reviews but this perfume could have been so much better. I don’t know a lot about the lady herself but I know a couple of her songs and she has such a powerful voice. I thought this might be reflected in her perfume with some strength of the smell but it is so weak. However, I don’t hate it and I will wear it. I think it would be nice for Autumn on a day I can keep reapplying, if I am at home or not doing anything special. I wanted to try By Night but I will have a read of the reviews first to see if there are any longevity issues with that one too. I know we are all different but I have never had a perfume fade so fast, whether it be a EDP, EDT or body spray.

Deleted my previous review confused about this perfume. I have finally made my mind up about this one. L O V E
Christina is up there with Britney in regards to celebrity perfumes that always deliver and smell divine. Christina Aguilera signature is no exception, this is beautiful.
Christina Aguilera has three dimensions to it. Fruity, sweet floral and musky. It opens with some pretty intense blackberry and jasmine, the jasmine lingers and mixes ever so well with the peony which makes the scent turn very sweet, an aquatic spin on it. Finally, it fades rather quickly to a musky vanilla.
I bought CA during the end of summer, it worked but it lacked. It evaporated after an hour. However, wearing this during the winter, every day as a signature scent I can really get to enjoy this one! Forever repurchase, even though the longevity is still lacking, I love it too much.

I must say that i judged this perfume too fast. I sprayed it on the test strip and found it too boring. Today i decided to test it on the skin, because i was thinking in buying it as a gift to a friend who likes tropical florals. Well, i must say that i am impressed.
It is classy, glamorous, sunny and actually quite complex.
It starts with a burst of tropical fruits, followed by jasmine and than Vanilla. A very elegant choice for the Summer, specially on tropical regions.
Christina did a good job on this one.
    P.s: Sillage is impressive too.

When I was a little girl, my friend had it and we used to think, it’s super classy best scent ever.
Now, it seems quite musky and even masculine to me.
I think it’s still quite good scent. Starts off fruity, after some time changes into complex and musky fragrance.
Not sweet, quite a grown up scent.
Christina Aguilera’s scents are quite nice, I must admit.

This was my very first parfume ever. I have always been attracted to fresh and sweet smells and this was the first one I fell in love with and begged my mom to buy it for me.
Whenever I wear this I feel confident, I get lots of nice comments about it and as soon aas its empty I run to the store to buy a new bottle haha.

I am a manager in a fragrance department, and this is a go-to recommendation from me. I absolutely adore this smell. Juicy fruits and jasmine wrapped in a warm, delicious cloud of vanilla. It is feminine, soft, classy and packs a generous sillage & longevity… for $14.99 AUD?

  36. :

In my opinion this is the best perfume by Christina Aguilera. It smells expensive.

I dont like Christina Aguilera, but I got this perfume as agift. I didnt have high hopes or anything. What a good surprise!!!. It has a very original scent and longevity and sillage are amazing!.
I smell it more floral than fruity.
Is a very affordable fragance, for a every day use and it has a great smell. Would definitely buy another bottle once I finish the one I have.

On me, this started sweet, but ended very powdery and floral,I didn’t like it but thought maybe it could be just a laying around the house type scent… I wore this to go cuddle one day and my guy said, “you smell like an old lady!”… I gave it away

  40. :

This is a sweet vanilla blueberry scent. It smells a bit like hair conditioner, like soft sweet peony and fruity vanilla. It kind of smells a bit like the skin of grapes or the skin of blueberries to me. I like it, especially because the fruits avoid that overly sour candy element that many fruity vanilla celebrity scents have. It also lasts a good while, I sprayed it on a good 4+ hours ago and even got a compliment! There isn’t much to say about this, but it’s a nice soft, sweet, feminine and classy fragrance that is priced right. Check it out!

No he tenido la oportunidad de oler otra fragancia similar a esta, Lo único que puedo decir es que amo esta fragancia, es completamente frutal citrica y me invita a pasar mis vacaciones en la playa, dura mucho en la piel, y es perfecta para verano.

