Gosh, this is a complicated one to love for me. My first impression was that it was too weak and too sweet. But after a while I decided to give it another shot. And the trick is not to expect a resinous heavy incense. And spray liberally, treat it as an eau de cologne. If I do that it becomes a very pleasant and serene scent. So don’t think church incense, but more like a sacred oil or something like that. Very wearable in summer too, so it has definitely a role to play in my collection; holy water for those days that true incense is too heavy…. lovely

Have you ever wondered how would smell the air moved by an angel’s wings?
Tender notes of hawthorn and violets blooming, delightful osmanthus, glowing white musk, light vanilla, white pepper; complemented by fresh patchouli accords and a dim jasmine to keep the whole composition a divine transparent smoke. Incensy, yes. Pure white.
Some fragrances are not meant to be opulent, neither invasive, nor grandiose. Some just shine within their simplicity, reinforcing their first class nature.
While others are built to scream “I smell expensive”, some are just – innocent and plain – splendid colognes.
Like a delicate beat of wings.
This Incenso from Asia will transform your skin scent into the most luxurious aroma; ideal for close encounters with style. A high class cologne that will last a fair 6 hours on skin, more on clothes, with a gentle sillage.
A statement, just like “1a CLASSE” from Alviero Martini.
While the juice is unexpensive, you might keep The Secret to yourself.

This is so beautiful I must give it due compliments. It was a blind buy for me at a low price to satisfy my curiosity about its incense notes, and specifically Asian incense! I had been looking for a sweet incense perfume, something to remind me of my young days when I visited temples of all creeds as I call them, Hindu, Chinese, Buddhist , Taoist, you name it I would have gone inside to worship at least once. The top notes are the loveliest sweetest flower petals, not all rose but somewhat like a mixture of Rose and some other what nots not specified in Fragrantica description above, yet it is not predominantly rose and this suits me fine. And then follows the incense, smoky heady without bitterness or spiciness, but sweet as, and so reminiscent of the moment you step inside the great hall of the temples. There is no indolic note as in jasmine so I’d say it’s not so much a Hindu temple incense but more a Buddhist one. Later it turns into a powdery incensed talc. Sillage is superb and longevity impressive for an Eau Fraiche. I may just go and get myself a few more bottles in case this gets taken off the online shelves forever, the sparse reviews I have seen have been uncomplimenting. Tip: only buy this if you love extremely sweet floral incense and you don’t mind a powdery talc base note. I give it a 9/10.
