Review for 3 ml roll on:
Starts out with pungent saffron and barely sweet jasmine and dries down to earthy rose? Something like that!
Neither male nor female – strides the line nicely.
This Al-Rehab has a Slight resemblance to Sondos, just barely enough to mention. Sondos strikes me as the stronger and more distinctive of the two, with Alf Zahra being more fleeting and minus Sondos’ surprising lily of the valley. (Which could simply be a green, fresh note added to lighten the darker aspects.) But a western floral bouquet these are not! Sondos is very woody with a dry, masculine rose. And only the opening notes in Alf Zahra bear the slightest similarity to anything garden like. It’s not so much floral as a mixture of… many things!
So – to sum up. It’s impossible to tell the precise notes here (at least if you’ve got MY wee nose!), but I think it’s close to this:
Saffron
Jasmine
Rose
Sandalwood
Hint Oud
Musk
Oakmoss
The Jasmine, Saffron opening rapidly disappears, leaving room for the woody, unsweetened rose and earthiness already peeking out at first whiff. Totally unisex, if more floral in the first few minutes. I enjoy this. 😀
Pleasant and earthy…

Smells very different to me than others described. Piercingly sharp and strong version of Ivory soap to my nose. Even in tiniest amount, this is harsh and unpleasant. It doesn’t improve on dry down, and I scrubbed after a few hours. Also had a hint of mustiness that didn’t help. Very strange scent. Wonder if maybe it had gone bad?? It didn’t fit its description at all, definitely not floral or musky or light. I’m tempted to try again from al rash ad instead of eBay.

I like it a lot, but to my nose there’ s no resemblance to Bottega veneta at all!

Western-smelling, this reminds me of Clinique Aromatics but lighter. I started to think it was too floral for me but then it settled.
