Very surprised by this. As someone who often finds men’s scents to be nice, sexy even, but overall a bit same-y, this has become one of my favourite every day scents.
A little bit of sweetness from the anise, but nothing but soothed out, otherwise scratchy, spices like cardamon & nutmeg. Just a really lovely scent.

Two sprays to the chest, and I could barely smell anything! I do like what I smelled, as I don’t get any lavender (a personal preference) and there’s a nice balance among the dominant notes. The “freshness” aroma chemicals are not so obvious as to be irritating, either. After about five hours I layered another scent underneath it. This scent might work if I sprayed around 5 times so I’ll have to try that next time, but if that doesn’t work then I’ll likely move it out.

It has a moderate longivity. It performs well in spring weather.

This smells like a lighter and better (more wearable) version of Versilia Vintage Ambra Mediterranea Profumi del Forte.
I think I paid around $250 for the Versilia, and I got the Chopard for around $40.
Just my opinion of course, but I seriously couldn’t stand Versilia. I can actually wear Chopard, and feel good while doing so. For me, amber is just fine as long as it isn’t overpowering.

An ordinary perfume,nothing special.
Almost pleasant, almost clean, almost fresh, almost woody, almost sweet.I thing the word that characterize Chopard pour Homme is a big ALMOST and of course not a statement.
Longevity and projection in average level.
kuropatka – :
This is good cologne like “Kenzo Pour Homme” and some “Aramis” line … strong and overwhelming, not warm, not kind, and not even evoking. I don’t recommend it to whom looking for special colognes.
Longevity and projection are good.

The epitome of average/ordinary/mediocre.
Does the world need such things?
gang6ter – :
Nothing special.v ordinary fragrance! don’t expect more! it’s like 80th series perfumes. for its price it is good: 50 ml for: 13 euro.
average sillage & longevity
update ::: I really like the drydown of it !! something between : nutmeg & amber.
Slajt7 – :
If you like Dirty English, Davidoff Adventure, Polo Double Black, Ralph Safari or Beckham Intimately, I recommend Chopard homme.
I think this is actually very nice. The first spray didn’t surprise me at all, I expected the generic tang, but I was pleased at the dry down. The 3 spices (pepper, nutmeg and cardamom) will remind you of Polo double black.
I found the 30ml for $19, so couldnt help but pick it up just for a little bargain. Its not the best with projection but it’s still nice to wear.

Blind purchased this based on solely my instinct and the love for the brand. I do like the scent actually. It’s a typical oriental woody fragrance. It’s sweet, warm, rich and inviting. It’s a nice balance of spices and woods. It’s kinda like Lanvin Arpege Homme, which I also enjoy. The price is great and it’s a good choice for a cool evening or fall/winter season.
AlexRFF – :
Uhhhh, hate it! it’s strong and undefinate. Not my type of fragrance at all as its hurting my nose whilst testing it.
dukalis – :
What a great Cologne,in my skin last for more than SIX hours. Very masculine
Smelling .Woody and Spicy , very casual
Another good one for colection. I recomend it
sanya_123 – :
This is a pretty solid woody fragrance. Longevity and projection are pretty good. This won’t exactly make you stand out from all the other colognes but it does have a presence. Chopard Pour Homme is a good cologne for someone looking for a stable everyday scent.
tanf94 – :
This is a warm, safe fragrance choice. This is ideal for casual use or for the workplace. I liked the mix of spices, woods and herbs. It has a peppery dry down with a musk undertone. The only downside I have with this is it doesn’t last very long on my skin….it stays very close indeed. 5/10
hollapetop – :
Tried this one today – it is like a lot of other woody/herby fragrances. It has good longevity (It has so far outlasted the Cerruti pour Homme I often wear). It is the sort of fragrance I really like.
Dimonmix – :
Yes…I like the scent but it’s not good longevity !
unsubrott – :
an average scent for office wear, not elegant. you will feel cool and comfortable with this one. has good longevity, about 6 hours.
