This is a very nice rose scent with great versatility suitable for spring, fall and cool summer evenings.
Dominant notes are strong rose, strong gardenia, sandalwood, saffron, musk, mild patchouli and mild ambergis.
Cher Tetu feels close to Bond No 9 Bond No. 9 Perfume which I own and love but there are the strong white florals in it which make Cher Tetu more vivid and playful. Leans slightly to feminine scents but everyone can wear it imo.
Performance is good. Long lasting scent with moderate sillage.

It feels slightly arabic rose based scent. Totally unisex and strong.

I figured out which scent reminds me the Cher Tetu. It’s very close to Ajmal Ambre Pimente. Similar scent with ssme vibe but different drydown. If you like this Ajmal, givr a try to Cher Tetu by Naso di Raza house.

Ambergris & rose based fragrance.
It has sandalwood, saffron, sweet lychee, patchouli, and some dust. All the notes are blended to dust as they created a large block wall with red roses and ambergris drawn on it. It’s harsh yet captivating.
Rose patchouli, and ambergris based fragrance. Quality quality… Very nice.
