This fragrance smells like a tropical cocktail, but not overly “boozy”. It’s fresh and sweet with a touch of musk and tropical flowers.
Longevity is good, but the sillage could use improvement, hence I am giving Paradise Fantasy an enthusiastic “like”, but not a “love”. This could change if I buy the body lotion and body wash, since I have found that layering the Body Fantasies scents helps in this regard.

This is a tropical smoothie turned into a perfume! It’s sweet and delicious and I wish I could drink it. It’s got a rare note of piña colada which is a fruity pineapple drink originating in Latin American countries. It also has citrus and coconut, papaya. Very very fruity. It smells like a delicious fruit smoothie that you take while on vacation in the Bahamas. The sugar is probably creating this type of deliciousness as is the coconut and pineapple note. Smells great. It’s perfect to wear to the beach in the summer. This is more of a body spray than a perfume but it really does have a long life (over 5 hours) and you can wear it throughout your day without having to re apply. I get tons of compliments on it. I wear it on cruise ships during Caribbean cruises that take off from Florida. This is so delicious.

I always see this at the drugstore and I largely ignore anything with Paradise or Tropical in the name because they all seem to smell like coconuts. Seriously, I live on an island in the Caribbean and it doesn’t smell like coconuts, well not the plastic coconuts I smell in perfumes. Anyway, someone I work with had this delicious scent on and being a ‘fumehead I HAD to know what it was. It was sweet torture, because the time to ask her what it was didn’t come until the end of the work day. Knock me over with a feather. I could not believe it was this. The red bottle I always studiously ignore at the drugstore! Needless to say I ran out to get it, and if I could, I would apologize for giving it the side eye one too many times. This is sweet with a little coconut and lots of fruits. Longevity is awesome for a body spray, and silage, well, it’s great because I would smell my coworker from a few feet away. If you like fruity, sweet and *rolls eyes* Tropical smells, give this baby a chance. It’s so good.

    Hello smoothie!
Smells very sweet & creamy like the taste of a milky smoothie. In this case a blend of piña colada, coconut, mango and papaya. Very fruity & tropical. Not too warm either which I like. I’d say if the sugarcane note wasn’t added it could almost pass for a unisex fragrance with that driftwood. My favorite note in this blend for sure. It keeps the whole scent from turning into a sticky sweet fragrance that would make one thirsty for water if it was a drink. I also credit the mandarin orange for the freshness too.

Quite pleasant, but unfortunately lasts only a few minutes on my skin. Possibly my skin chemistry… Which is not to say that this is not a great bargain all the same! My WORD, some of the others last as long as EDP’s!
As a side note, another body spray in the same general category by Body Fantasies is not on the database – as yet. It’s called ‘Sweet Sunset’, which just about perfectly describes this little tropical treat! I smell musk, a little plum, a touch of coconut, orange blossom, and perhaps tangerine? A Happy, Orange kind of scent. 😀 Thumbs up!

This smells very similar to Escada’s Born In Paradise there are a few differences though. There is Mango in Paradise Fantasy which Born in Paradise doesn’t have. I really enjoy this especially for a fragrance mist. The longevity and Silage of this is as good as a EDT so it’s really worth the price, it’s 4 hours or so with just a few sprays I’m really impressed with this body spray. I prefer EDP over anything else, and I barely buy fragrance mists, because you always have to spray through out the day. Body Fantasies is even better than Bath and Body Works on longevity, and silage, and Body Fantasies is way cheaper, how is that possible? It’s not heavily synthetic, but like I said for the cost it’s worth it, if you don’t want to pay $60 for 1.7oz bottle of Born in Paradise.

Sprayed this on tonight after my bath. Has me thinking of summer and the beach. I think I’m picking up the driftwood and it makes me want to float away!! Love ….

    It’s Fruit Over-Load. It’s Candy-like! It’s very yummy.

I rather like this one. This is a tropical scent, as is evidenced by the term “Paradise,” but it isn’t the tangy sort of tropical scent that might come to mind. Most tropical scents are heavy on pineapple, which gives them a somewhat sour note. This has an island vibe, while still managing to be very creamy and sweet, like a big, frosty piña colada. This owes in part to the mango, but mostly to the coconut and sugarcane. Paradise Fantasy would be a nice light scent for warm weather; I’m glad I gave this one a try
