Description

Young American singer Taylor Swift unveiled her first fragrance, Wonderstruck, in 2011. Wonderstruck Enchanted followed as its flanker, launched on the market in Fall 2012. Taylor by Taylor Swift is a new fragrance, coming out in June 2013. Unlike the first two, which were inspired by fairy tales, Taylor fragrance is more personal to the singer because it reflects her own style.

Taylor is a sweet, floral-fruity fragrance with a woody base. It opens with alluring aromas of lychee, tangerine and magnolia petals, with peony, hydrangea and vanilla orchid in the heart and a base made of sandalwood, apricot nectar, cashmere musk and soft woods.

The youthful bottle design tries to combine modern and retro style with pearl details, a crystal stopper and bold prints. The fragrance is available as 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

smells like Bath & Body Works Secret Wonderland fragrance mist.
longevity is poor. projection is weak.
i actually love it but i can’t smell like barely anything after 3-4 hours.
    too bad 🙁

Out of the collection I used to have, Taylor is one of those perfumes that stuck to me. I love the apricot note and having smelt Jessica Simpson’s Fancy Love, I prefer this sweeter one. I love it!

Let me start with the bottle, which I adore!! The faceted jewel top, the heavyweight ribbed/ridged bottle and especially the colorful Pucci-esque design on the top…it is all so, so pretty. Vibrant and fun, but still a bit elegant! I love everything about it EXCEPT the pearls… they just seem like a filler or an afterthought. They just don’t seem to make much sense.
Now, the juice inside is a bit heavier and has more depth than I was expecting, but in a good way. I figured it would be an a-typical celeb fruity floral. It is a fruity floral, but in a more mature and thoughtful way.The apricot is soft and silky while the woods and hortensia are a welcome surprise, they help give this a warmer dimension, I definitely could see wearing this in the winter! This is one fruity floral you won’t mistake for another. Though it does smell so darn familiar….like a long ago youthful memory. I can’t place it, but to me it smells like a sweet, delicious well aged 80’s type scent. But in a very good way! Well made and well done by Taylor!!

For some reason I was anosmic to most of this perfume for the longest time. All of a sudden, today, I was able to smell that deep, rich apricot, soft sweetness, and creamsicle vibe. It’s lasted on me for a long time. I even napped in it and could still smell it when I woke up. A new love for me!

  5. :

    5 out of 5

I had high hopes for Taylor after trying the Made of Starlight flanker and finding myself to be almost anosmic to it. Other reviewers called this “loud,” “sillage monster,” and “beast,” so I was expecting something that would at least be comparable to a B&BW body spray.
It’s apricot water. It smells a tiny bit like apricots and sugar. It disappears quickly from me. There is no sillage and no staying power.
Needless to say, I’m disappointed. This leaves me 1 for 3 of the TSwift purse sprays that I bought as a set, with Wonderstruck being the only one that I can actually recommend.

This perfume is very inoffensive and pleasant. Fruity floral with a hint of vanilla. Makes me want to try Fancy Love.

@theperfumemaniac THANKS for defending Taylor! I love it for being a bright clear woody peach. The comment about it being for “low-income” people made me cringe. I’m all for free expression, so I don’t give thumbs-down votes, but honestly, that just sounded mean for no reason.
Taylor is one of the better celebrity perfumes I have smelled, and I am anything but “low-income.” It’s not as good as her Incredible Things (gorgeous), but it’s still a cheerful fresh fruity scent without being too sweet. There’s a touch of sophistication to it.
Just had to support your comment!

  8. :

    4 out of 5

@theLady what a horrible, ugly comment. This fragrance isn’t for low income people or whatever, it is for someone looking for a light, long-lasting, fruity/airy fragrance. I hope you mature a little bit before bashing people who like this fragrance and you update your perfume collection, that screams “I’m going to like this perfume just because it is expensive”

  9. :

If you mixed the peachy warmth of Burberry for Women with the sugared nectarine & vanilla of JS Fancy Love, then threw in some extra vanilla and a big dollop of a VS-type apricot-scented body lotion for good measure ….you’d get this. It’s very sugary, very fruity, totally millennial…and it’s LOUD.
That said, I like it! It’s playful, cheerful and sunny.
If you’re not in the mood for serious and just want to smell edibly good, Taylor is a winner.

