I recently tried a sample of this fragrance (can’t remember when or where I got it) and like it…really like it. What you get is brown shoe leather, some spices and a bit of powder/somewhat floral accord. Honestly, it’s along the lines of a La Yuqawam Homme or to a lesser extend Tuscan Leather, but it’s less potent (certainly not a weakling), less sweet, and a bit more floral-powdery.
Performance was pretty good; it lasted 10-hours on my skin and projected moderate to above average for about 3-hours before moving closer to the skin. The problem is that I don’t see this one for sale anywhere, and La Yuqawam is a better fragrance and is somewhat inexpensive. Still, I’m surprised…really a very nice Eau de Cologne.

This smells like something from my childhood, making it very comforting to me.
It’s a rather warm fragrance due to the violet and its slight powderyness, which goes really well with the leather. It’s not a dark type of leather at all, so the name brown leather is chosen well. I detect a slight spicyness, but very vaguely and indistinct.
A fellow Fragrantican sent me a decant of this in a swap and I like it. Though I am not sure if I’d buy a full bottle if I were presented the chance.
This is a unisex scent.
