This is such a lovely soft floral. Beautiful and long lasting on me. It’s a close to skin scent. I’m surprise there isn’t any vanilla in it, I do smell the magnolia and orange blossom right off the bat. This is sold online at many fragrance outlet and is very inexpensive. Give it a try.

Roses + peony + brioche/cheese-cake (vanilla and yeast). The same “yeasty”, weird note as in Narciso Roderiguez for Her.

Ooooh. Pleasantly surprised, didn’t expect much out of this one to be honest. Delightful. I can’t help but smile when I smell it. I get a heap of smooth, creamy jasmine, sandalwood, jammy, young, pink rose, a smidgen of golden ambery citrus and pure pleasure. There’s no bitterness, no greenness, just a cloud of flowery-woody-balsamic-vaguely vanillic-semicitrusy goodness. Mm.

This is a delightful rosy bouquet. LBDD can be found very reasonably online. I bought it because I needed to round up an order for free shipping LOL, I think I paid under $20 for the large bottle. I was tempted due to comparisons with Bond #9 Westside. I did not find much similarity with B#9W, it is very close to another FB I have; Mancera Roses Greedy. On the 1-10 scale, I’d give it at least an 8. They share many notes, I would not be surprised if the same nose created both fragrances. The Mancera ~ $120, LBDD is ~ $25. If you have one of these bottles, you probably don’t need the other. Happy spritzing! 🙂

Just received it today and I must admit it’s love at first sniff. On me it’s a powdery floral, very very feminine but modern. Not old school sharp strong scent. I found that I cannot ever go wrong with a Biagiotti perfume. Used to love them 25 years ago and still love them today. Somehow they all seem timeless. Or is it just my nostalgia playing games? Either way, this one is beautiful and very wearable any time, any season. Lasts a good few hours.

High end Italian floral bucket, complex and opulent, smells expensive, but in reality very affordable.

I got Due Donna as a gift and because of a bottle design I thought: ‘Here we go again, another sporty fragrance’ But when I’ve tried it, I was amazed. It’s such a feminine smell. I find it very appropriate to wear it to my work or school. Longevity is great and so is sillage. It’s nothing extraordinary, just a warm cosy lovely scent. I find it perfect to wear it in transitions from winter to spring and from fall to winter. The only thing I would change is a bottle design, I mean come on, it’s such an elegant scent but the bottle advertise this frag as something you want to spray on yourself after you’ve just worked out. Anyway it still stays a classy perfume.

Soft and very feminine. I would wear that any time of the day or the year. Makes me feel cosy and ‘light’.

I’m wearing it today after a long break and it’s just as vibrant as I remembered.
On me it’s rose, sandalwood and peru balsam with hints of magnolia and not much else.
It’s very powdery, in baby talc way, but at the same time it’s no cloying, it’s not flat or too sweet. It’s very creamy and smooth, lasts for ages. The bottle makes it look like a sporty perfume (think Adidas body mists etc.) but it’s very far from it.
Worth a try as I really cannot think of any other scent that would even be remotely similar to this.

This should be proclaimed a national perfume of italy, like an anthem! It is absolutely everything an italian woman ( in her natural environment 😉 ) is to me, and I have known many through work and some more through play! 🙂 It is like a full bosom jumping inadvertently out of a tight bustier at you! what a complete, self-sufficient, proud and joyful perfume! It is like Poeme from Lancome, but before retirement. 🙂 I think of women like Monica Bellucci, Ornella Muti ( pre-bleach and other stuff ) Nigela Lawson even! Wine, great food, gorgeous men, sun going down every day with a promise instead of a regret – all that and more has been captured in a rather modern-looking bottle with a creamy pink juice. I get rose, magnolia, sandalwood and surprisingly something aquatic too, just a hint of a sea breeze in there. Grab a bottle if u see one (It lasts for ages too!)
    City association: Venice

This was my ultimatate fav from it’s release to that sad fact it was no more imported to my home country (Finland) and slowly I and Donna kind …grew apart.
I feel that Donna in its perfect lightness, glow and floral sweetnes is a perfect scent for a young woman. Not for a teenager, but maybe a woman under 25. 🙂

(totally different from Contradiction by Calvin Klein to me, by the way) A nice rose scent, nothing wrong with, except that it not special enough for me anymore. For young girls a great choice. I will give it to my daughters!