  10. :

    5 out of 5

Wow, this fragrance is leaps and bounds better than the initial TS fragrancs. Wonderstruck and Wonderstuck Enchanted smell like teeny body sprays. Frankly. I had hopes for Enchanted but honestly I was blasted by a sickly sweet berry smell in my opinion. I picked up all 3 while they were at a discount store, and I felt like, what could I lose anyway.
The apricot is probably the most prominent note, followed by the light floral. On me it’s more of a greeny floral, nothing overloaded or musky. It’s not sickly sweet, while a sweet scent, and there’s a slight woody base. It’s nice, it’s really nice. It smells fairly unique compared to most celebrity fragrances, and I like it a lot. And it’s a really good deal.
This is a beast of a fragrance. The longevity is incredible: on me, this lasts *all* day. The sillage is also incredible–funny story, a guy I dated used to smell this on me downwind (because I biked to work in the Toronto summer and would spray down on this during office hours) and attributed the scent to just be me, and he was convinced for months that ‘this is what I smelled like’. I had to break it to him that my body did not create the molecular compounds of apricot and litchi organically, but that it was indeed Taylor by Taylor Swift. (although I appreciated the complement)

  11. :

I am really torn on this. On the one hand I love all the peachy, fizzy Burberry Classic-inspired fragrances. This one is a sillage monster and if you spray it on clothes the scent will last for a thousand years. While I do enjoy it for its strength, I think it is a little too strong for me. Sometimes it ends up very cloying, sweet, and linear. I still prefer Burberry Classic (because it smells like fresh paper to me) and Fancy Love (because its more champagne-like), but people might like this one if they wish for something stronger and more powerful. It is like apricot syrup.

  12. :

This is such a delightful scent I want to chew my arm off. Sillage and longevity are A+.
Delicious orange and apricot swirly ice cream dipped in salty caramel.

This is a well rounded perfume by Taylor.
I repurchased my second bottle today, only this time in the 100ml 😉
To me it smells creamy/powdery/soft.. But when I say soft, I mean beautifully soft.
It’s got a perfect touch of floral, and a tiny bit of sweetness (like jam)
I find myself continuously smelling my wrist, when I’m doing things around the house I catch whiffs ❤️ this stuff is GOOD!
    It’s not a generic or synthetic smell…
It’s by Taylor & I do find this one quiet mature.
    Longevity: 5-6 hours.

  14. :

Taylor is sun-kissed skin, candied tangerines and mouthwatering, succulent apricots settling into a bed of creamy vanilla orchid & sandalwood. Sunshine, happiness and simplicity in a bottle!

  15. :

    3 out of 5

This is definitely similar to Jessica Simpson’s Fancy Love but Fancy Love is far more delicate on my skin than Taylor. I know that they are both dupes for the original Burberry scent which I am yet to try. I prefer Taylor because it is more long lasting and a little stronger. Really lovely smell, very elegant and timeless and at £11 for 50ml an absolute bargain!!!

  16. :

    3 out of 5

Light powdered vanilla sugar with peachy-fruity accents. Powdery flowery. Fresh but no typical “fresh” notes (not soapy, no calone, no aquatics). Not too sweet, it’s the same kind of sweetness as in Gabbana The One and Kenzo 7:15 am in Bali.
Simple, soft, very pretty, very easy and joyfull to wear.

I blind bought Taylor last spring, and I was not fond of it initially. I thought it was too peachy, too sweet and too sharp. I much preferred Taylor Made of Starlight, which I wore a lot last Spring. Now that winter is here in Canada, I thought I would give it another try. And I like it much better in the cold season. The woody base and cashmere musk (that were too sharp then) work better for me now with the apricot and tangerine. I tend to enjoy stronger perfumes in the winter, so this is a quite light fragrance for me at this time of year, but it’s a really lovely day scent. It’s not offensive at all. A strong like now.

  18. :

Delicious and juicy. I layer this with pretty as a peach lotion from bath and body works. It’s a wonderful daytime, fun scent. It’s actually my favorite fun fruity scent that I own. I also have Taylor’s Wonderstruck, I enjoy them both. So much in fact I may purchase Incredible Things. If you’re looking for a fruity fresh peach type scent Taylor is a safe choice. Age range, I’d say 16 and up, but not too young for someone in their 40’s.

