Description

Prada is launching a new perfume Infusion d`Iris which arrives on the market mid August 2010. Infusion d`Iris Eau de Toilette is based on aromas of popular eau de parfum launched in 2007 and aims at customers who prefer lighter perfumes. This version is also cheaper than EDP edition.

Infusion d`Iris EDT even though it carries the same name as Infusion d`Iris EDP and has the same theme, it is composed of completely different ingredients. Perfumer Daniela Andrier created edp and edt editions and enriched the new, fresher perfume with notes representing ‘memories of iris flower’. When comparing a whole line of ingredients of both compositions, we can see that EDP version is built around orange blossom, mandarin, galbanum, benzoin, mastic, incense, vetiver, cedar and iris, while the new version is composed of iris, neroli, lily of the valley, violet, heliotrope, cedar and galbanum.

Prada Infusion d`Iris EDT is arriving in a flacon made of matt, frozen glass. Liquid is coloured in light green and promises freshness. The stopper is created of silver metal. The fragrance is available in amount of 50, 100 and 200 ml EDT The nose behind this fragrance is Daniela (Roche) Andrier.

I absolutely love the first Infusion D’Iris, and I do like the 2015 version (weak tho). So if the EDPs are weak, why would anyone want an EDT? Or so I thought. Then I found the 200ml EDT on ScentedMonkey for $60- so I did it.
I’m about to test it, and I just had to say– the batch code puts this at Sept. 2010- to basically 1 month after the launch of the EDT. YAY!!! I’m so excited! There appears to be more in stock, except I wouldn’t know if they are the same batch code. The bottle is a tester, and DID Not have the code on the bottle, but the tester box had a code. (Code 02521)
Gorgeous! Cleaner and lighter, much more soapy baby powder. I’m not expecting much in terms of sillage/potency. I’ll go nuts with this and then not repurchase. But I had to try/have it once. Esp for the great price at SM.
This is greener/fresher, I agree there. The 2015 EDP has more cold iris, the 2007 EDP has that beautiful wood/incense, this is GREEN soap/powder with a hint of cedar. Which is fine by me! I did a 2-3 squirt tissue test, and yes- sillage/potency is depressing.

I purchased this EDT version by mistake…I wanted the EDP version…Having smelled the EDP version the first time, and really liking it…I find the EDT version similar, but , like others have stated…I get more “green” and aromatic vibe than from the EDP. I like the smokiness of the EDP better,I think.

This seems to have the same strength as the edp, just without the smoky incense drydown and instead a sharper green note is there; im guessing from the LOTV. Heliotrope gives it a stronger powderyness and the lasting power is much the same as edp.
Ide happily buy a bottle if i saw it and didn’t already own the edp but really; i think if u have one , theres not much difference in the two. But the edp is one of my favourite fragrances so i already really liked this one when i tried it.
My only qualm with the infusions line; like many is the longevity problem; for the price its a bit ridiculous. Something so beautiful shouldnt fade so quickly.
The absolue seems to have the best longevity out of the lot

So i am fan of odp version, it was love for the firts sniff years ago and cant miss in my collection still today
I bought ODT version today and even though I tasted few times I didn’t remember exactly the difference
So ODP is less sweet more spicy and softer
ODT is dry powdery, soapy and strong lily of the valley that unfortunately for me is nauseous in all fragrances 🙁
Anyway it is beautiful, soap and clean and i hope that my stomach will get use to it
I am surprised that nobody mentioned how similar it is with pour femme from
    Bvlgari
It is also very similar to iris l’eau infusion
I will stuck with ODP and iris cèdre

So powdery. Some images that come to mind when I smell this… powder puffs, freshly laundered towels, chalkboard dust, and irises battered by a hard spring rainstorm.
I want my bath water to smell like this!

I’ve been longing for summer, and feeling the need for Iris and light flowers and reminders of warm days. I dug through my sample box for something different, and came across my little 1 ml bottle of the edt. This should do the trick, soft and sweet.
Well, maybe not so. Putting it on begins with a big green bomb. Broken flowers, earth after the rain, mossy paths. The flowers come out a little. Blue Iris, violets, heliotrope, mixing with the watery stems. It’s blue and green and raining in Seattle and I’m walking on a slippery stone path in the woods.
I also get laundry cleaner, and plastic. My mind wants to stay with the greenery story but on me, there is no subtlety and I must go where it leads. Now it’s bubbles and laundromats and warm fresh towels.
Gets a little dirty in the dry down, like I slipped and fell into the mud.
Is it pretty? Yes. Did it bring me my summer day? No. Will I buy a bottle of this? No, but I’ll pull out my sample bottle again in the summer and see if it tells me a different story.

