Cananga odorata is the original name of the tree that produce the well known blossoms of ylang ylang. the other notes are: amber, ginger, orris, benzoin. (from a magazin of the 80s)
Originally this was the First Dry perfume. It was no humid and you could spry it on hairs. furs, clothes without spots.

I have Cananga but, my bottle is very intresting shape with ruffled lead. I smell ylang ylang, honey dust and or pollen.Very light.The bottle remind of some “fat” tear with ruffled top.