  19. :

Fresh succulent apricots. Plump, dried apricots. Creamy vanilla orchid, a touch of tart mandarin and silky sandalwood. This perfume has great longevity and if your skin does well with an apricot note, you will smell delicious wearing Taylor. It’s affordable and layers beautifully with coconut or vanilla body butter from Trader Joe’s!

This was my first perfume I have bought. I bought this because I remember smelling the tester and it has a unique scent to it. However, it can smell quite synthetic and maybe sickening at some point. This perfume has moderate sillage and lasts quite long though. I have smelled this perfume on a couple other people outside so I guess this is quite popular. It’s an okay perfume for a celebrity perfume. I have never tried Jessica Simpson’s Fancy Love or Burberry’s Burberry Women so I have no comments on the similarities of the scents. I’m not really enjoying the perfume now so I gave it to my sister.

  21. :

Very graceful floral, I find it particularly unique and charming. It is a fresh scent but at the same time it stands out. The bottle is very interesting as well.

  22. :

This scent is very soft & delicate. I find this fragrance to be lighty & airy my body chemistry picks up citrus & literally all I smell is lemon drops on my skin. So sweet in a non sugary way more of a citrusy sweet. So perfect for those who prefer light perfumes. I bought this last summer after spotting the last bottle on shelf. I remembered smelling this fragrance a couple years prior & remembered really liking it so I bought it finally & so glad I did the silage is mild but yet so fresh & lemony and delicious. This lasts long & gets tons of compliments. Lemon dream here baby !

  23. :

Terribly formulated knock-off of Burberry. The top fruity notes are so synthetic. I prefer Fancy Nights to all three, however Burberry is the OG of them all. Burberry and Fancy are so creamy and powdery. This is just an offensive mess.

  24. :

    3 out of 5

Since it got released, this is still one of my favorite fragrances.
Sophisticated, classy, luxurious, and stunning are the first words that come to mind when I think of this fragrance.

  25. :

    3 out of 5

I love this perfume. I get a lot of compliments from both men and women when i wear it. It is very distinctive. I think it lasts longer on my skin than Original Burberry Women so I will continue to purchase this. I went through a one ounce bottle which NEVER happens to me, so that definitely says something!

  26. :

    4 out of 5

Totally agree with the reviewer below: just like the two other perfumes but Taylor is also much better and longer lasting on me. It is brighter livelier and sparkly! The longevity of this compared to burberry after reformulation is miles better!!

  27. :

    5 out of 5

This is very much like Fancy Love and Burberry Woman, Only on me it smells better, has better sillage and last a lot longer. Its also cheaper which doesnt impact my choice but is nice. I think this one beats the other two by far. Ive owned all three and Im sticking to this one. Im very pleased with it and will keep rebuying it.

  28. :

    4 out of 5

I was expecting more of a creamy, juicy, natural apricot, with slightly woody base. So I was kind of surprised to find a very unusual kind of transparent airy, very light synthetic apricot or peach, with no tartness, woody, even slightly ozonic smell. The notes are all blended together in the same smell that did not vary for a couple of hours which was not exactly unpleasant but it was kind of strange.
I don’t know what to make of it. It kind of smelled like super synthetic thinned out peach perfume with a light syrup background. It doesn’t really smell like Fancy Love to me.

  29. :

    4 out of 5

From opening until the base appears, Taylor is similar to Burberry, which others have mentioned. Something smells like pineapple to me (yum), but this pineapple dream is obviously my imagination since this does not contain pineapple. The base does not smell like Burberry, and closes with apricot and woods. I do not smell any musk, and to be very honest, am not crazy about the apricot mixed with sandalwood. It doesn’t smell bad, just not what I would expect for a finale. Longevity is good, projection moderate. This was on sale at Marshall’s today, so if you love it, hurry! Love the bottle cap!

I like this one. I get peaches and caramel. It’s nice to wear before bed.
Edit: I found it for cheap and bought the full bottle after testing out my decant several times 🙂 a very pleasant fruity smell that I will no doubt get a lot of use out of this summer.

