Bright Crystal Versace for women of Versace

Description

The pink colored bottle announces softer and more luminous fragrance in comparison with Crystal Noir. Nowadays popular fruity note gives the composition slightly gourmand nuance. The top notes are pomegranate, Yuzu and frosted accord. Peony and magnolia are in the centre of the composition, while waterly fresh lotus note moderates the intensity and sweetnes of the floral accords. The opulent base introduces amber note extracted from plants, musk and red woods. The fragrance was designed by Alberto Morillas in 2006.

This perfume is nice, but that’s it. I don’t love it, and I feel like it’s actually a hard perfume to LOVE. It’s just so boring. And it’s not boring because it’s a cliche scent, because gourmands have become very common, yet I don’t believe they are boring. Gourmands tend to be perfumes with personality. However, there are perfumes that aren’t gourmands that still have strong personalities and Bright Crystal is not one of them. Once again, it’s not a bad smell. If I smelt it on someone I just wouldn’t think anything of it. The best way to describe it is “meh.” It reminds me of so many things: baby wipes, shampoo, hand soap, Lysol. Even if someone did LOVE the smell, I still wouldn’t recommend it because it honestly fades away after one hour. If you love theses kinds of perfumes I would recommend other perfumes like maybe Chloe, Miracle by Lancome, or even a Chanel Chance. They don’t necessarily smell like Bright Crystal but they all have that fresh, classy kind of smell.

Lotus, watery notes, and yuzu are the key players in this feminine summer perfume

Smelled it on some girl and I loved it. Fast forward two days, I tried it on my skin and ended up smelling like grandpa’s aftershave. Terrible mismatch in chemistry.

This is a floral fragrance with a cool tone to it, so I should like this. Yet I find this very forgettable.
Very light and disappears quickly from my skin, a very inoffensive and safe fragrance.
    Not my cup of tea.

Versace Bright Crystal was my signature when I was a teenager.after entering the 20s and starting to collect perfumes I stopped repurchasing it,not because it’s inappropriate for growups,it IS girly but it’s not juvenile by any means.actually I find it totally ageless.it would be lovely on a 16 years old as well as someone in her 60s if one likes girly, light, delicately sweet, fresh floral scents.I just stopped buying it because my taste changed and I started to like warmer, heavier, sweeter orientals and gourmands.also I wanted to try more complex and twisted perfumes
Recently I purchased another perfume and they sent me a miniature of Bright Crystal as a gift.it’s tiny 5mil bottle looks adorable and I’m happy to have it back.it smells really pretty, pink, tender, luminous and the fact that there are a lot of perfumes similar to it,such as Dior Addict 2 doesn’t make it any less pretty
I usually dislike aquatic perfumes and avoid anything with lotus and watery notes but it’s not that type of sharp, unisex, smelling like sea water that I hate.it’s truely watery in a cool, almost icey, pure way.I’m not also a fan of citruses so I’m lucky that I can’t detect much of a sour, acidic citrus.on me it’s a fresh floral scent with a dominant peony and a hint of rose,a little fruity, sparkly pomegranate undertone and a very light, clean musk
It’s very easy to like, easy to wear and inoffensive which makes it a good gift when you have no idea about as girl’s perfume taste.gentle, innocent and feminine.a nice choice for day wear in warm months,an appropriate office/school perfume, also a romantic date perfume
It’s not a love for me anymore but I definitely like it
By the way I don’t find it similar to Burberry Brit Sheer, the latter is way more fruity and sour the

When I first began collecting perfumes, I bought at least 10 of the Versace perfumes including this one. Beautiful bottles but it is FAR too mild. I can barely smell it. Another one that i cannot smell AT ALL is the Vanitas edt. Every note in both of these perfumes should warrant a true love, but just don’t do it for me. It must show up on someone’s skin or they would not be so popular. I just don’t know why I cannot smell Versace as well as every other perfume. Mild mild mild. Good for office I guess.

