Attache-Moi (tie me up): Sensual, persuasive, a gentle olfactory bondage…
The box insert states “ATTACHE-MOI is a highly addictive fragrance, interwoven with wood, amber and musk notes.” Mysterious and somehow elusive. Further notes on the brand’s website reveal:
Top: Bergamot
Dry: Musks, Amber, Patchouli
Heart: Jasmin, Cedar, Amber
The patchouli here really reinforces the concept of this perfume. It’s not loud, but incredibly tactile, like the moleskin drawstring bag that the bottle comes in, and the soft sueded laces around the flacon (designed to be sprayed and worn as a scented bracelet).
The bergamot and jasmine aren’t overstated and are well-blended supporting notes that give Attache-Moi optimism and mildly indolic arousment respectively. No cacophonous citrus or florals here.
The amber is warm and radiant with a curiously clean factitious edge. It makes me want to spoon with my down comforter all day.
I detect a subtle tar-like note, like guaiac wood which in concert with patchouli translates into something like suede leather. Delicately smoky, salty, tasty.
The musk and resin fusion (smells like labdanum) is pliable, warm and sweet. It reminds me of a softer but more quietly penetrating version of an old love of mine, Prada Intense. This is a nice change up and one that is more comfortable to wear at home as well as out, although the sillage is rather intimate.
A minimalist, contemporary musky, woody amber scent, Attache-Moi is a welcome respite from all the loud ambers and incenses out there; you’ll beg not to be untied.

I put this on his morning when I woke up, and its been 3 hours into this and I am completely in love with this fragrance. I was trying to remember what this fragrance reminded me of at first..it smells a bit like Fragonard Miranda, but less cloying and syrupy.
In the beginning, the amber is warm and sweet, tangy almost. The previous reviewer said salty..and I think that’s a perfect description. But as this is drying down it is taking on this gorgeous woody, ambroxan note that just purrs on my skin. This could be an everyday perfume, its classy and mature.

THIS. Is soooo good for amber lovers! I immediately get a salty skin-warm amber/musk, as if it’s been there all along, melding with my own scent. Just delightful from 1st wear – my most successful blind swap in recent memory. It is quite noticeably ‘salty’ at the start, but it’s very nice, comforting, and goes with the vibe perfectly. My boyfriend referred to it as ‘spicy’ when I sprayed it on the bed sheets – I wanted to be surrounded by it’s rich brown warmth all night.
Seems to last only ~4hrs on skin but days on clothes! I couldn’t help myself; I just ordered a sampler pack of their other 2 scents and can’t wait to get them. (9.1.16)
(8.9.17 update) I’m getting SO much iso e now, or is it ambroxan mix, or both? Anyway the saltiness is still there and very pleasant, but it is very much a skin scent on me, even as soon as it’s sprayed. Still very pleasant, comforting & warm, but I’m picking up fewer ingredients in it the more I smell it and it’s so low sillage on me.

Now it is clear where Francis Kurkdjian got an inspiration for his iconic Baccarat Rouge 540! – from this masterpiece of modern perfumery, of course.
They both smell oriental woody, except that Attache-Moi does’t start with a caramel car-freshener note. This one goes straight to the point exposing luxurious woods covered by sweet resins with some purple flowers and citrus notes in the background.
One of the rare perfumes that clearly affects my mood by making me feel happier. I wonder if that’s because of its ingredients or multiple compliments I usually get with it.

I’m in love with Attache-moi from the first time I used an example of it. But the longevity and sillage of this beautifull scent is poor on my skin. Attache-moi on my clothes does have a good longevity.

Loved this the first second I got my nose on it! At first spray it smelled almost like there’s leather in it. The musk, cedar and woods came through and it was so marvelous and masculine. Then after a while the sweet amber came at the top and left all the others behind. Definitely bottle worthy! Only if the longetivity and sillage was better. And the price is also a little too high.

Attache Moi is a lovely soft suede-like fragrance. Definitely not overpowering, but it does leave e subtle trail of soft patchouli and ambroxan. Not sweet and certainly not your typical amber frangrance.
Makes me very happy…..especially the dry-down, lots of ambroxan (patchouli leaves the stage). Gorgeous!