This is so beautiful, elegant and clean. I can imagine wearing it to work but also to a romantic date. It is powdery and fresh, but in an old-fashioned way, not like modern easy-going fragrances. I can feel iris , violet and helitrope maybe a lily of the valey. Great combination, well blended. For me this is the smell of spring garden.

Woah. Significantly different than the eau de parfum, which is enchanting in its own way. Truthfully, I wouldn’t even consider the eau de toilette a “less concentrated” version of the original. It’s simply a different flanker type scent that’s kinda sorta reminiscent of the EDP.
The opening of the EDT is pretty glorious, I’ll give it that. Very clean, bright, fresh and also quite green. And to its credit: different. Not something you come across every day. But then… that’s it. There’s nothing else much there. This stuff doesn’t seem particularly interested in taking you on any deep olfactory journey. And to be blunt- it blows its load at the top. To me the EDT’s drydown is strange. Very synthetic and industrial, even though Prada supposedly uses “natural” ingredients. The transition actually reminded me of the fruit bombs Escada’s been releasing in recent years. Very pretty beginnings, but the mask falls off and you realize it was all a facade.
The original EDP does sort of the opposite. It opens medicinally and somewhat metallic and then blooms into decadent and luxurious soapy joy. Compared to the original, the EDT is a bar of Irish Spring. It’s like comparing a bag of M&Ms and a box of Godiva chocolates.
To reiterate the point, be warned: this isn’t a “lighter” version of the original! It’s a different interpretation altogether. Cute, but one would expect more for the price point. The pale shadow of Infusion d’Iris EDP.

Hidden lovely heliotrope, so weak, soft skin scent, a little bit powdered reminds me l’Eau d’Hiver without the sharp green note

Can no one else smell frankencense in this? Its that floor polish smell like in churches. I love it anyway…Another of the ‘uniques’…I get that Femme comparison but its a poor substitute…its fresh and kooky…clean and citrusy…Natural smelling enough for me to like…

Vera Wang LOVESTRUCK (purple flower top not garnet) reminds me of Prada Iris. Not my personal fave but i have friends that LOVE IT. So if u love IRIS u may want to give LOVESTRUCK a try!

Its clean, soapy, powdery baby wipe goodness..with a ton of Iso-E Super that started a sneezing fit and a sore throat. Im allergic to Iso-E, so this is a no-go. Up for swap or sale.

The mild sweetness of green stems, a gauzy soapy vegetal musk, and something synthetic and cold, sharp like freezer burn, or a white linen that has been over starched. This perfume shines in cooler weather even though it is cooling and soft. Something about the cooler temperatures makes the artificially frosted aspect seem like sparkling creamy soap bubbles that smell from plants. In the summer the cloudiness becomes more like smog and it is less luminous and pretty.

I can’t get enough of this divine freshness and pure bliss. Love this scent very much, just like the EDP version.
    Thanks, Prada!

This is a refreshing scent. I love Prada’s quality and even though the silage is lighter (acceptable for a spring/summery fragrance) this lasts a decent time on my skin. It’s floral, green, powdery in a refreshing way. Definitely my favorite scent at the moment.
It gets a bit sweeter in the dry down.