I honestly don’t know many of my friends who haven’t used this at some point, most commonly around late high school years/early college years. And that’s exactly the vibe it gives off to me now when I smell it- it’s not bad. But it’s an immature gurl who thinks she’s way more mature and grown up than she really is. It thinks it is a high caliber scent, but to everyone else, it just gives off a little bit of an “I’m trying too hard,” sweet, young, girly smell.
I don’t hate it. But I dont wear it anymore and wouldn’t want people to attach me to this scent. However, if you’re looking for a scent for a younger girl’s first or one of firsts “real” perfumes, this is a great choice.

    what a surprise!
the first time I sprayed this on my skin, I thought… Mint? Mojito? No. Green tea? No. Then I looked up the notes and blurb. Frozen accord. Language like that usually just makes me laugh, but here? Here, they’ve managed it. It really does have that feel ~ I just couldn’t put my finger on it right away.
There’s a nod to Light Blue or possibly Lanvin Eclat d’Arpege (less cedar and musk, for sure), but the mint but not mint, tea but not tea, “frozen” accord make a beautiful entrance, and the yuzu is so cheerful!
It stays this way for a little bit, and then gets sweeter on me. (Perfumes usually get *less* sweet on me as my skin warms up ~ pH thing.)
The end is a little yuzu, a little Eclat d’Arpege, and a lot Ralph… or even White Linen Pink Coral.
I absolutely love this. It’s fun and happy and very well blended.

Fresh, light, cheerful and girly. I liked it a lot but used up my 1.7oz quickly due to its poor lasting power on me. I prefer this version to the EDP.

Doesn’t smell like anything amazing imho. Smells flat on me and for the Versace name I really expected something way more exquisite. I have a bottle that’s about 85% full if anyone would want to do a trade please message me.

I love this fragrance, it’s fresh and smells expensive. I have this and I’ve been wearing this a lot this summer. I will maybe purchase it again but the only part I don’t like about this the Sillage and longevity of this… this just simply doesn’t last on my skin. I always wear a bottle with me to reapply every other hour to be able to feel it. I spray this on and I feel beautiful and fresh but in one hour the scent is gone, I just can’t feel it at all. It lasts better on my clothes but on my skin it just disappears in max one hour….

Very light, cheerful ang girly, easy to wear perfume for daytime.
I can smell lotus, peony and water notes, also a little bit musk in the end.
I wear Bright Crystal if I need more energy and it makes me think positive.

    Tea in a European cafe.
Watery with Oriental flowers, yet clever, with a twist of hint of lemon. Dries down to a dark woodsy musk.
It’s very swanky. I feel I’d have to be fluent in at least three languages to be able to pull this off.
Like, this woman knows her glove size and exactly which fork to use and how to eat Norway lobster without getting butter on her blouse.

Pretty much the perfect ‘pink’ fragrance. Fresh, slightly sharp, slightly zesty, slightly summery, slightly floral and citrusy. And definitely pink.
This along with Lacoste’s Touch of Pink are perfect for the day that you just want to smell fresh, inoffensive and pink.

I used to LOVE this perfume. Bright Crystal is a very girly, fresh, sophisticated smelling perfume and wonderful to wear all year round. Bright Crystal gets a lot of compliments and appeals to both men and women. Ahh… this fragrance brings back so many happy memories! To me, it’s for a girl that’s quite a “princess” or a Daisy Buchanan- type character from the Great Gatsby… this perfume has that quality.

  18. :

    4 out of 5

Bright Crystal is an unusual fruity floral, more sophisticated than the typical fragrance of that type. I get a very strong lotus accord, blended with the exotic fruits, plus a woodsy/spicy/slightly musky aroma towards the drydown. When I was in High School I sometimes wore a lotus oil which I bought at a hippie shop, and Bright Crystal reminds me of that perfume, but more complex.
This is a womanly, sensual fruity floral, with good longevity and sillage.

I like this fragrance, it is fresh, light, very clean, but also i got tired of it pretty quickly.
People around me either could not feel it or doesnt like it :-/ i wear this fragrance when i dont know what to wear especially in summer.

I just love this fragrance!! When I thought the scent has fade away, ppl could still smell it and complimented me about it.
It is fresh, light floral, little but fruity, but not too strong perfume , just a perfect scent for a woman that wants to smell like a fresh floral bouquet of flowers:)

  21. :

SWEET and FLORAL and PATCHOULI !
I have gotten very many compliments when i wear it. Even though many wear it during the day, because i get patchouli like accords; it makes it possible for me to wear it during the evenings and people keep sniffing me when i wear this one!

  22. :

    4 out of 5

I find this really easy to wear. Great for summer, works at the office, just a really easy, inoffensive, wear anywhere type of fragrance. Sort of fresh and clean with generic florals and a hint of fruit, versatile but I’d personally wear this for daytime only.
Moderate longevity 4-6 hours on my skin. Minimal projection – maybe has some throw for the first 30 mins to an hour then it’s a skin scent.

