This really blew me away. Im not here to hate Kim Kardashian or her brand but I wasn’t sure what to expect from this line. I missed out on the perfume launch which I’m still kicking myself but I did get this at a bargain price from some where else. This is so gorgeous. The opening smells so amazing. I really hate tropical scents, even more so coconut when its added into the mix because it can make it smell so nutty and over powers the fragrance. But this, the coconut makes it creamy, like a fluffy meringue. All the notes come together and it smells so feminine, summery, juicy and perfect for any girl who wants a tropical scent.

I own many celebrity/designer fragrances including almost every bottle, if not all, from KKW line in my collection. So far so good, I like/love many of them until I purchased this one. It is rather a diapointment of the whole KKW line. I was very pleased with Kim’s fragrances until now. I don’t mind the similarity in scent-wise, as long as I still like how it smells on me. But I do mind the quality of it.
BAE has the worst QUALITY from the entire KKW line, sillage/longevity-wise. It is like a joke in sillage and longevity from my entire collection of fragrances (it may project a little better than Eon Productions James Bond 007 For Women, but still). It started it out with kiwi and gardenia for about 3 minutes, and then completely turned into SKIN SCENT with vanilla, coconut and orange composition with the faintest sign of woody musk ever. And this stage did not even last either. The “flash light” opening and the pathetically weak dry down both happened from start to finish in 40 minutes total on my skin, and THAT WAS IT!!! Everything was gone after that time frame!!!
If, and only if, this one could last longer and perform better (by a MIRACLE that I could only wish for), the scent would blend right in the group of typical tropical summery fragrances (with kiwi, coconut and vanilla), like hundreds of them out there. It would be neutrally good, not great, nor unique, and quite “generic” (the word that people nowadays would use often to describe something too ordinary). However, I must say that the kiwi that I had the quickest sniff here, was fresh actually, and so was the coconut note, unlike the bad “chemical coconut”/monoi oil that I experienced in Victoria’s Secret Very Sexy Now 2016 EDP and Victoria’s Secret Very Sexy Now Wild Palm EDP.
To sum it up, because of the bottle design, and the “limited edition” (marketing purpose, following emoji trend and targeting emoji fans), at the time it was launched and available at its original price, it might be a “cute” impulsive Valentine’s purchase. But even back then, BAE still seemed a little overpriced to me for its quality, let alone, I would not pay the asking price right now on eBay, due to the “discontinued” status of this fragrance!
I bought this one because I liked the listed notes. I also have Kim’s other fragrances from the years before in my collection, and I enjoy them very much. I thought that this one would also have a good long lasting quality like the others. If this was my first KKW purchase ever, I would hesitate to make the second buy for sure.
If you wanna smell something remarkable and gourmand with great lasting quality, like having a taste of the best merengue, try BFF. And am I happy that I did not miss that one from the sale (I own two bottles actually). BFF is that good. And you can totally skip this one.

im kicking my own ass because I didn’t buy this from the official website when it was launched. Now that these are out I have kimoji heart perfume envy. So disappointed.
I ended up buying one of these off eBay and I like it a lot. I think it’s better than Ride or Die, which I also have. It’s light and sweet and I think I’ll enjoy it more when the weather is not bone chilling cold. I was hoping for more coconut. I do get I think a faint trace of coconut , and I do think that’s the part that makes me like it more than ROD. They have a similar light sweetness to them. It’s light candy sweet, not fruit sweet at all.

Smells very tropical , fruity summer type scent….great for hot weather days. This is not a heavy scent ….just a typical summer scent.

i JUST LOVE THE WAY THiS SMELLS! I love the notes on my skin… the citrus, kiwi, vanilla, coconut. Yummy! It’s not unique, I feel like I’ve smelled something similar before. At Bath & Body Works or something. It smells so delicious. I love fruity perfumes

I get a tiny whiff of the kiwi and citrus when first sprayed and then it’s gone almost instantly. It turns immediately to a sweet vanilla coconut, with the very faintest hint of floral. It isn’t bad, but I wouldn’t call it unique either.
