Description

The house of Chloe had returned to the perfume market with a rose scent simply called Chloe Eau de Parfum. The fragrance was launched in 2008 after which the flankers followed: Eau de Parfum Intense from 2009, Chloe Eau de Toilette from 2009, Chloe Rose Edition from 2011 and Chloe L’Eau from 2012. Roses De Chloe, the new version, appears in 2013. It is celebrating 50 years of existence of this house.

Gentle and graceful, the new fragrance tries to capture a walk down the Parisian rose gardens. It includes fresh notes of bergamot at the beginning of the composition, developing into essence of damask rose accompanied by magnolia that gives a modern touch. After that, white musk and amber linger on your skin.

It is available as 30, 50 and 75 ml Eau de Toilette.

This is the best Rose scent I’ve ever tried! Will always have a bottle of this. If a scent doesn’t have enough rose I sprits this on and it becomes a masterpiece.

I must agree that Chloe Roses de Chloe is a masterpiece. Just enough green notes to make it smooth and easy to wear. If you have only one rose, this would be the choice. That’s about it.
The bottle is so precious. Love that ribbon; it adds femininity without being too cute.

Simply the best rose scent ever. I’ve tried Chloé perfums due to their reputation but none of them were for me – except this masterpiece. True soft wonderful rose, nothing else. No soapiness, no vintage feeling (aka granny’s scent), but lovely, romantic, bright rose.

Red, red rose and green, green grass. This is the best fragrance I’ve experienced in 10 years. The problem: it only smells like that for 5 minutes. Disappears completely within an hour. Arrgh!

It’s a beautiful, light rose scent. Very feminine. It is not offensive and appropriate to wear around crowds as long as you don’t over spray it. I saw another reviewer say that it was discontinued, however, as of posting this, it is not. I believe that reviewer meant Chloe Rose Edition.
This is the first conventional fragrance I have bought a full size of. I’d absolutely wear it to work or the store. I am a huge fan of rose scents, and I only wish that this one lasted longer.

My all-time favorite! Unfortunately, I was at a Chloe store today and the SA mentioned that it has been discontinued. 🙁

My favorite Rose. Grown up, not cloying. Doesn’t make you think of Grandma. I can’t smell the musk at all. However, i cannot smell it in less than an hour. If anyone has suggestions for a longer lasting similar scent, please share.

    A lovely, cheerful rose fragrance.

Similar to the Original a bit more transparent and pink floral (rose) twist and there,s a hint of sour granny smith apple still fresh and soapy but less sharp than the oriental Original and not that green
the rose makes this more stylish and sophisticated
It smells like natural roses pleasant and maybe the most impressive from all the chloe,s
But for my taste, i dont know if its the simplicity or just not for me but its nothing groundbreaking or a love I also dont think it can grow on me as a favourite
I appriciate my Original Chloe EDP sample better after smelling this

I didn’t know it, but I’d been waiting on this perfume for my entire life. And now I have it, just in time for spring. Gorgeous, more floral than rose-rose, makes me feel floaty and graceful. A definite spring/summer scent, needs the sun and the warmth to open it up.

Just an FYI: The noses behind Roses de Chloe are Michel Almairac and Mylène Alran according to the Chloe website while Karl Lagerfeld apparently created the original Chloe from back in the day (mid-70’s). I honestly strongly like Roses de Chloe as it reminds me of my beloved childhood scent Tea Roses by Perfumer’s Workshop, but I’m not sure I want to buy a full bottle of it since I’m no longer into rose scents as such.