  31. :

    Not sure about this.
I love Enchanted, but this one is a bit strange for my nose, like By Invitation by M.Buble, which I initially like and now cant wear it at all.
    Its sharp.

  32. :

Why are all these celebrity fragrances the same!? I am sure there are some out there that are not sugar-bombs, but so far the only differentiation seems to be the artificial fruit they choose to be dominant at the front. This reminds me of peach ring gummy candy. Not many pros from me aside from the affordable price.

  33. :

    3 out of 5

I tried a tester and I don’t like it. Couldn’t wait to wash it off. I like strong perfumes but not this.

  34. :

    5 out of 5

I bought Taylor because I LOVE Burberry Woman and Jessica Simpson Fancy Love but Burberry doesn’t last and JS Fancy Love lasts longer than Burberry, but is more of a skin scent on me. This one is far superior to the other two in my opinion because it has the longevity AND silage AND amped up apricot note! You all probably think I’m absolutely nutzo having bought basically THREE different bottles of the same smell (because they all really are very similar) But I’m glad I did. Taylor really sticks to me and projects and the apricot note is more prominent. I love, love, love apricot. Taylor is just perfect for me as a daily, spring/summer, casual wear scent. The sandalwood in Taylor gives it a little bit of a powdery vibe. This combination of sandalwood and apricot keeps it from veering off into “pre-teen fruity body spray” territory.
I am not a fan of Taylor Swift. I rather can’t stand her to be honest. But my perfume addiction sees no names and has no shame. lol As long as we are speaking plainly here, I may as well just come out and admit, THIS IS IN MY TOP THREE FAVORITE FRAGRANCES for summer. I really love it and the sun helps it reach its full potential.

  35. :

    Peach schnapps with vanilla floral
The almost sickly peach goes away, and a more dusky sweet but toned down powderyness is left which lasts for ages.
Outlasts Chanel on me. Good buy in NZ anyway

  36. :

    4 out of 5

I really love this. The apricots are quite strong but it’s not too sweet or cloying. It’s a great frag for a 20-40 year-old who still wants a fun scent but doesn’t want to wear cotton candy.

  37. :

    5 out of 5

This is the only perfume from my Collection, that makes me happy.
Its fruity, BUT not super sugary fruity. I like clean and soapy scents, so that should tell you something.
I can smell apricots, but in a very creamy and clean way. Taylor reminds me of a apricot Shampoo or soap.
When i smell it, I’m feeling like I am sitting in a cabrio, just like Taylor in The commercial. The warm summer breeze is hitting my face, The Sun is shining and the trees are full of fruits and flowers. I really like that perfume.

Dulce, frutal, cargante … buena durabilidad.

  39. :

    3 out of 5

Apricot bliss! But there is something a little bit sophisticated about it (the sandalwood) which stops it from being just another fruity floral. Good for any occasion.

  40. :

    4 out of 5

This is fruity so so sugary apricot !!!!! If you love eating sour apricot and adding sugar on them this is what its smells like!!! This is amazing like a real apricot juice has been squeezed in the perfume

For the last 38+ years i’ve mostly worn niche/indie perfumes/oils with a few designer scents among my collections. Never tried many celeb scents as they just didn’t strike my fancy ….and of course, there is that stigma of celebs’ names attached to it that…that made me somewhat embarrassed to be associate with…i was shopping at TJMaxx and saw Taylor, by TS for $4.99! The price point shocked me, and it was a small bottle which I told myself if it smells nasty, I can just toss it out..it’s so cheap…I couldnt even wait til I get home, I sprayed some in my car and right away my impression was it smelled very loud, juicy bursts of happiness..made my car smelled expensive. ha. ON my skin it’s a mixture of juicy-creamy fruits with a splash of “clean-vibe”. Not a fan of super clean/cotton lien like scents but the clean-ness here works. Dry down is a reminiscent of praline/toffee like sweetness. Don’t see these listed as notes but there’s that slight round, smooth, creamy gourmand magic there. On skin projection is semi loud, sillage is 7+ hours. I catch a hint of wonderfulness in my office whenever I move a bit. I ended getting another bottle. ..and thanks to this Celebrity scent purchase, I’ve been blind buy boatloads more celeb scents! …
I wanted to add that I have JS Fancy love..it does bear resemblance on the initial blast/smell from the bottle.. both are nice, but I am liking the bursts of sweet nectar /tangerine/lychee stage more with Tayor. Fancy love is less of it, and more blond wood softness during dry down.