  23. :

I used to be so allergic to most perfumes but I can handle most of them now. Except this one. It made me sneeze and made me miserable.
I feel like this is screechy. High pitched. It bothered me to wear it and I feel like it’s very generic.
I bought it because I smelled this on someone in public and complimented her on it and she told me what it was. It smelled very nice on her, so I guess this is just up to an individual’s chemistry.

  24. :

weak, mediocre floral; peony, pomelo, water lily and watery notes

  25. :

I’m trying to put my thoughts in perspective.
I’ll start with the most common/popular opinions first about this one. Just like many people think, Versace Bright Crystal is florally fresh (some may think that it is “sharp”, depends on different level of tastes in “green”,”citrus”, and “floral” notes). It is very feminine, pretty and “bright”, just like its name. There is no doubt about all that.
And now I would like to add on my own thought. To my nose, Versace Bright Crystal is rather “unusual” than “unique”. The notes in this fragrance have been used many times before by many perfume houses. However, I find the lotus here quite special, as it stands out remarkably in the most beautiful way, compared to other fragrances that also have lotus.
I was born and grew up in an Asian country, where orchids are for elegance and charm, roses are for luxury and beauty, and lotus has always been considered one of the most “respected”, “pure” and “sacred” flower in our daily sentimental life. This is the blooming season for lotus back home now. The hotter summer gets, the better for lotus to bloom. I remember many years ago, every summer, my sister and I helped my mother collecting hundreds and hundreds of lotus flowers and used them to infuse the flavor of our tea, and savored it all year round. During those hot and humid summers, every morning, our house smelled just like a houseboat floating on the surface of a huge lake, with thousands and thousands of lotus blooming around. The scent of those flowers was warmly fresh, moist, so additive, so relaxing, therapeutic and pleasantly comforting. Lotus is also chosen as a symbol of pure sanctuary and Zen in our Buddhist temples everywhere…The thought of being away from home, away from our dear mother for so long just brought tears to my eyes 🙁
Versace Bright Crystal somehow successfully captivates and transforms lotus into something that reminds me of “HOME”, so soothing and utterly memory-craving to my senses. Unlike lotus in other fragrances, the lotus here is gently bright, naturally FRESH. It reminds me of the memorable lotus scent from my past. It is respectably placed in the center of the composition, well rounded and supported by other green and warm notes, just like a kind-hearted and beloved mother surrounded by her cute little children. They share warm hugs, loving kisses and caressing.
And that is how Versace Bright Crystal always is to me!

I’m not sure what all the hype is over this frag! I purchased a 3.0 oz tester the other day for $15, and it was about $10 too much! This does not even last as long as a body spray. Perhaps I’ll have better luck with Absolu, I love the scent here, I’m just not impressed with the performance.
    Scent 7/10
    Sillage 3/10
    Longevity 5/10
    Pricing 8/10
P.S Downvoting me just because I didn’t leave a glowing review of this scent is just silly folks!

I had high hopes for this one but unfortunately after a few uses, I am not a fan. After the initial spritz and several hours after, all I smelled was a weird musk/amber/citrus mix that was unpleasant. By late afternoon (around 3-ish, after applying at 7am), I could smell a very faint rose scent but it was overpowered by the others so I guess this scent & my body chemistry are not simpatico.

Ps couldn’t help but add once I read a review just now that” this isn’t sharp” to disagree totally, to me and maybe other girls this has a very sharp feel to it and it’s definitely cold , no warmth here at all and I’m not sure what note I’m smelling but completely do not like it! Usually with scents I can smell the “layers” different notes but with this it’s just one complete single scent and I do not care for it

After receiving a deluxe body lotion from Sephora of this few years back, I decided to see if the perfume was sweeter but no luck, I really want to love this because I’m a girly girl and the baby pink bottle and all, but I have to say no once again, too floral not any fruit to my nose or sugary vibe which I need! Maybe I’m just not grown up enough for this sophisticated floral scent, that’s okay, I’d rather be a kid with a cotton candy vibe perfume ( flowerbomb nectar my new fav!!! So GOOD!

A perfume that once sprayed by the wearer they can’t smell it but people near them can. Though still it’s a very lovely scent.

Novice here weighing in. Not sure if it’s the peony or the water notes or something else, but this to me smells exactly like the perfume strips inside of a magazine that I would smell as a teen, right down to the glue. So flowery and feminine that it almost hurts. Not for me.