Before testing this scent, I was already interested due to the high amount of raves on this perfume, I tested it at a store and I immediately was shocked with joy. This is the best version of a rose, picture an elegant rose that somehow has never touched dirt and smells of the citrus trees near by and you’ve got Chloe Roses De Chloe. It lingers on you for a while of course and this made me happy because the dry down is absolutely beautiful and natural- almost as if you were not wearing any perfume but were laying down in a field of roses. I am extremely impressed and this will be my next purchase and perhaps my new signature scent. The name somehow makes sense in correlation to the scent- I can see a Chloe wearing this, a very elegant lady. The bottle itself reminds me of another dear scent that i recently purchased which is My Burberry Blush, since they both have ribbons on the bottle. You will definitely get compliments wearing this and I can see any age wearing this. Whoever designed the scent (I believe the famous Karl Lagerfeld) put a lot of thoughts to this extravagantly delicate yet powerful scent, It is youthful but not childish. It is femininity in a bottle.
Update: I have ordered it and am very excited 🙂

On skin: Oh how beautiful! It smells like real roses, even after the dry down.

Just tested this, and it’s way rosier than I expected. But it fades, for me, in 2 hours. Which is odd because it was super strong at first spray. There’s a bit of “grandma” in this, but it’s also an innocent and feminine fragrance. I will enjoy this once I figure out what to do with it. Spray my sheets or me… not sure. I tend to lean toward sexy, heavy and complicated scents or simple but rich roses like Jo Malone Velvet Rose and Oud. This is just simple and fresh.

So nice and similar to Dityque Eau Rose on my skin. Lovely rose fragrance, modern, elegant and classy, fresh but not sharp. Perfect for dressing up and going out to a fancy restaurant with a hot date (of course he would or should be wearing Gucci Oud, to impress his beautiful lady in return).

Blind buy for me. This smells very cute: airy, roses, a bit sweet and some musk too. Very clean scent in the rose family of L’Eau d’Issey Florale and Stella McCartney. It smells like a very watered down Montale Roses Musk. It has nothing in common with the original Chloe and the longevity of this fragrance is unbelievably poor. After two hours it’s completely gone. Also, this scent is so watery and gentle that it lacks sophistication. I don’t feel that great wearing it and I mostly find myself spraying this after a shower or on my sheets. Maybe it’ll be a nice refresher when the weather gets extremely hot but right now I’m unimpressed, should’ve gotten Love Story instead.

    My favorite Chloe perfume.
In the other versions I smell a “laundry” detergent soapy scent that I dislike.
Chloe Rose does have a musky warm tone but not as sharp as the other Chloes IMO.
Very simple perfume overall, I don’t see a change in scent over time. Simple rose. But a very nice one. Pure, quality rose, soft, romantic. Feminine but not teenage-perfume like, more elegant.
Perfect for everyday, work, any time of the year.
It does not have enormous sillage just enough, at the end of a day of wearing it it’s very light but you do still get a little bit of subtle rose.
Makes me feel happy but also a little bit nostalgic and sad sometimes, I don’t know why. Simple beauty.

Wow. I thought there couldn’t be a more modern, more beautiful rose fragrance than Stella by Stella McCartney, but this knocks Stella’s socks off. This is a stunningly gorgeous perfume. The bottle itself is so feminine and pretty, but the perfume inside is even more so. On initial spraying, I feel I am enveloped in a glorious cloud of freshly cut roses in a vase of cool, clear water. The intoxicating rose aroma lasts, on me, for at least an hour before it blends with the softest, most subtle white musk, which does NOT overpower the roses. This is absolutely not an old fashioned rose scent. This is springtime, encapsulated in a gorgeous bottle. And on me, longevity is amazing. I sprayed this six hours ago and am still getting little clouds of beautiful roses as I walk a around. This is my first bottle, and it’s 30ml. I’m going to be stocking up, in case this beauty disappears. Youthful in its character but suitable for any age. Just so beautiful and very classy. Oh, and it smells very expensive.

