“Welcome to my world… The sensory pleasure of food: fresh herbs, spices, pepper, salt. I am moved by the unexpected exuberance of clove mixed with soft milk, the softness of an olive oil on a caldo verde. This is the « fado » in me, which infuses the flavors of my restaurant.

My fragrance ?
A spicy bouquet, the only one I could ever wear. It juggles the aromas of sage and Madagascan clove. Then, it melts into woody vetiver from Java and profound white wood.