  34. :

    3 out of 5

If I were going to dress up as a scented magazine insert for Halloween, THIS is the perfume I would wear to complete my look. I think Bright Crystal is iconic for perfumes of this era: short, sweet, simple and sour/fresh. It smells like the glossy magazine pages, the glue, and the relaxed feeling of browsing at a leisurely pace. The bottle matches the juice perfectly.
Positive energy abounds. It’s nostalgic without feeling dated, and happy without the sugar rush. If you haven’t visited Bright Crystal in a while, this Spring might be a good time to try it once more in all its easy, happy-go-lucky glory. Also wanted to add that it does bear some resemblance to D&G Rose the One, and CK Eternity Moment. It’s that big unashamed peony.

After years of being a casual reader I joined Fragrantica when I saw Snuffles review here, hoping I could help someone who seems to have had a similar experience to my own. The first time this happened to me it was ole & Gabana Light Blue, which I liked for the first couple of minutes and then it started smelling like gym socks. I shrugged it off until it happened with a beloved Jo Malone, and again with a Nicolai I liked a good deal. To cut to the chase, one day I decided to try that Juliette has a gun sampler I had lying around and quickly figured out what I was reacting to. It is ambroxen. Because “not a perfume” is pure ambroxe it was easy to identify. Now whenever I see a comment like yours I steer clear of the frag. I would suggest that you try Not a Perfume. It will tell you very quickly if you are also reacting to ambroxen.
As for this perfume, I had a small bottle in a deluxe set from Sephora. I wound up returning it because there was not a single one I wanted an entire bottle of. The Versace was my least favorite, and my experience with the brand has been consistent. It leaves me cold. I am posting this in hope that it will help someone who seems to have similar chemical reactions. If it is viewed as inappropriate or out of place, please feel free to remove.

Best in its class, along with Bright Crystal Absolu, imo. It smells similar to Gucci Envy Me, but better. I own hundreds of fragrances and this is in the top 10. People love this scent. It’s pretty, fresh, bright, just gorgeous. I like to mix Bright Crystal and Bright Crystal Absolu. So good! I’ve been complimented more on Bright Crystal than any other fragrance I own. I won’t be without a bottle of this and the Absolu. Don’t let the low reviews here sway your decision. If this fragrance works with your chemistry, it’s fantastic. Yellow Diamond (the original not Intense,) is very nice and somewhat similar, too.

Gorgeous aquatic clean scent. It has the cool spring breeze undertone.
Kind of the ones that you enjoy effortlessly but yes it Will not make you wonder who the wearer is, it does not strike you back.
You just like this shy and nice companion.
Perfect for spring, a great transition for summer when we will be welcoming juicy citruses and gently cleans out the musks, ouds and sandalwoods, all the heavy notes of winter.

I have a few samples of this, and I am completely underwhelmed. Every time I use this I feel like “this is the time I will actually smell what this is about!” and every time I’m disappointed. It is a super light, fleeting scent on me. Literally. I just sprayed my wrist 3 times, had a brief light kinda floral whiff and poof, gone.

This one’s a really cute, darling, subtle scent, yet did not make me fall in love with it head over heels. It smells to me like the classmate you had a crush on during your degree. I’d expect a charming high-profile personal assistant to wear this fragrance. It’s just all too cute… But not a winner scent, you know? I wouldn’t make it a signature scent.
Still, for the purpose a nice daytime scent to charm your colleagues’ socks off, or to make it a brunch-time go-to, I do recommend it.

There is a very captivating note for me in this fragrance. I can’t quite place it – it’s sweet yet sour and fresh at the same time. But definitely not overpowering or sharp. Must be the mix of yuzu, pomegranate and peony. Not sure what it is exactly, but it is done just right and made me actually like this perfume a lot more than I expected.

I had it, I was so hopeful to get the body chemistry I imagine I would get with it. But to my disappointment. I ended giving it away to my mom but, she says she smells like a man when she wears it. She never used it again.

@snuffles depends on your body chemistry. Suggestions would be when wearing florals in spring or summer, try dove (pink bar). When wearing vanillas in fall or winter, try Dove shea butter and warm vanilla. It works for me, but for you it may be different. See what works best for you.

Thanks for your comment. So, what’s a body wash that won’t mess up my perfume wardrobe?

  44. :

    4 out of 5

@snuffles sorry that happened. I had a sample of Versace Woman that had gone bad. When I tried it, it smelled like eau de hamster cage. (>_<) I later tried it again with a tester and although it was woody, it was so much better. Also you would be surprised how fragrance in your body wash can alter scents too or if you’re trying something on over a fragrance that you think is gone because you can’t smell it anymore. Hope this helps!