I have to admit- I was initially sad & cautious about the heliotrope and lilly-of-the-valley notes. Those particular florals usually don’t dry down very nicely on me — usually smells like sea foam (in a bad way …but interestingly, I *AM* able to wear this! No weirdness here! Yay!).
Upon first spray, there’s this combination of a “bergamot-&-lime” vibe going on (not in the notes, but it’s there, all the same. Smells sort of like my hubby’s Bath House Bergamot & Amber cologne in the begining).
This EDT is a solid iris scent – soapy, magical creamy goodness! YUM. But for me, this one doesn’t have enough fluffy powder like the Parfum version has. EDT has the cream, yes. But no powder. If you love the initial spray of the top notes of the EDP and *only* want those top notes to remain throughout the day, then you will *adore* this. (That marvelous evolution of the smokey-powdery-incense drydown is only contained within the original Eau de Parfum 2007 version of Infusion D’Iris.)
I actually *crave* the smokey-powder element that the Eau de Parfum version has — something they should have kept in the EDT formula to anchor this scent, because it just might float away after it’s had its fun.
Prada Infusion D’Iris EDT is a “light-as-spring, iris-citris” that dries into “creamy-spring-air-creamed-soap”, [and damn, it smells pretty good on me, too. 🙂 But it’s too crisp for my body chemistry, I think] whereas, the original EDP is “cozy, fluffy, wearing an elegant cashmere sweater in the woods whilst eating a hearty shortbread butter cake” sort of fragrance. All this being said, the Prada Infusion D’Iris line is more of an “aura” fragrance that wears closer to the skin, not too sweet, not too feminine, and unmistakably part of the wearer.
Might have to re-purchase the actual Eau de Parfum version in order to get that benzoin depth, eh? Or maybe i can just anchor it with my Chanel No. 19 Poudre to give it that extra smokey powder it’s lacking. I’ll keep you posted. 🙂
    **UPDATE**
Prada Infusion D’Iris EDT +plus+ Chanel No. 19 Poudre =equals= Creamy Iris with a blast of earthy powder. Happy girl right here. Now!!! I’m off to buy the EDP version…. 🙂 I still can’t get that woody-butter-cake-powdery-like scent of the original EDP out of my head. I’ve been dreaming of it since my last bottle of Prada Infusion D’Iris (2007) ran out…. I remember smelling my wrists at work, like a feind, when no one was looking… Sigh. ^_^ Till we meet again, EDP!

I absolutely adore this scent. It proved to be one of the most versatile perfumes I have in my collection. It is been used all year round, as it is crispy and fresh enough for the summer, elegant and pristine for winter.
Cannot get enough of it. My safety blanket, my sophistication in a bottle.

ABSOLUTE LOVE! Its perfection! Powdery, fresh, just heaven in a bottle! Now dont get upset, its sister or maybe cousin, would be Kenzo Flower. Yup. No Hawthorn in Prada,so I do like this better than Flower, but I love them both! Mmmmmm….<3
Edit. In the drydown Kenzo is sweeter. 🙂
    Two hours in,still going strong!
I have EDP and like it alot,,BUT,,in my opinion,,this one here is the best. I find im getting more sillage and longevity with the EDT! Go figure!

My favourite fragrance is prada l’eau ambree but it is discontinued and eveytime I order what bottles are left online the bottle arrives leaking. I tried Prada infusion D’iris and could see how it is a sister fragrance and could be a new signature fragrance. I recently got this EDT version as a present and a few weeks later picked up the EDP gift set in a store. I absolutely adore the EDT version and prefer it over the EDP it just smells more powdery, fresh and feminine. It smells classy and oozes luxury even my dad and brother commented on how amazing it smells. Totally agree with another reviewer about expensive soap especially the EDT version love it so much I have the bath salts and when I get in the bath I don’t want to get out!

I think the EDT is my favourite Infusion d`Iris edition. This is what “just showered”, soapy and powdery fresh smells like, when you’re staying at an exclusive hotel in the springtime. I love the violet, heliotrope and lily of the valley in this, which adds a little warmth to the composition. The top notes have a crunchy “grated carrot” accord which adds a unique twist to this fragrance. I can imagine reaching for this whenever I want to smell nice and sophisticated, but not overly sweet or floral. The iris smells the cleanest in this one, and on me lasts about the same amount of time as the EDP; which by the way contains completely different notes.
Bonus: It’s also cheaper than the EDP.

Fresh, powdery and soapy type of scent yet classy, elegant and natural which everyone would notice you

This is hands down, one of my favorite perfumes and Prada Infusion D’Iris is my signature Spring Scent. I wear and love the EDP, but since it’s so expensive, I bought the EDT to wear during the day and the EDP I save for nights out. It is so great that the 100ml of the EDT costs less than $100. I feel that nowadays, that’s a good deal perfume wise.
Don’t expect this to last much longer than 4 hours, although layered with the body lotion I am sure it does. I find this version to be slightly more floral and effervescent with lily of the valley and violet, whereas the original eau de parfum is deep and rich with a buttery iris laced with incense. Both are MUST HAVES!

Fresh, powdery, and green. I really love this. It’s a perfect work scent, though it won’t last throughout the day so you’ll have to touch up around noon. However, due to its light sillage, you won’t be offending anyone in cubicles next to you. It’s a very clean, “just showered” scent.