Lovely, my first perfume I bought myself in drugstore… 🙂 Nice, comforting, feminine and simple sweet scent.
I get only vanilla (a bit plastic and synthetic, but pleasant) with jasmine and plums, maybe some sour notes from citrus or black currant. I remember it was quite strong and last few hours on me. I like it and have a lot of pleasant memories joined with this fragrance.

This is for you and your boyfriend. The dry down is gorgeous but i can barely smell it 🙁 I might buy this and drown myself in it.

I like her beautiful bottle and the scent.. it does smell strange, but I love it. Some seductive powdery, some fruity(I smelled something like sour blueberries) and lots of soapy jasmine.
Overall scent very strange to my nose. Its not ‘fragrant like perfume’ but its sort of scent that I like. Somehow very similar to Manifesto by YSL except Manifesto a lot richer ans sweeter. But I like CA’s a lot more as it is more versatile and last longer on my skin. The base is gorgeous vanilla and powdery, soft and linear.
It help me concentrated better while working. So strange, again.

I always thought Christina was somewhet awful but now her fragrance is showing up in bargain bins I’ve decided to give it a chance.
This is such a surpise. It is actually a soft, almost unisex scent that is appealing at first but soon ends up veering into scented deodourant territory, but not in a bad way. The bottle is adorable and the little red sprayer dot is a cheeky touch.
Just a really nice fragrance to put on when you’re heading out for a casual stroll to nowhere in particular.

  49. :

This is a really gross smell. It smells like rancid vanilla. I don’t smell fruit, I smell headache-inducing, spicey, vanilla, musk, and leather. No thank you.

Having had a little spritz of this on my wrist today, the only way I can describe this is almost fizzy sherbet, then mellows down to a deep but lovely floral.

  51. :

I absolutely adore this one. Super easy to wear, it’s a simple and soft feminine fragrance. I like how it’s vanilla-y yet still fresh at the same time. When I’m running out the door for a casual event and don’t want to overthink it, this is the one I reach for. My only dislike is for the bottle, it looks a little cheap LOL. Anyhow, I’m on my second bottle already and will definitely repurchase!

This is probably one of my favorites. I’m a huge Aguilera fan so that was what first sparked my interest. It also brings me good memories so that makes me love it even more. I don’t get fruity from this scent at all. It smells very sophisticated and not like anything I have every smelled before. Great for the cold months. It’s warm and cozy. On me it will last all day. The silage isn’t too powerful as people around me usually don’t say anything but when I wear it I know I am wearing it.

I was surprised to see how many beautiful notes this fragrance has, since all I could detect was vanilla that dried down into a synthetic smell after ten minutes.

I’ve also had “inspire” and “royal desire” and i think this one is her best perfume so far (i haven t tried “christina aguilera by night” yet). It’s an affordable, fresh perfume-tangerine, peony and jasmine are marked out! I think it suits a teenager who s trying to find her signature fragrance! Anyway, not that type of smell that keeps you from losing interest.

    An all-time favourite of mine!
Sensual, sexy, classy, timeless, smoky and flowery…
Think black velvet, mist and shadows combined with a woman with silky-soft skin, the blackest of lashes, curly hair and kissable lips lying on a bed in her lace underwear with her high-heels on.
If you want to smell like a desirable WOMAN, this is it. Strongly recommended! Love to Xtina

  57. :

One of my favorites from xtina’s collection
It’s creamy , fruity, not too sweet
    But very very feminine!
The only bad thing about it
That it doesn’t last a long time on me

  58. :