Ordered this after watching a rose farming documentary. I felt nostalgic about my Mom´s fragrant garden roses growing up in our old house…I feel this is a true rose smell. Husband disagrees. You can definitely give it the fearless full spray blast as it is more of a light fragrant body mist that doesn´t last for goodness sake. This became suddenly a familiar smell to me and I recall owning L´Eau de Chloe, the green one with the green bow in 2015. It´s very close to the green Chloe and a similar much weaker version of the Chloe from 2008. Although it is a pretty, feminine and romantic perfume its lightness disappoints. I miss Narciso Rodriguez´Fleur Musc so much right now. So far NC fleur musc is the best Rose smell for me. I may go back to it. But first I want to try Florabotanica out from Balenciaga as I´ve heard it is a good rose smell as well. And I love carnations too. Mom grew carnations too and they smelled divine…

I have been wearing this little beauty for awhile now, and I must say that it has captivated my heart more and more with every single spray. I wanted to create a memory with it, so I wore this to the hospital when my father had surgery to remove cancer. I associate it now with the fact that he is cancer free. So now when I close my eyes, and inhale deeply, I think “Healed”.
I have been craving rose scented fragrances a lot lately, and this one is very pretty. On my wrist it’s a green litchi rose, but when I spray it in the bend of my arm it is a fruity appley rose. I love it!
Longevity is awesome on me even though it is a toilette. I get 5+ hrs. If you love being enveloped in a rose garden, go out and get this little beauty and add her to your collection. I did…

When it was released i was so happy because i love roses. I planned to buy this but i received it ad as gift during a trip in my favourite city,so many good memories are linked to this very soft, delicate rose scent. Very feminine and ladylike,i felt elegant wearing it. I think that it can be worn at any age,if you like a fresh delicate rose. Not the most natural rose,i remember clearly thinking about that, but i loved it so much.
Wasn t very long lasting but it lingered on my skin for at least two or three hours.

I really don’t like this one! It actually hurts! I smelled this and thought “aren’t perfumes supposed to be nice smells?” It’s mostly just floral but to me, it smells so harsh. Guess this perfume ain’t for everyone…
The bottle looks aesthetically pleasing tho, I’ll give it that. Would be nice on display.

Lovely rose scent mixed with peony, it’s simple and fresh i like to use it after the shower, wear my pyjama, and enjoy the feeling of being fresh and clean

This perfume is a top favorite of mine. I love rose scents, when done right. They nailed this one. It’s sophisticated without being old, sexy without being obvious, loud yet very wearable. Super romantic. It’s not a jammy rose or an old english rose…It is very much an actual rose garden scent…like you stopped to smell the roses.
I like it better in the Fall/Winter because I prefer something more juicy in the Spring/ Summer. The cedar in this makes it more of a warm scent and is, in my opinion, what rounds this fragrance out perfectly.

I ordered a whole slew of samples online and in a group of 24 or so decants, this is one that spoke to me. Right away, I had to go back online and order a bigger bottle. I am definitely a floral gal and surely love roses, but this scent blew my socks off. She is loud but not screechy, not a soft powdery rose, but a bury your face in rose bush…thorns and all kind of scent. I don’t think I can describe it as accurately as I would like, but this rose is not boring. She is not watery or old fashioned. She yells at you a bit, but just to get your attention and make you take a moment to admire her beauty. I do love this so much.

I really like the regular Chloé, but this is far better. I smell roses, fruit and a touch of wood. It’s floral, fresh and juicy. Very feminine, romantic, classy and sophisticated in my opinion. Long lasting. Not overpowering. I would wear this year round, except maybe summer. Day or night. It’s wonderful.

OMG I got a sample of it about a week ago. What a beauty it is. It is far superior than the original Chloè that was released some where in 2011 in Canada. This is more fresh and heavenly gorgeous compared to original Chloè. It has an excellent sillage and longevity ❤❤❤

Sexy without obvious intension to be sexy
Chloe de roses is very soft and tender. It ´s an amazing sensual scent. Drydown is a heaven. I see a woman who wants to be irresistible and sexy but it´s her secret. Not the first plan. Balance is crucial. Something very sexy like red lipstick, something elegant like right length of skirt, something tender like feminine tender scent, then again something sexy like smart attitude. In other words I see a sexy woman without intention to be sexy. I find it very smart. Smart and sexy. What ´s more?