You know how there’s baby powder, for babies? This is lady powder, for ladies.
I’ve been fighting myself about getting Infusion d’Iris (EDP) for nearly a year now, because I couldn’t justify something so similar to my Chanel No.19 Poudre. I’ve managed to settle for a nice spritz on my wrist whenever I come across it in the store. About a fortnight ago, I was making doe eyes at the EDP in the store and then I noticed that they’d stocked the EDT version. So I pick it up, give it a whiff, and … Bob’s your uncle!
If Chanel 19 EDP is a 3 in terms of powderiness, and Infusion d’Iris EDP is a 5, and Chanel 19 Poudre is a 7, then this EDT version goes all the way and hits a full 10 on the powderiness scale. AND I AM HERE FOR IT. Yassssss powder! Powder powder soapy clean powder yaaaaaasssssss. It’s a lovely iris-muguet blend, very “ladylike” and clean in a very precise, Stepford-wife way. But then there’s that quirky carrot note/accord, which was the gotcha for me. That carroty something is such a surprising little Easter Egg in this composition, and a such a lovely one! It’s precisely that vaguely sweet scent you get from grating carrots and for some bizarre reason, it’s just so enjoyable to me, I don’t know why!
And don’t get me started on the bottle. I loved it straight out of the gate, more even that I love the EDP bottle. I love the translucent-matte effect on it, the matte white plaque on it, the tactile lid, the simple shape, the substantial weight… gosh, this bottle. It appeals to my aesthetic sensibilities in every way – I LOVE it, can’t stop staring at it.
Overall, a must-try for powdery floral lovers like me.

  28. :

    4 out of 5

OK, I think I made an error in my last review — this is the one I tested, not the Infusion d’Iris. I should have paid attention to the color of the bottle!
I hardly smelled anything with this one, but my daughter said it smelled nice (and she has a sensitive nose). She preferred it to another EDT I had on my other arm (one with more rose and sweetness).
What I smelled from this was sweet but not cloying, slightly woody (cedary) powder. Very light overall, which is what I want.
I didn’t get anything bitter with this one, but I’m eager to try the original/EDP.
EDITED: I tried this a second time today, and put a lot on my wrist to be sure I could smell it (LOL). I didn’t like it as much today: there was a very sweet note that seemed familiar but I couldn’t place it, just knew it was sweeter than what I wanted. When I got home and was taking other perfumes off with baby oil, the light bulb went on: baby oil, the original J&J kind with the pink cap. That was the sweet note in this perfume. A lovely smell in itself, but really not what I want in a Prada EDT.
The saleslady wasn’t very well-informed, and kept insisting that the EDT smelled the same as the EDP (for which there wasn’t a tester, just boxes clearly stating the different notes that were in each ). I’m very glad I didn’t buy this yet – either this EDT or the untried EDP. Good decisions come from doing research here first before shopping. 🙂

Even though I like this scent, I have som issues with it.
Sometimes it smells very peppery. I don`t see any peppers listed among the notes, but it`s there.
I wonder if it might be some sharp wood I`m smelling? Like “peppery cedar”, is there such a thing?
It almost smells burned, like ashes.

  31. :

Something about this one reminds me of the 90’s – in a good way. When I first sprayed it on me it took me back to my teens when I was wearing Coty’s Chanson d’Eau and CK One (and the Rachel haircut). It has this casual blue-jeans-white-shirt feel. But at the same time it is modern, it’s timeless. It’s clean and simple, soft, younger and fresher than the EDP version but I like them both equally. I mean love them 🙂

  32. :

I really like Infusion D’iris and itws soft calm powderish smell. However it really lasts like 10 mins on me. And the EDP is not quite the smell i want.

  33. :

I basically douse myself in this when I wear it. great alternative to citrus scents during really hot days. fresh and powdery, very casual.

  34. :

    5 out of 5

Quite similar to the original, which I like. The top note is so very carroty in this one, I think its elegant and quirky at once. Dunno if I would buy it, I have the absolute one (gold bottle), and it is similar enough. It is different from the ususal floral sweet scents out there. Beautiful bottles as well in this range.

  35. :

    4 out of 5

Infusion d’Iris EDT opens with an earthy, slightly carrot-y iris. This iris then mingles with green, slightly bitter galbanum and sweet violet, over a bark of dry cedar, while lily of the valley and heliotrope discreetly enhance the floral aspect. These different nuances are detectable, but all serve subtly to complement this powdery yet refreshing sensation.
While comparing side by side the EDP and the EDT, the original EDP is more crisp, more austere and more woody with the addition of incense, vetiver and resins, while the EDT feels more floral, more powdery and more feminine. But the differences are really subtle, and if I smell them seperately, I probably would think of EDT as a late drydown of EDP.
The sillage is close and the longevity is around 8 hours on me. I find Infusion d’Iris EDT a lovely, modernized powdery fragrance of violet and iris. And I quite like the frosted bottle, gauzy, just like the fragrance itself. I’d recommend it as a refreshing, yet elegant fragrance for spring.

