Fragrance Review For Amalfi Flowers Creed
Top Notes: Black Currant Lemon Mandarin Bergamot Ginger Bougainvillea
Middle Notes: Iris Patchouli Rose
Base Notes Sandalwood Amber Violet Leather Ambergris
This was a limited edition fragrance, discontinued, such a shame. They ought to bring it back. It was glorious. The composition to this perfume taught me so many things about the art of perfumery. This had a lot going on. There was a bougainvillea floral note which is very uncommon in perfumery but smelled wonderful, and very true to the actual scent. There was a lot of lemon and mandarin very sweet and fruity, refreshing and summery. The rose and patchouli are always a winning combination and it smelled exotic, Oriental. The sandalwood was very aromatic and fragrant. There was a lot of leather and musk. So many amazing scents to enjoy and the fragrance longevity lasted forever, until they discontinued it.

Revel in Romantic Rapture with this one in a million delight. Oliver Creeds creativity is in high gear with Amalfi Flowers. This prime perfume has a refreshing opening of the luscious Amalfi lemon along with the strike of the Sicilian mandarin which begins the mood of an Italian holiday The basil makes a cameo appearance while the black currant and Italian bergamot keep the opening notes afloat The top note of ginger is slight but makes it’s grand debut in the base. Your entrance into the center arena is none other than a floral ecstasy with the presence of the Florence iris and then the Italian rose taking center stage. Patchouli’s presence continues to the base while commingled with sandalwood, the exotic parma violet and a surprise twist of the exquisite Russian leather. Adorned with this scent you can’t help but relive the scene in “Under the Tuscan Sun”, indulging in a chilled glass of limoncello in an outdoor cafe surrounded by lemon trees with the Mediterranean breeze and the aroma of the fields of flowers accentuated with a suspicion of ginger. I’m under the sun and over the moon with this fragrance.
Thankfully for few and unfortunate for many, this is a limited edition fragrance that is simply outstanding. It will take your breath away!