  32. :

The theory of smelling like a fresh boquet of red roses turned out to be nicer than really truely smelling of roses. I cannot say about the drydown I didn’t last a half hour without scrubbing this off

  33. :

Smell reminds me of freshly cut roses from the plant with dewdrops on them. I love rose perfumes and this one is an absolute favourite, right down to the dry down. Lasting power and projection is moderate on me.

This frag opens into a very green rose with lingering lemon. Hours later I got whiffs of true rose. When I woke up the next morning, I still smelled it on my camisole. I don’t feel the need to own it since I have several rose scents, but if I was looking for a green-to-true rose frag, I would consider this long lasting beauty
Edit: the opening is very musky

I have just ordered this perfume and i am so excited and cant wait for my parcel. I have had its miniature for a year but couldnt decide if i neened the full bottle or not as the scent is lovely and sweet and so nostalgic. It is a crowd pleaser. The only con is that it does not stay long. It fades away in 2-3hrs max on me. Whenever i buy a perfume for me its longevity is the priority but.. not in this case!!
    Packeging is 10/10
    I love it 🙂

Let me preface by saying that I’m not a fan of rose scents at all…I get flashbacks to the era when everyone in my office was going through a Stella McCartney phase at once. I associate the smell of roses with a heavy, suffocating cheapness. Imagine my surprise when I got a sample of this and fell in love with it! It smells of roses, certainly – but in a very soft, fresh and infinitely wearable way. Several hours after spritzing, I keep sniffing my arms and the fragrance has morphed into a delicious shower clean citrusy rose. I could definitely see this one making it’s way into my Spring/Summer rotation. Finally found a rose to love!

  38. :

Love this! It’s hard for me to find roses fragrances that aren’t repulsive or overpowering. This is one of the best rose fragrances I’ve ever had.

I’m sitting in a glorious English garden with roses dewy and fresh from a gentle rain all around, ahhh 😉 Haha, not really but that’s how this delicious blend of floral and fruit smells on my skin! Actually, I’m on my patio with a nice glass of Chardonnay with cutoff jean shorts and a tank top! Oh, and it’s 102 here right now! But the freshness of Chloe Roses evokes a fresh, creamy and very feminine vibe of soft flower petals floating around me. This is not a simple rose fragrance. On my skin, it really smells like freshly cut roses on a dewy spring day. The interesting addition of tarragon in the top, adds a lovely balance to the sweet litchi and citrusy lemon–perfect. It may be the cedar in the heart that gives this beautiful scent it’s freshness. Also, the fruits chosen here: apple, currant, peach really help to keep this a youthful rose scent. Love that!! Truly, I’m loving this rose Chloe so much right now and haven’t yet experienced the warmth of the dry down with that great musky-woods blend. Looking forward to it…and one more sip of Chardonnay. Cheers my friends, this one is a keeper.

For years I avoided rose scents, as in my mind I pictured geriatric homes heavily scented in rose and lavendar pot pourri. My mother use to work in a nursing home & on occasions when I would visit her work place, the scent of rose & lavendar was everywhere and seemed to hang around like a bad stench.
This is my very first Rose based perfume, which I would never in a million years would have thought of trying, had it not been gifted to me by my then 15 year old niece.
Thank goodness, I absolutely love it! The top note is definitely rose, however it feels bright and fresh and lingers enough for you to enjoy it without feeling overwhelmed. (Note, I am not one to spray heavily on any of my perfumes, as I don’t want to smell like I was too lazy to shower and just doused myself in perfume.) I love smelling this scent, it makes me feel calm and relaxed for some reason. Thank heavens for my neice as she has opened my senses to more rose based scents. I am now testing out rose offerings from Diptyque & Serge Lutens which I hope to own one day.

A romantic simple loud floral that is somewhat sparkling. It is in the same class as Miss Dior Blooming Boquet just not as sweet. Roses de Chloe is very pretty and really nice to wear in the spring.

Just like the original Chloé, only more rose. Just as clean, fresh and beautiful. Perfect for hot summer days. Reminds me of the Atlas Mountain Rose line from The Body Shop, only a bit more sophisticated. I’d say the Atlas Mountain Rose body butter would complement this perfume very well.

