It doesn’t get much better than this. This is not a barnyard oud. It is western. Strong but balanced with sweetness, spice, light floral and cedar. It’s the perfect combo. This is as good as any Boadicea or Roja on the market. Amazing house. I LOVED the top but in the base, it’s all about cedar. Dry cedar. So, it went from love to like for me. Still amazing.

الامر الذي يحسب للدور العربية عند تعاملها مع العود الجرأهوالإقدام في استخدام العود الطبيعي عادة ، لمعرفتهم أن العود الصناعي لايمكن أن يعوض روح العود الطبيعي ولهذا عطر العود من روح دبي يحتوي على نسبة عاليه من دهن العود ليس قطرة او قطرتين بل قطرات وليس أي دهن بل دهن العود الهندي النقي الذي أعشقة كثيراً لأسباب منها ان دهن العود الهندي بنفسه يحمل لمحات سويتيه فاكهية ليست بذلك البروز وانما تواجدها يضفي نوعا من البروده للعود وجعله اكثر رطوبة واقل جفافاً نوعا ماء هكذا أرى شخصيا العود الهندي وان حمل بعض اللمحات الاخرى كالرائحة الانيماليك والرائحة الارضية

من أول رشة للعطر سنجد أن شخصية العود الهندي حاضرة بكل هيبة ووقار وفخامة مع كرنفال فاكهي متناغم فيما بينه وبين المكونات االأخرى الشبيهة الملامح بالفواكه الحلوة بدءاً من االاناناس وزهرة الاوسمانثوس على سبيل المثال والزعفران المعتدل والمكونات التي تعطي رائحة الفانيلا كلها متناغمه مع بعضها البعض وان كان للاناناس وزهرة الاسومانثوس الحضور اللافت من بين لك الكرنفال الفاكهي الرائع والمنسجم مع رائحة دهن العود الطبيعي تلك الفواكه عملت على ترطيب دهن العود وجعله أكثر امتاعاً وتألقاً من وجهة نظري هذا هو جوهر العطر عود هندي نقي يصحبة كرنفال فاكهي لم يخفى ولم يطمس حضور العود المهيب وإنما زداة تألقاً، عطر فخم لايقل ابداً جودة وروعة عطور من ماركات العطور الفاخرة بدء من زيرجوف الايطالية، وبوديكا وعطر الليل من فريدريك مال وصولا لروجا دوف وعطره الذي يحمل حرف

It started out kind of sharp, like Dahn Al Oudh Moattaq (Ajmal), but warms up and becomes sweet and creamy (signature of Indian oud) which resembles The Night (Frederic Malle) more…for the price I’d rather get that one though–it’s richer / more potent.

I tried this at the spirit of Dubai kiosk in the entrance of the Dubai mall…of all the perfumes I’ve smelled that are oud, this is the closest one that smells of real oud. It was amazing but at 2700 dirhams (700$) WAAAAY out of my price range.

I’m keeping my fingers crossed as i lived my first 20 years in Dubai & by far it’s the best place on earth , so I’m positive by God’s well it will be a grate perfumes & by the way bottles design are awesome !