    3 out of 5

I tested this for the first time today and my, what a pretty perfume. I detect plum, peony and a drizzle of black current on a blanket of vanilla- it is a very smooth fragrance. It is yummy, but it is slightly juicy also. It is a creamy fruity floral to the point its basically gourmand.
I can honestly say this is a skint scent; an intimate one at that. I would wear this if I were planning on getting intimate with a lover, it is oh so edible such a enchanting, mouth watering skin scent. It is tasty and teasing yet in a demure sensuous sort of way- it could never be cheap, even though some people are fooled into believing so, simply because of the price- I assure you, that is not true. I believe men will be very fond of this scent. Infact I believe this scent perfectly captures the scene of a woman in her boudoir and her vintage bath, pampering herself, making herself feel beautiful, waiting for her man coming home. This is why I believe it often smells of cosmetics and body lotions, this is not a bad thing you see, this is what this one is about, the process of enjoying making yourself beautiful.
The bottle matches the potion inside perfectly, the lace suggests intimacy but in a seductive sensuous pretty way, there is no showiness or gaudiness with the fragrance, it is no way cheap or tacky. It is far too creamy and beautifully blended to ever be anything other than divine. Men will love this on your skin, they will devour you. I will buy this one and I will save it for intimate times. Its a bonus that it is so cheap, because it certainly does not smell cheap.

A nice close to skin perfume which is feminine and not offensive. It smells a bit synthetic at the beginning dries down into a softer and comforting scent.
A little bit fruity and floral and soapy… The biggest problem with this scent is that it’s not original. Everytime I wear it,it reminds me of another perfume or perfumes. The opening reminds me of Little Black Dress and Cheap & Chic. As it dries down on my skin I detect La Petite Robe Noir.
It is nice in spring or summer when you don’t need anything special.

  60. :

    5 out of 5

I’m not sure what people are talking about when they say it doesn’t last. This is the first full day of wearing it and it’s about 4 PM and I put it on at 8:30 AM. I’m still getting whiffs of it sitting at my desk and I love it!
It’s pretty sweet, but the warm vanilla/amber really rounds it out so it’s not TOO sweet. I love it so much! I got it on a whim from FragranceNet on sale and I am so glad it worked out. I consider myself as a lover of the floral scents, but this fruity/vanilla smell is to die for. There’s a hint of something at the back of it that’s addictive, but still a familiar and comforting fragrance for the most part. I’m excited to test out her other scents because I’m majorly impressed with this so far! Very feminine with a hit of tigress 😉

    Just…meh.
The whole ad campaign is SUCH a blatant rip-off of Marilyn Monroe’s comment on Chanel No.5 in the 50’s. Kinda goes for Agularias whole “look”, actually. Once she wanted to stop being “Dirtty”, or whatever.
Who am I to lampoon her for trying old school Hollywood Glamour? Honestly I love the look, love Marilyn Monroe, and have heard Aguilera sing live and that girl has pipes, and she can put on a show.
But there is nothing unique or timeless about this perfume. Of course it will appeal to the masses, who can’t afford Chanel or “Code” by Christian Dior, or “The One” or “Lace the One” by Dolce and Gabbana.
However, while the previous perfumes will remain classics and be around for years, this generic-rip off will fill bargain bins next to Britney Spears frags (which honestly some of which I quite like. The Spears, not this one sadly.)
Pretty bottle and you can get it with the accompanying bag and body lotion on ebay very cheaply. But why? Why waste money on a generic, overly sharp fragrance (another reviewer used the terms “hairspray and alcohol”, and it could have been a bad tester I tried but I tend to agree. when you can get such great bargains on so many other beautiful, classic fragrances out there that you will WANT to own for years.
If I received as a gift, I may keep the bag and lotion, but such an obvious rip-off of luxury perfumes rather offends me the more I think about it honestly. So I would probably regift. The sheer amount of these floating around ebay for next to nothing would make selling pretty pointless :/
I don’t usually write such harsh reviews, but I’m just being honest. And a pretty lace bottle does not a timeless, sophisticated, or even sweet and gourmand frag make.

  62. :

    3 out of 5

well, what can I say? It’s nice, but not particularly distinctive,or original. It smells like something I have in my collection, but can’t quite place at the moment.
    Soft,slightly sweet,slightly fruity,sillage stays close,just bordering on moderate.Longevity is lacking,as it faded within 3 hours.Might have been sooner,but with it’s close sillage I barely noticed.
I got this very inexpensively online,so it wasn’t a huge loss, but for me,it’s not something I would repurchase. Good for work or other occasions where something safe and inoffensive is needed.
final verdict, safe, soft slightly sweet feminine scent, great for work, all ages could pull it off,and with its soft sillage, great for all seasons. 5/10 for me.

