I read a review somewhere that said Cedar Woods smelled like pine-scented cleaning fluid, and while I won’t go that far, my personal experience with the fragrance was not pleasant.
I got none of the citrus or patchouli, and the scent that came off my wrists from start to finish was definitely pine (not cedar) — and artificial pine at that. (That said, I’m beginning to suspect the coniferous range of woody spectrum doesn’t react well with my biochemistry — at least as far as fragrance is concerned.)
The sillage and longevity were both moderate — about what you’d expect from an EDT.

I have the deodorant of this fragrance and for a deodorant it’s really nice. The EDT version is not that great but if you can get your hands on the deodorant go for it! Really good stuff. By the way I believe that deodorant has talc in it so not the perfect choice for a black dress. But otherwise great!