    * These are my personal experiences/thoughts with this fragrance. Yours/others may differ. *
    Initial – rose + apple + fruit + tarragon
    Drydown – rose + musk + cedar
    Duration – 5-6 hours
    Projection – soft
Experiences – Opens with a vaguely green rose mixed with sweet fruit that gives off a shampoo-like vibe. Straightforward rose scent in drydown. I like this, but there are cheaper alternatives that smell extremely similar and have about the same longevity.
    Quick Thoughts – rosy, clean
Reminds Me Of – Paul Smith Rose (drydown), The Body Shop Atlas Mountain Rose

What human being doesn’t want to smell like a bouquet of freshly-cut roses every once in awhile?! Well maybe I’m pushing it, but goodness this is divine! One of the freshest, cleanest, most natural rose fragrances I have had the pleasure of smelling in a long time. Slightly powdery but no plastic, dirt, or play-dough here! I applaud Chloe for this one. Sillage and Longevity are fabulous for a floral. Masterfully blended. No single note stands out except the rose, but it’s balanced somehow. Classy, fresh, and romantic. I can’t stop sniffing my wrist!

This is a lovely and fresh rose scent. Personally, I will not be buying because I like more dirt, skank, and depth to my roses. But this is perfect for young professionals and even high school girls who really want to smell sophisticated and fresh without being overwhelming.
    Well done.

Fresh, clean, and soapy rose….reminds me a lot of dolce and gabanna rose the one, with bite. Perfect summer scent for when you want to smell clean with a little extra. However, I will not buy a FB because it lasts a total of 3 hours on my skin, at the very most. Lovely scent, but not worth the price tag.

    A confession:
I usually pass over rose fragrances but I often spend time googling whims like “Hogwarts house perfumes”, and I’ll let you guess which one of those two wound me up here. This one was suggested by a Fragrantica member for Ginny: pretty French roses for the feisty tomboy? The graceful but heavy glass bottle with its lovely warm-deep-pink cloth ribbon drew me in as well. A play of contrasts; something interesting must be going on here. Thank you, my Fragrantica friends…
The fragrance opens with wet, green, lush petals, the enveloping freshness of a garden right after a downpour or opening the door to a floral cooler. There is a certain warmth present from the beginning; it is wet and fresh but never becomes cool or aquatic. Within about fifteen minutes, the heart notes really begin to sing out. I was once a florist and learned long ago that Damask rose is of a family called Old roses – not the huge, firm, elegant roses we tend to have in flower shops today – rather, it belongs to a class of fluffier, wilder roses, having grown in the Middle East for centuries with blooms that look more like whorled peonies than modern hybrid tea roses. And this stage does remind me of the Old World and of rosewater, the rosewater lemonade my fiancé and I would drink at the little Syrian cafe in our neighborhood before it closed a few years back, or the rose-scented holy water in cold stone fonts I remember from long ago, in childhood…
My favorite phase of the perfume reveals itself about an hour and a half in, when the fresh rose dew which has since become fragrant potable rosewater quietly shifts into deep, glowing, skin-musk rose. Something akin to pink pepper (maybe it’s the cedar accord?) tickles my nose, bringing warmth and spice to the scent. It is at this point that I understand the association with Ginny. Roses de Chloe is deeply feminine but not prim and proper. There’s a warm and earthy undertone to the soft floral scent, and layers of sheer musk bring a feathered haziness to it all.
Its sillage is moderate but longevity is excellent – I doused myself at first, thinking it was a “soft” scent (it is – but strong!) and had to rinse a bit off for the sake of the scent-sensitive members of my family. No complaints here though – I’d rather mete it out carefully than see it gone too soon. It has lasted over 12 hours on my skin, pushing 14. Roses de Chloe isn’t dramatic, but it is sensual, charismatic, and compelling. It is one of those perfumes that, instead of being worn by a person, becomes part of a person, amplifying their beauty and individuality. Certainly my favorite aspect of the fragrance is how it echoes and sings my skinscent, mixing and mingling and until the borders are blurred such that I cannot tell where one stops and the other begins.

