The initial blast was strange – not like gin fizz, but a sour discordant note which fortunately did not last very long.
The scent then developed into a phase reminiscent of Tom Ford Oud Wood – refined but less complete.
It quickly dries down to a skin scent, which is warm and comfy (possibly the amber).
Not a bad scent and perhaps best of the bunch I tried at Orchard Central in Singapore, but definitely not good enough to justify it’s asking price. Would rather stick with the polished Oud Wood at that price point.

to keep it short, its pretty much Pure Shot by Thierry Mugler, but with a really nice citrus, gin opening. Otherwise you get that same patchouli backbone, with the toned down darker elements, just like in the A Men flanker.