My question is…..can she ever be original and not copy others? EXACTLY LIKE FANCY LOVE CMON

  43. :

    3 out of 5

I am surprised that vanilla isn’t listed as a note, I really get that with the fresh apricot, apricot that has been mixed into this perfume perfectly (apricot is one of my favourite smells ever)
As for wearing, summer only. It really does fit well with sunny afternoons and this scent could easily be wore to a wedding, the bottle said ‘wedding’ to me when I saw it and still does. The only complaint I have about it is, the top of the perfume is really hard to get off once it is sealed on, I have to keep it off but that definitely doesn’t put me off!

  44. :

Tried this in the skin. Delicious beginning, fruity, warm, creamy.
I had others in too, Versace the yellow edp one, Versace euros, Oscar de la rents extrodinary woman, these all seemed to have a fruity element to them, Taylor had the longest wearing power.
It did get a bit cheesecakey towards the end after a few hours, almost if at xmas you’ve already eaten too much and you try putting some cheesecake away on top of what you’re already had, then you feel a bit sick tummy.
I will try it again as the other frags I had on May have influenced my impression, and as it had other elements I liked, Taylor’s other perfumes make me feel sick though.
    We’ll see.

I’ve tried a few celeb fragrances, but this to me is in another league. It kinda reminds me of the drink Taboo. Longevity and projection on this is amazing. My partner loves this on me, this is beautiful.

I blind bought this because of the positive Reviews when I was searching for a nice scent with lot of apricot, since I LOVE apricots in perfumes (I also already own and love Lady Gaga´s Fame, DKNY Dreamsicle, Beyonce Rise, Lancome Tresor). Today it just arrived and my first Impression after spraying it on all over my arms and Shirt was: well, this blind bought was not a success. It smelled immediately very cheap and chemical and not pleasant at all. I´m not biased about celebrity´s perfumes but some really smells rather cheap, so did this. BUT: just waited for 10minutes and it revealed a nice smell after all. kinda generic “been there done that” (although I never tested the similar ones: Jessica Simpson´s and Burberry´s), but the smell and chemical Impression disappeared and now it is just a nice fruity floral, which actually smells pretty sophisticated and classy, adult, not typical celebrity girly. again, nothing new, actually it kinda resembles a lighter and moderner Version of Tresor, which isnt a bad think at all. I dont like the bottle, though. I dislike all vintage design and it Looks like a old fashioned water glas, not like a perfume bottle, so I gotta hide it in a drawer, not to see it on my vanity. which is also a reason why I hesitaed so Long (maybe a year), untill I gave this a Chance a tried it. I usually dont try perfumes when Im putting of by the bottle but I just coudnt resist to get my next Apricot scent! I cant say much about longevity now Im wearing it already about half an hout and it is still going same intense, so I have rather high hopes for a relatively good longevity (anything better than Beyonce Rise, which is a joke, btw…)

Alright… this is a WEIRD perfume. I’m still so confused about this one.
The beginning of Taylor is horrid. It is a mess. You cannot smell this stuff without feeling disgusted, nothing works well. It starts peppery, citrusy, salty and fruity.
HOWEVER, once this stuff settles down it produces the weirdest, heavenly, sweet, unique and confusing scent I have ever smelt. It is fruity, the apricot is the star of this perfume. Vanilla orchid follows with tangerine and creamy magnolia to follow. However, the perfume during all of this stays so woody with hints of sandalwood. On top of that I get some serious marine notes, a tiny pinch of ocean water on top.
Hated this like no other at the beginning, but now I’m amazed. Gorgeous summertime scent, even winter. If you spray this and feel revolted, let it sit for an hour. You’ll soon see it’s beauty. This is the most unique celebrity scent I’ve ever tested.
9/10 for longevity and 5/10 for sillage.