    Tender Powder Rose
I remember the little rose garden my grandmother used to have in my childhood. It was very small but through my girl ´s eyes I took it as beautiful royal garden. Chloe de roses reminds me the natural smell of rose so much. I have smelled some rose note perfumes and Chloe de roses is the most genuine. The opening is a little bit generic but after a few seconds there is the rose beauty. Very feminine delicate young in heart fragrance.

JustaPixel, try Mira by Korres, it is a light, spicy musky rose, lasts for 5/7 hours on my skin with subtle but persistant projection. Inexpensive and made from natural ingredients, as per Korres work philosophy.
Also, have you tried Pleats Please L’Eau? It is a rose based soft perfume, ideal for summer, really delicious and, in Brazil, quite inexpensive and with great quality. Pleats Please EdP is a violet based scent, EdT a sweet pea and orange flower one and L’Eau a rose based scent. For me this is the best. Green light rose with a 5 to 7 hour longevity.

  53. :

I love floral perfumes, and am making it my mission to discover my perfect rose scent. I want to smell like a big, dewy yellow rose opening on a warm day. Roses de Chloe is so far my favorite in this hunt, although not the perfect rose.
When you spray it, you get a burst of warmth: bergamot and citrus, with the roses peeking out shyly. It settles into a sunny green afternoon, as the rose opens fuller. You are in a freshly turned rose garden, with magnolia and orange trees also blooming. The drydown is a beautiful soft floral rose with a hint of citrus; a bouquet of new roses mixed with orange blossom and a bit of cedar. It’s a lovely, innocent floral, able to be worn to work or an evening out, perfect for an afternoon wedding or picnic with a lover. It is classy and feminine.
On me, it lasts most of the day, fading but not forgotten, I keep moving my wrists and gettting the delicate scent of rose. It is not the big, bold yellow rose of yesteryear, where the scent was heady and lingering. It is today’s modem rose, bred for prettiness rather than loudness.
And pretty it is-it is currently the perfume I return to when I need refreshing from more pushy and lingering scents. It will always be in my collection and one I currently pick up most often.
To further my quest, I am purchasing the Paul Smith Rose mentioned here as well as others. I will find my perfect yellow bloom yet!

Fresh and floral, also kind of soapy on my skin. Very pretty, perfect for spring or summer. The downside though is that it lasts for only a couple of hours. I counted just over 2 hours. Not worth the price, no matter how pretty.

Ohhhhh….this is sooooooo pretty. Just such a perfect use of rose. SO dewy. I love Chloe the original, and this is such a pretty pink play on it. The perfumers took the rose notes from Chloe and made them the starring act in this one. This is another fresh-out-of-the-shower clean fragrance. Almost shampooey fresh. I could bathe in it.

  57. :

    4 out of 5

Seeing magnolia and litchi in the composition I feared that it would be somehow evocative of Miracle Lancome, that has these notes paired too, in a way that I don’t like at all. Thankfully it does not come nowhere near close.
And honestly, where are all the notes mentioned? The wearer enjoys the typical Chloe undernote as usual, but excuse me I get none from apple, cedarwood, amber, grape(?), peach(?), generally no fruit, except a 10% litchi and 90% rose. That’s it. A rose soliflore. If anyone wants to smell like roses, they can trust Roses De Chloe.
It lasts for about five hours on skin and more on clothes and hair; and especially on hair it has that lightly rosy-musty smell, but in a good way, like imagine second day unwashed hair spritzed with Roses de Chloe. Also, what impressed me is the projection…this innocent rose perfume makes you wonder what smells so good? And then you realize it’s coming from your wrist or your hair.
Well done! A yes from me.

Roses de Chloe is a feminine, lush rose scent, with citrusy.
It goes very nicely into the Chloe line without becoming lost in the signature aesthetic of the house.
There doesn’t appear to be any difference in quality, excepting the somewhat oily feeling the Montale liquid has. Like Crystal Flowers, I would recommend this one for anyone who loves roses, or wants a modern rose scent.