  36. :

    5 out of 5

Powder, Powder, and more powder. It’s almost unbearable to me when I first spray it. I do get the “baby wipe” thing. It’s not a bad smell, just… so powdery. I can only handle one spray of this. More than that, and I feel like I can’t breathe. I get no woods at all, which is a bummer. The drydown is more creamier to me, and not as powdery as the beginning, which makes it more tolerable. This was a blind buy for me. I thought I would have loved it because of the notes, but this… this… maybe it might grow on me. It better, because I purchased the biggest bottle, along with a rollerball of the EDP. I did that backwards, because the EDP is HEAVEN to me. Not as powdery, and that woodsy incense note makes me swoon. I should have purchased the bigger bottle of the EDP, not the EDT!

  37. :

    5 out of 5

It’s more clean than fresh I think, Really clean… Green but very soapy… very very soapy.
In the dry down I can sense it not so sharp as the begining.
Very strong in the begining… you can smell it all over the place when you spray it on.. but sadly it doesn’t last long on my skin.. 🙁
Probably I should try the EDP.

  38. :

This is a very pretty scent, although it didn’t start that way. I am gaining an appreciation for a balmy iris (or violet) scent. Prada Infusion d’ Iris starts a little too astringent—pinchy, dry, sharp—for the first 20 minutes. Then, it starts to calm down and relax…. I’m imagining a kitten that I’ve nabbed, who starts her time on my lap clawing and mewling…but who finally relaxes and starts to rumble and stretch in comfortable languor. The muskiness causes Infusion to melt subtly into my skin. I always smell iris as being similar to orris root, and that is also here, which gives a depth and a vegetal quality that is earthy but not dirty. There is also a fair bit of sweetness, but it’s not candy or fruit—it’s a sophisticated, reserved floral sweetness that is both calm and calming. That must be the heliotrope. There is a dryness, a muskiness and a sweetness that, along with the iris, make this borderline powdery, yet not. I really feel that this scent has settled very well into my skin, yet is still distinct and perfumey. I’m usually a floriental lover with strong reservations about light florals—but this is lovely. I will say, I had a bottle of Bijan Nude (also a strong iris note), and while this is not identical, it has a similar iris-musk presence; other iris lovers would do well to try that one.
Sillage is fair to moderate, and longevity so far about 4 hours; for an EDT, that is quite nice. I only have a sample bottle, and Prada is rather outside my price point, but I would enjoy having this as an addition to my collection.

This is a fair perfume nothing horribly wrong with it, but then it hit me – it smells exactly like Swedish Berries! Now all I think about it Swedish Berries.
Has this happened to anyone else?

  40. :

    3 out of 5

Infusion d’Iris Eau de Toilette does not smell identical to the orginal EDP. The EDT is lighter, fresher, soapier and also a bit sweeter from the heliotrope. When I wear this I miss the complexity that mastic and incense gave the original EDP. This edition smells more like lotions and cold creams to my nose, while the EDP smells more like lipstick. The EDT is still enjoyable, but I will stick with my EDP.

  41. :

    3 out of 5

Unfortunately this one is just a “like” for me. For such a soft fragrance I got a little headache from smelling this– it’s too much in your face baby wipe/ Baby shampoo smell for me.
I already have a baby and certainly don’t need to smell even more like one.

  42. :

    3 out of 5

@ArabianKnight: Ha! I too immediately think “baby wipe” when I first spray this, but for some reason I can’t let go of it. I’ve had a sample vial, which I immediately gave away. But then I bought a mini, which I promptly lost. And now I’ve purchased a 100 ml tester which I am trying out today. I think it is the dryness that appeals to me. If that quality is even stronger in the EDP, then I will go there next. If you can get past the “baby wipe” first impression, it does grow more woody and sophisticated. I rather think it is “me” scent, but maybe not a “me” I am quite comfortable with.