This perfume is so good that when i tested it yesterday on the store, my husband decided to buy it immediatly, and he thinks i have way too many perfumes and does not like most of them!My parents-in-law also liked it and, seriously: what is not to like in it?
It is very lady-like and soft, feminine but not too girly, sweet and calming. Nothing like many fruit or candy bombs many celebrities sell. This is something for a young princess.
I think Taylor Swift did a good job with this one. I can actually imagine her wearing it.
This is the kind of perfume you can wear to work, but also to a wedding on a brunch or other classy event. It wont offend anyone, but it will still make an impression.
Main note for me is the apricot, surrounded by the flowery sweetness of the vanilla orchid.
Longevity is not so good but Sillage is ok.

  49. :

Such a beautiful perfume!! A really nice blend of sweet and fruity with perfect proportions. You can smell the apricot straight away, which is slowly joined by the vanilla as time passes. Once the scent has settled (after about ten minutes or so), it stays the same – no surprise changes a few hours in.
I wouldn’t say the longevity is longer than the average perfume, however it’s definitely not shorter – this lasted at least four hours, if not more, on my skin.
I got about four compliments during the first time wearing this perfume – one of my friends couldn’t get enough and bought it there and then on her phone after being with me for just twenty minutes…!
This is definitely one I’ll be reaching for regularly – a sweet, but not overpowering everyday perfume.
    Another great job, Taylor.

“Smells exactly like High school, you would have been that girl I would have had a crush on.”-My fiance.
At first I DID NOT like it, I thought it was just a typical
vanilla perfume. Until I wore it to the office and would randomly be able to smell myself when I would move around and It was pleasant. Its simple and sweet.
I would actually wear this in fall/winter
Update: I LOVE this scent now.
I find myself reaching for it all the time.
I even got the biggest bottle with a set so I won’t run out!

Wore this yesterday – only a small spray was enough! I’m really impressed with this and happy to own it.
To give my view on which notes stand out on me… I guess I’d say it smells like sugared-orange and vanilla. Some days I get coconut, too!

  53. :

    5 out of 5

This smells like something else, not any other perfumes mentioned like fancy love or Burberry because I haven’t smelled them but it is very familiar.
One thing is clear though, it reacts very differently with different body chemistry. Which was brave decision, but then it’s from the house of Elizabeth Arden not COTY, so it’s not surprising that it’s one of the better celebrity perfumes.
I get a oriental musky floral with a hint of apricot and none of the vanilla people mention. On me it seems like a perfume a young Elizabeth Taylor would wear. Very classy, very timeless.

  54. :

Taylor by Taylor Swift is a lovely perfume. Very soft and smooth. Like wearing a cosy cashmere scarf.
I first smell the fruity litchi, tangerine and apricot, then the creamy florals and sweet vanilla orchid come through, and it ends with a soft powdery wood scent.
There have been many other reviewers saying it smells similar to Jessica Simpson Fancy Love, and it does. I definitely prefer Taylor, there is a sharpness to Fancy Love that annoys my nose.
Taylor lasts about 6 hours on my skin and has moderate sillage.
Overall, a beautifully soft and feminine perfume. Taylor is more grown up than Wonderstruck and Wonderstruck Enchanted.Fruity with gentle florals, sweet vanilla and powdery woods. I highly recommend if you enjoy Fancy Love, fruity/florals or soft and creamy scents.

  55. :

    3 out of 5

The bottle of gorgeous. If it’s true that this product is supposed to represent Taylor, it totally does that. Her style is most definitely inspired by the 1960s and so is this bottle.
The scent is really heavy on the apricot, which I love. Fresh, fruity scents are always a favorite. I hate the vanilla orchid in this, though. It makes the scent too childish. Taylor is a woman so I expected a more mature, sophisticated scent. I love the woody scent though. It helps it suit a woman a little more.
The scent is very long lasting. I sprayed a bit on my wrist the first night I got it. I could still smell it on my skin the next day as I got ready to shower. It’s strong. A little definitely goes a long way.
Overall, I hoped I’d love it, but I just kinda like it. Wonderstruck is much more well-rounded, so I doubt I’ll wear this one much.

I’m loving this one more and more. I think I need to stock up on it in case it gets discontinued. True, we still have Burberry but I love this one more on me. Been wearing it the whole week and it’s so versatile. I keep getting a whiff of apricot & cream sprinkled with sandalwood and musk. Lovely! Wish the purse spray would be available here! We never get the fun stuff 😀

I just got the perfume today and it’s my first Taylor Swift perfume and… I don’t like it.. It’s not bad but it’s too…strong? I wouldn’t recommend this to people with migraines… I just sprayed it once, and now I have migraine…

Update: Amazing. So many compliments today when wearing this. I applied this on at 12PM in the afternoon and it is now 9PM and I can still smell it.