This review is not for the scent (which I love). This is about my skin reaction on this. It stings so bad (burning sensation) when I sprayed on my neck and chest area. The area where I sprayed would be an angry red and sort of peeling for two days. It’s fine on my wrist tho so if you are a neck sprayer and planning to purchase, test it on your neck first. So far only this and Clinique Happy that I got an adverse reaction. :'( anw, I spray this now on my hair instead.

If you want to have the fragrance of big, blooming roses – this is the perfume for you! I thought the smell was quite natural. It carries, though. It’s one of those that you will be sharing with people close to you (in proximity). On me, it lasted about 3 hours – which is longer than average. Simple, big, rose.

Blind bought the miniature of this, Chloé My Little Roses De Chloé. It’s an adorable little bottle, but on me the perfume smells like Camay soap. A nice smell – for a soap. Pass.

Wow, what a beautiful scent! I absolutely love roses, so I decided to give this a chance. I’ve never tried Chloe EDP, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m in love with this.
The opening is gorgeous. It’s citrusy and bright with a generous helping of juicy bergamot and some rose peaking through the background. I don’t get any tarragon, but I don’t mind since the opening is luminous perfection. The words that came to mind upon spraying were bright, youthful, and playful.
As the scent continues, the top notes slowly fade away, and the roses take charge. It’s a soapy and soft rose. It doesn’t smell like authentic roses, especially when I compare it to something like Stella (which actually smells like true mossy, wild roses to me), but it’s beautiful nonetheless. After a couple hours, the amber and musk become stronger; the rose matures and loses its playfulness and youthfulness. I’m very sensitive to amber and musk, so I was worried it might be too overpowering, but it’s not.
Chloe de Roses is romantic and feminine. It’s something I can imagine a young woman would wear to her wedding to feel dreamy and flirtatious. But it’s also innocuous enough to be worn daily as a casual scent. I love it! It’s quickly becoming my current favorite. 5/5

Beautiful fresh rose perfume. It captures the essence of a rose garden, perfect for women who appreciate the beauty of the scent of roses. Light, delicate and feminine. It’s the perfect perfume for the Spring.

To me, this smells like very expensive, high-quality soap. That’s not a bad thing, it only means I won’t buy it to wear as a perfume.
I think I don’t see rose as special because my mother loved it and it was everywhere in the house. Despite that, I can recognise that Roses de Chloe is a very pretty perfume.

Never thought I’d like rose and flowers until I smelt this. I kid you not, this perfume has opened my eyes to others I also thought I wouldn’t like since I am a gourmand – vanilla kinda girl. Fresh, CLEAN, sweet, floral, not offensive, SAFE – perfect for summer days… not a night time scent.
Literally a clean beautiful rose scent that doesn’t smell old and doesn’t stink lol.
    Bombbbb.

I absolutely adore this fragrance! I am a huge fan of rose scents, but I am very particular about them. I love this fragrance because it is the only rose scent I have been able to get my hands on that smells like walking through a rose garden. It is fresh, light, and sweet without being overpowering or cloying. On me it is not powdery or musky at all, and simply smells like fresh roses. Many scents also give me headaches, and this one never does. It doesn’t last very long, and it is rather expensive, but if you really love this sort of fragrance, it is definitely worth it. It is my signature spring/summer scent.

I’m the worlds biggest fan of Chloe EDP. I love it with all my being and I’m lucky to have met a perfume that works with me like Chloe does. So I was very excited to try Roses De Chloe.
What I like about all these flankers and the brand of Chloe is they have almost reinvented what rose smells like in a perfume. When I used to think of rose in a frag it would be tied to powder and older, vintages. But now, I think of a jar of fresh cut roses. I love how they have been able to mimic that within a perfume, and they have done so well with Roses De Chloe.
First spray reminded me of grass, so I was kinda eh about it. But as it drys and settles, it’s so sweet and fresh. Honey