Perfume floral e oriental. Não gosto das notas cítricas.

One of my favourites! A really seductive fragrance, perfect for all occasions.
This can’t be offensive so you can use it during day and even in spring or summer. I think it is a must-have! This will be my next signature 😉

It starts off really nice. Very fruity, fresh and sexy but then it starts smelling a bit like dior’s hypotic poison and I just hate this play doh-like smell. yuck.

This comes across as a floral/soapy generic scent… but…. it’s a generic scent that I love! I can’t quite explain it. Just a nice every day smell. I normally love foody-gourmands and I adore By Night by CA. I can’t say the fruits or vanilla come out noticably on me in By Day, but overall its pleasant and wearable.

i dont think she will make a better perfume than this!
its original, it has alot of personality and is strong but not too heavy, it is a perfect mix!

Soft and feminine. I can really detect the plum notes, it’s a pleasant surprise compared to most celebrity fragrances. I won’t repurchase but it’s lovely.

I’ve loved this one so much when it first came out. I’ve used few bottles of it for sure. I still think it’s her best fragrance to date, cause the other perfumes she released can’t compare with this one. It was in my first year of UNI when I got the bottle, so I’ll always keep those first memories of being a student connected to this scent even though I do not own this fragrance anymore. Certainly one of the best celebrity perfumes out there.

I have to wear this one a few more times to do a real review, but from the start it reminds me a grown up version of La Petite Robe Noire without the incense. The plum reminds me a little bit of Midnight Fantasy (Britney), but the vanilla is darker on this one.

    Dear readers,
I went to try this perfume since I saw so many a reviews for it and nice advertisements.
I must say the bottle is very eye catching bottle with a vintage Spanish or French lace type design hugging the bottle it reminds me of something pin up beauty or admirer of it will own or a favorite tramp.
The scent however I was let down, I figured it will stand out from the crowed of cookie cutter young celebrity line of fragrances but there wasn’t a genie in a bottle to grant me the wish of owning a perfume of the new generation of celebrity fragrances but no the scent is very generic but warm , fruity and musky but a little skanky for my spoiled roman nose can take for me this is falls into the category of the generic, cookie cutter category of the wham bam thank you ma’am types of perfumes, is worth the original price ?, No, bargain store price ? Yes, is it good as a gift or to own?, falls into the twilight realm of perhaps, you see dear reader this scent belongs to the randy types if your body chemistry is compatible for such scent or that’s your game, then proceed but if you seek something with more charisma then seek elsewhere .

I have had this perfume on my “to buy” list for ages, but never ended up actually making it to the register with one. I really like it, but I kept re-shelving it, deciding to wait until I found it for a good price. I found it on clearance at Walgreen’s yesterday for underl $10!! The wait was worth it 🙂
Christina Aguilera by Christina Aguilera is a subtle, lovely, feminine fragrance. It is warm and stays close to the skin. Sometimes the top notes don’t work that well on me, but I think that depends on the weather. I have discovered from my multiple times testing that this works best on me in cool temps (fall/winter). I am glad to have welcomed CA to my perfume collection! It is definitely worth a shot if you are in the market for a simple, straightforward fragrance that could not possibly offend anyone, but at the same time avoids being boring.

I bought this about a week ago and really like it. i was trying to figure out a way to describe it fragrantica got it spot on. Fresh, Fruity, Floral. it then sweetens up once it settles on my skin and the Vanilla come out!
the problem is it doesnt last. over 1/4 of the bottle is gone already because i usually spritz up during the day. which i dont really want to be doing, but i like to smell good! 🙂

i smell the plum and the musk base, with a touch of fruitiness. but personally, the plum is what stands out. that being said, i really like it.
not for ‘signature’ purposes (although, who knows). But lately i’ve found myself craving a more elegant scent…. (the ones i wear now include the gucci guilty variations and chanel eau tendre). this really smells elegant and comfortable. by that, i mean its not something i want to scrub off, but it isn’t something i am obsessed with either.
bottom line, i’d wear this when i want to smell like a grown woman, effortlessly sexy.