Great scent. Lasts a long time. Kind of smells like Burberry.

Just bought it yesterday. I knew i would love this perfume before even smelling it, from the reviews here, being a Burberry fan. The difference between them I would say that is the playfullness of TS, it’s a little more optimistic, joyfull, more flowerish scent. They are indeed very similar, but I would say Burberry has a certain maturity. As for the longevity of TS, I dare saying it’s even better than Burberry, I’m wearing it for almost 20 hours now, and still feel it. Very nice perfume!
Edited: after 7, 8 hours from spraying, the smell is divine, delicately sweet and quite different from the beginning.

The compliment I hear most often with Taylor is “you smell so fresh!” This stuff is simply comfort to me. Like soft jammies and cocoa and your favorite playlist. It’s primarily apricot (but a very softened version), vanilla, and a very pleasant bit of musk and sandalwood on my skin. The striking difference between this and Fancy Love is the absence of the harsh patchouli note. For some reason, it reminds me of my mother, not by smelling vintage but there’s just some familiar note in it that feels like childhood. I love it and it lasts a really long time.

The juice in this bottle is absolute heaven. I do not know how anyone could dislike this.
    It’s A.M.A.Z.I.N.G !!!!
If you do not care for Taylor (like me) then completely ignore the name. This is one of the best casual everyday scents ever created.
It ticks all the boxes for me.
I do not know what champagne smells like but this makes me think of a sweet luxury fizzy champagne. So beautiful.
It’s super strong (not in an overwhelming way) lasts forever and projects super well.
I can’t think of anything else to say but i think everyone should at least sample this.

I do love this perfume so much! <3
Honestly, it is quite hard to find out the long lasting scent perfumes when we’re staying in Malaysia; with the humid weather, because most of perfumes were only made for the cold weather countries.
However, this perfume raised up my confidence level when I am wearing it. I bet, with a long lasting smell perfume like this (Taylor by Taylor Swift), peoples will more satisfy! 😀 I would definitely recommend it! 😀

Meh. It’s alright. I can’t really complain about this. The scent is fine. Only problem is, I already have one that smells almost identical; Fany Love anyone? It’s also a bit similar to Kathy Hilton: My Secret, IMO anyway. Not bad. I just wish it had more depth. It’s nice in an innocent sort of way, but I want something more daring. It’s just not an exciting fragrance.

This is a soft white floral, creamy scent. It evokes a feeling of standing in a fresh field of white flowers and taking a long breath as the wind blows their scent through the air.
This perfume smells just like Fancy love by jessica simpson. I like Taylor’s version better. It lasts longer and doesnt make me feel nauseated like fancy love does.

Among all three Taylor Swift fragrances that I’ve owned (Wonderstruck, Wonderstruck Enchanted and Taylor), this one is my favourite. I think that it is less overpowering but still sweet and refreshing 🙂

I’m sorry, this is not working for me. Too generic and I can’t smell a thing after a lapse of a couple of minutes.

So, now that I have this I can say that Taylor’s fragrances are growing up with her. Although I don’t believe in age restrictions when it comes to perfume I truly believe and buy what she’s saying about them. The first two ones are sweet and fruity with the enchanted one being a vanilla bomb. Nice but not my cup of tea. However, they match(ed) her back then.
Taylor is quite a departure from the Wonderstruck line. The opening is very fruity but that quickly settles into a powdery sandalwood fragrance that features apricot, vanilla (orchid) and musk. I honestly don’t get too much of the flowers. At the beginning I was sceptical but it really is similar to Burberry woman. Amazing lasting power and sillage as well. This and Incredible Things are two of my favourite (celebrity) perfumes and perfect for upcoming fall and winter. Now I’m really curious what her next fragrance is going to be like. If there is one!

I LOVE this scent. I love it when I spray it and after it settles. It’s my favorite at the moment. It’s not something I can describe if someone were to ask (I just bought it today!) but all I can say is it’s wonderful! (on my skin, at least)