When I first got Due Donna I thought that it was too sweet, too floral, too pink, too much of everything.
I’ve grown to like it very much. The sweetness is bright and uncloying, the huge bouquet of flowers is mood-lifting. Casual and elegant at the same time.
I can see others consider it a spring scent, but I wear it in winter too. It’s very warm and cosy.
Big sillage, longevity about 8 hrs. A happy scent!

This fragrance opens with loads of magnolia and jasmin(unpleasantly strong on my skin). After about two hours it fades to a sensual musk and sandalwood scent with a hint of flowers. Longevity is good.

In the beginning I really liked it. The fragrance is ambery, something I like in perfumes, I can’t detect rose (good!), actually Due Donna isn’t floral in my opinion, it’s oriental (the balsam and amber, I guess, do the trick). All in all I decided not to wear it because it has this touch of a mature fragrance, I see a woman about 40 + or so wearing this, I’m not like this yet so it made me older, but I won’t deny I may come back to Due Donna when I reach this age 🙂 because the fragrance is really good, warm and classy.

So well done, what a nice scent!
It isn’t something one would smell everywhere.
The initial blast is grassy, reminds me of Juba oil by Body Shop, which I used to wear as a 19 y.old student. Fortunately it vanishes quickly and an ambery, slightly ‘saulty’ rose, with some hints of tender magnolia is revealed. Then the scent deepens and becomes almost romantic. It’s a mild, subtle and classy scent, stays close to the skin. It also lasts long on me.
I think this perfume is suitable for all ages but would suit younger women better(<45 y.old). IMHO, it’s a daytime scent and goes better with a casual dressing style.
    ADD
I value this scent more and more each day.
It’s one of the scents I’m wearing at my work (at school), it really makes me feel nice.

Oh, I learned to love this scent. I just wait until the opening “sparkling” fruity notes vanish. After that, this is a wonderful, creamy – balmy! – flowery – rose and magnolia – just a little sweet, and voluptuous fragrance. Very very feminine, and sensual, and also very delicate.
Update: This is more a girly scent to me now though, I used to love it now I find it …funny, yet feminine and subtle. Still, a kind of lovely balmy flowery perfume though.

I know someone who uses Biagotti scents as her signature scents. Especially this scent is very nice, I think. You can smell the rose very well and it’s elegant and discreet. But it’s still dominant enough that you can smell it when you are close. I would think about buying it for myself, but since it’s one of the signature scents of someone I know well, I don’t do so. I think that’s like copying and the person wouldn’t approve. But she wears it well 🙂

BIAGIOTTI DUE DONNA is a mishmash of notes none of which really stands out clearly to my nose. I initially guessed that this was a very light oriental floral, as it seems to contain a touch of vanilla, but perhaps the sweetness is from the green mandarin, which I do not however otherwise detect.
The opening seemed very solvent-heavy for an eau de parfum, and the fragrance doesn’t develop. The quality seems lower than that of Victoria’s Secret’s better selections. Added to that, the floral potpourri has a somewhat offputting synthetic edge–no doubt not without reason…
This is the first time ever that I’ve used the word in a review, but I have to say that BIAGOTTI DUE DONNA really does seem MEH.

this is a pure floral and it’s nice.it reminds me very much miss boucheron, both by the smelling and shape of the bottle.
I like it because it’s feminine enough and it doesn’t derange anyone.maybe it’s not a perfume people go crazy for,but I don’t think anybody can hate it.
it’s sweet with strong magnolia and amber notes with some hints of woody scents.it’s powdery because of warm notes of amber and rose and it’s not aggressive.
I think it’s very good for a romantic date and intimacy with some one special.but it’s also good for everyday and office use too.but I guess it’s too warm to be wore during summer.
I forgot to say that it’s a bit like miracle by lancome too.

Ok ladies, just run and get this perfume if you like the scent of roses. I don’t know how did they do this but this is a beautiful bouquet of stunning roses. It’s just corked and you can spray it on your wrist actually.
Got my bottle today and for a long while I explored the flat and slick bottle enjoying the touch a lot I have to admit. Crazy? touch it for yourself and join the fan club.
The scent is delicate, feminine, lots of beautiful roses in the opening but then there is this little something which does not allow the fragrance to smell cheap, must be the little bit of wood and amber.
    Another success of Laura Biagiotti,
    Love it !!

Ich mag diesen Duft sehr gerne.
Auf meiner Haut entwickelt er sich holzig-blumig und schön warm.
Es ist ein sehr schöner Winterduft.
I like this smell very gladly.
On my skin it develops woody flowery and beautifully warmly.
It is a very beautiful winter smell.