  46. :

I’m loving this as it’s my new spring/summer signature. It’s starting to get warm here and in a month or so, things will be really heating up here. Like 90°-100° F heat. This helps cool it down being a very summery scent.
I’m not one for citrus scents (especially lemon) on my skin, but the yuzu here is nice. It’s bit tart, and very refreshing along with the pomegranate. There is an “ice” accord, NOT water like as in “sea water” that you find in aquatic scents, but the magnolia and lotus can give it the feel of one. This ice accord makes things cool and refreshing in hot summer heat. This dries down woody/musky with traces of peony, citrus, and a little sweetness from the amber.
Soapy? Yes, a little, but I don’t mind that for a fresh everyday scent and actually prefer it. Although not a dupe in any way, and not with the exact same fragrance notes, it is along the lines of Chloe in terms of freshness and also Eternity Aqua. I would venture to say that if you like those two scents, you will like this. Day or night appropriate in warm/hot weather and very pleasant. Office safe and unoffensive. Not overwhelming at all. Not recommended for winter because of its ice accord.

Sometimes I wonder where did the fragrantica.com editors get the NOTES informations? For one thing the brands won’t tell you EVERYTHING about what’s the secrets to make a perfume, besides what the brands said sometimes aren’t shown as notes here, J’adore EDP is an example.
What hasn’t been said about Versace Bright Crystal EDT is the brand officially called ICED ACCORD, I think it’s shown here as water notes. From this word ICE and the name BRIGHT, one could get a better impression on BC.
The bright citrus creats a vivid peony, then the iced accord keeps it bright, all the way even brighter. It’s not aqua things we are all familiar with and talk about, it’s like a techno peony on your skin and you know very well it’s pure synthetic. I won’t say it pleases everyone, but it’s what makes BC characteristic. The freshness here is almost an environmental aroma oil experience only last moderately.
Stupid bottle, the bigger the stupider. I’m content with having the smallest. EDP’s bottle is even stupid, it’s not that iced paramount.
P.S. If I want to be a peony, a real full bloom peony today I would choose Envy Me (another looked cheap bottle.) XX

Bright Crystal is a cool, crisp, pretty scent. It’s pretty straightforward with peony and magnolia being what you mainly get. I think it’s a safe perfume for the daytime. Not too overpowering but not a head-turning scent either. Very fresh and clean.

When I first sprayed it on, I thought “celery”. After 1/2 hour, still . . . celery, albeit CRISP celery.
I don’t like smelling like something I’m supposed to eat a lot when on a diet. Not a fan. Sorry.

It is a very simple, boring fragrance for me. I use it, when I go out with my kids to the playground. Nothing special, nothing sexy. Just a light floral bouquet, it could be perfect for a little teenage girl, as first perfume of her life.

  51. :

    5 out of 5

I wore it in 2009. No matter what season it was floral aguatic. Recently I have tried it and i can’t recognise. I think brand made it sweeter and emphasized sour fruity notes. It feels like pomegranate body mist in the beginning and ends up with intense ambroxan. I wouldn’t mind that change but they made it smell cheaper. Now I know where all these negative comments come from.
Versace changed Crystal Noir too, now smells of coconut instead of flowers.
Anyway, I highly recommend to test Bright crystal before buying. In my opinion D&G L’Imperatrice is better option, body mist but smells expensive. That’s not good, dear Versace. ….

  52. :

    5 out of 5

I tested it in a perfume store.
I don’t like perfume that too sweet, but this one is fresh and airy, like a lemon cooler in the hot summer, I guess it’s because of the yuzu note.
It’s very cool and icy, like the lake water in summer, you step your feet in n feel it refreshes you from head to toes. This is the summer scent that actually makes me feel cooler in the tropical summer time.
The name bright crystal describes what is actually is, but the bottle with the big crystal on top makes it looks like some teenage perfumes.
I didnt but it right away, but it is on my wish list.

Fresh, crisp, floral and a real delight. Perfect for the daytime at the office. The pink colour and name suits the perfume. This would certainly be a safe buy for a gift, regardless if the person is 14 or 45 years old. On me it’s very longlasting, especially since it’s an edt.

My best friend wears this one and I love it because of her.
Otherwise, it is really cold and champagne-like. You can feel those sharp edges of the crystal.
I think some people can really pull this off. But it’s hard to pull off cold, so on these people, Bright Crystal isn’t conventional.

