Testing a mini edt, second day:
The opening is weird and plasticky, quite off-putting actually. I thought it might just be my mini that was bad, but slowly it transforms into something better, while I still recognise the initial weirdness. Is it the copaiba balm? I do not know what that smells like, there are not many perfumes listed which include that note, and I have not tried any of the others. It smells, to me, like a mix of resins and dusty wood with a touch of menthol coolness. I also get rose, raspberry and vanilla. And after a while, ylang-ylang. As it warms up on the skin, it reminds me a little of Regine’s. At this stage it’s nice, I like it, but I have to say I struggle with the weird opening.
