Description
Chantal Roos promoted the new collection together with her daughter, Alexandra Roos, who deals with music and has issued four albums of modern chansons. Two worlds and the sensibilities of Chantal and Alexandra unite fragrances and music into extraordinary notes while providing a completely unique style of the Dear Rose collection full of warmth.
Bloody Rose starts passion with ylang-ylang flowers combined with orange blossom, accompanied with a warm, mysterious trail of incense and patchouli.
All fragrances of the collection are available in elegant glass bottles of 100 ml Eau de Parfum. The flacon excelled for its simplicity and thick glass bottom, contributing to a special refraction of light. The stopper is black with discrete golden color details. The outer cartons are white, also sophisticated and elegant. Bloody Rose was launched in 2014. The nose behind this fragrance is Fabrice Pellegrin.

To my nose, this is mainly orange blossom. Very similar to, but maybe a bit less sweet than Le Parfum Elie Saab. I only bought it because I found a massive bottle at a parfum warehouse sale for about A$80 and I was running out of the Elie Saab one so this came in handy as a replacement…

I smell patchouli and powder with a little bit of rose. Smoky and a bit sweet. Very feminine and long-lasting. I find it too “dusty” for my taste but I is a very elegant and nice perfume.