I just love Bright Crystal, it’s perfect for our hot Australian Summer. It reminds me of sparkling champagne. Bright Crystal is fresh, cooling and clean smelling, exactly what I was looking for. After 3 to 4 hours it leaves a beautiful soft floral scent to the skin. I can’t get enough of it!

  58. :

    3 out of 5

I think of Bright Crystal as a “cool auntie” scent. It’s soft, feminine and caressing, like a fuzzy pink sweater- but without coming across as super-young. I don’t what all of the “cold” comments are about; I actually find it somewhat inviting. Okay fine; maybe not as inviting as a steaming mug of apple cider, but she’s friendly enough.
Pretty much a safe-bet as far as I’m concerned. It’s tough to see how anyone could get offended by this. I do think the name is a bit misleading though. “Bright Crystal”? More like “Office-Friendly Crystal”.

I love this fragrance. I like to wear it after showering; it’s such a light and pretty scent.
    Longevity: 4+ hours

This scent will probably be familiar to everyone. I’ve smelled this at least once before in my life. It’s a very distinct smell. I have no negative feelings towards this perfume but I would never buy this for myself because I like warmer fragrances with vanilla. Like other reviewers said, Bright Crystal is a very “cold” scent. It’s fresh but not a lemon-fresh. For some reason, I think of waterfalls when I smell this. I would imagine a sexy/ almost slutty and fun 20 something-year-old girl wearing this one, hahaha. It’s definitely memorable but not for me 🙂

This is so crisp, floral, elegant, so…..cold. It’s almost too pure feeling? For my taste anyway. It’s a very safe fragrance good for daytime. Feminine. But I need a little more warmth in this fancy lady bouquet.

It’s pleasant enough, although it smells like a number of other fruity perfume samples I have. Once in a while I get a sickly sweet watermelon burst that put me off from considering buying it. Nothing really remarkable or memorable. I like the scent overall, but won’t be buying it.

Every time I smell this, I think to myself, “ah, so pretty! Perhaps I could get away with wearing it to the office.”
And yes, I could certainly get away with wearing it to work because within 30 minutes, VBC has all but disappeared.
    Such a shame.
Also, What in the FFFF were they thinking with this bottle? The cap is so huge and tacky. Honestly, it’s so off-putting and confusing because with a bottle like that you’d expect something powerful and projecting, not this wimpy fragrance that silently slinks away as though it just stole your wallet. Ugh.

This fragrance is such a disappointment.
I am not joking when I say the smell of hand wash lasts longer on my skin
I drenched myself with this top to toe and 2 hours later l can’t smell a thing on myself
    Not a trace

I asked my fiance to buy me a scent that he would like to smell on me & this is what he chose. He purchased a roller ball for a stocking stuffer and I bought the full size. I also bought Versace Bright Crystal Absolu but I do not enjoy that as much. That one does last longer but I enjoy the fresh Zest soap smell this one has in addition to the juiciness. This fragrance gets the most compliments from strangers.

Very ordinary. Not my favorite. The scent is very very cold one which makes me nervous. But the sillage and longevity is not too bad.

It would almost be nice, if it weren’t for the sharp citrus note. It ruins this fragrance for me. It makes it smell cheap and soapy. Without it, this perfume would be a soft aquatic floral. Still nothing to write home about, but nicer. I actually don’t understand why this one is so successful. There are many fragrances like this out there, for half of the price.

This smells like traumatic flashbacks of the changing rooms after PE when girls would spray so much Impulse body spray I would feel my lungs recoiling. No thank you.

Years ago I got a small sample with some magazine and I really loved the scent, but I only bought it a few months ago. At first, I was happy that the scent was exactly as I was remembering it, but I’m not happy with the sillage and lasting power. I can mostly feel the peony then some fizz from the yuzu and something soapy. I think it’s pretty fair considering it’s an edt and a cheap one on top of that. It’s not that bad considering it performs better than Dior’s Blooming Bouquet and only for a tiny fraction of the price. Will not repurchase as I’m not a fan of sour, soapy scents.

An ex boyfriend gave this to me as a present. I liked it and at the time it was the only perfume I wore. Very feminine, sophisticated and airy. He turned out to be an asshole and we broke up. I didn’t feel comfortable wearing this scent anymore. Some time passed and I happened to smell this perfume on another girl. She was very young, lovely and innocent. Just like the perfume. I realized I had changed. These days I’m more fo
