Description

Michael Kors Turquoise lanuches in October 2016 as a new limited edition of the original Michael Kors fragrance from 2004. It is announced as the fragrance of “natural freshness with a modern edge” which is both “intimate and invigorating.”

The composition is a fresh floral, aquatic and woody. The natural freshness of cucumber and lime with water lily in the top notes contrasts with the warmth of flowers of wild orchid and jasmine in the heart. A marine “fleur de sel” accord in the base of the perfume is complemented by notes of ambrox, musk and cedar.

The fragrance is available as a 30, 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

Strong beautiful floral scent, clean and aquatic, not a sweet smell. Love it!!!

Been looking for a long time for a new perfume that really does it for me (and wasted far too much moolah in the process). Adore this, but then powdery white florals have always suited me best. If you have nymphish tendencies then bathe yourself in these cool, limpid, languid waters.

To me it smells just like purple lilac, especially at the beginning. 6 hours later I still smell a clean fragrance on my arm. I have the new Miss Dior on the other arm and it is completely gone!

I haven’t quite sniffed anything like this one. Very interesting fragrance. It has a well balanced combination between fresh and powdery notes which I have found very difficult for them to nicely play together. This one is worth a try for sure. It is not my favorite…yet, but definitely “unique” enough for me to own a bottle. Hopefully I will grow to love it.

By the name and consequently the color, I was expecting something more fresh, light and beachy. Or at least with some tropical vibe.
Turquoise is floral and powdery. I thought violet leaf was the main note but I don’t see it listed.
I don’t find it original or distinctive. Still, it has some attractiveness.

I absolutely love this perfume. It’s a different floral, then I have ever smelled.I wood say a buttery, jasmine or water Lilly. It doesn’t last long but I love it enough to take with me and spray spray spray.

Smells like a wet garden, like snapped green stems in the rain first of all, and wet flowers. Not really like the sea.. The cucumber comes through then it becomes musky and disappears within three hours tops. I like it, I personally haven’t smelled anything else very much like it, but the longevity makes me hesitate to purchase.

Well, mucho better than Elizabeth Arden but still….Oh so reminiscent of SO MANY fragrances currently out on the market. NOT delicious, and rather ho-hum!!
I do love my Michael Kors Packable Down Jacket though!

This reminds me very strongly of the very first “perfume” I was allowed to wear in the late 1960’s – it was eithe Barbie or Liddle Kiddle by Mattel. It is such a strong sense memory that I cannot identify any notes, but it is a happy, innocent fragrance.

An unusual scent combination for me and I do like it quite a bit. This almost veers toward unisex in a way to me because it comes across with a strong, almost masculine cologne freshness to my nose, but there is a feminine floral undertone in there also. There is an interesting dichotomy to this scent as it comes across as tottering on the edge of smelling too clean and abrasive (like Comet bathroom cleaner) at first, but give it time to warm up on skin and there is a lovely flow of watery gentleness under the surface. You do have to give this one some time to fully open up or you will miss the unique beauty of it; I very nearly did run to scrub it off, but there is something that kept me from doing so and I was glad I waited.

I thought it actually smelled like aquatic lilacs if there is such a thing. Even though lilacs are not in it. Very watery and fresh, yet floral.
unlike what I expected, its not your typical “fresh aquatic”. I find it to be more interesting due to cucumber and white flower notes. Woods are also a nice touch on the drydown
I would not say that lasting power is great but this is still a nice fragrance, that’s perfect for the summer. Makes me think of floral garden that’s near ocean:)

I can’t stand it, it makes my head ache. Strong and sharp floral-aquatic scent. I don’t even sense it as a fresh scent, it’s too bitter for that.

I definitely like this better than Coral.

Very lovely I get a lot of Jasmine in it and it reminds me of flowers outside my grandmas house. However it t lasts like 5 minutes then it’s done.

I only smell floral in this. I thought it was aquatic orange blossoms but I don’t see orange blossoms as a note so I am not sure what I am smelling. I like it but not enough staying power.

Very light, musky & sea water fragrance. I like it, but it lacks something extra.

The Notes that stand out to me are the Lily & the Cucumber. You can def tell it’s MK, much like the “Island” perfumes, for those that like those. Nice, Clean aquatic, doesn’t last long, even on clothes~

Am fascinated is it anything as punchy and cool as the colour turquoise?

I have huge hopes for this!!! I hope it’s actually a balanced aquatic with some type of longevity!