Finally I decided to review this beauty! I have been wearing it for years and continue wearing and enjoying it. The perfection of this perfume seamed obvious for me, I did not see any purpose to review it so far. But accidently I noticed some negative reviews, so I decided to add mine, absolutely positive one.
This scent is the blind choice perfume for me – when I can’t decided the perfume to wear I choose this, and it’s always perfect. I love all notes of it – iris, galbanum, violet, heliotrope, cedar, lily of the valley. I love its soapiness, its delicacy, its freshness. I love how it whispers its presence… I can’t call it sensual, but sometimes the sensuality is hidden behind other qualities and has no need to shout about. It’s a perfume of good behavior and reflection…
    It’s Excellent!

I don’t like this scent at all on me. All I smell is Powder and a lot of it! I’m not a huge fan of Iris either. I just don’t like this on me, but that may be different if I smell it on someone else.

I think this is my favorite version of this scent. It is perfect, powdery, iris wrapped soap with nice longevity and close sillage, which all are pluses in my book. It is clean like an expensive luxury powder. I keep coming back to this at the store in the tester. Smells perfect and classy to wear anywhere.

Tried this in a store as I am shopping for a new fragrance. I saw all the great reviews so thought how bad can it be?
BAD! On me it smells like a combination of motor oil and heavy duty soap. YUCK.
I will not be purchasing this one.

This a great fragrance on most people, but be warned – you should test it first!
I blind bought this because of all the rave reviews.
However on me it smells awful. For the first three hours,it smells like antiseptic cream, incense and cedar. It gave me a headache. At the 4 hour mark it improved – it started smelling powdery, green and woody. There was very little floral on me, almost like a men’s fragrance.
I gave it to my friend and it smelled great on her though.
So, it’s wonderful perfume most the time, but just in case, try it first. Give it at least six hours as the scent does evolve quite a lot.

Perfect fresh, soapy, powdery, clean scent for all seasons. You can always feel so clean like after a refreshing bath. Totally unisex, for me similar to Body Shop white musk for men, but in more powdery version.

Very pleasant. Classy/classic are the words that come to mind. Soft, fresh, powdery, and inoffensive, yet somehow radiating wealth and elegance. I don’t usually like powdery scents. I am in love with this one. The almond-y scent of the heliotrope gives this the quality of very expensive makeup powder, the kind you’d expect a modern day princess to keep on her vanity. I will probably only purchase a mini of this one just because I don’t know that I’ll wear it very often, but it’s certainly worth the money for a full bottle! It’s very well blended. Suitable for pretty ladies of all ages, absolutely timeless. Having this on my shelf will make me feel so sophisticated!

I was for a long time wondering what this smelt like… well, now i know 🙂 It reminds me very much of old ladies – at least this seems like old, rich ladies over in Norway really like fragrances and room sprays with a lot of iris. By old I mean 70, 80, 90. Since I have never before smelt anything I KNEW had strong iris, I have always associated it with the smell of something antique and expensive. And dusty. Unlike powdery smells, that feel warm, the smell of iris is cool. It smells cool in the same way violets do (iris and violets aren’t similar in smell). That were my two scents.
UPDATE: hehe, I didn’t notice this had violets in. Maybe it’s the violets that make this smell cool?

What fascinates me about this rendition of Infusion D’Iris is it is so intimate, soft spoken yet long lasting. It’s been very hard for me to find a clean scent that’s soft and last long.
About a year ago I bought the EDP version of this and found it too strong for my liking, and I find it funny that people think this smells too “medical” because to me the original left me with that impression. Maybe it is the body chemistry?
Call me crazy, but on me this almost smell like Flowerbomb. I know that most people may not see it, but to me it’s as if I’m wearing a very light and enchanting and clean version of it. It’s the perfect balance between sweet and floral without being at all strong.
In my head, I just imagine that cliche image of a girl putting on her boyfriend’s over-sized buttoned up after taking a shower, and pillow talks. It’s so intimate you have to literally be a foot to actually making physically contact to capture the beauty of it. If you want more sillage I suggest spraying it more than once on whatever area you usually spray.
It’s also quite luxurious as it should be, like you cleaned yourself up with high class soap in the morning. Since it’s so soft, I don’t wear it to get compliments (though it hasn’t hinder me from getting any), it’s almost like a guilty pleasure for me.

This really is a clean, fresh and feminine fragrance! I’ve been searching for something like this quite a while, and since I found this one my search is probably over. It’s dry, but fresh because of the green notes, there’s also a bit of sweet in it, but just the right amount. Silage is soft but longevity is above expectations. I sprayed this on this morning and can, now 10 hours later, still catch whiffs of this lovely soft scent! Lovely for spring and summer for a clean and feminine feeling!

Nice, grassy-powdery fresh, a bit loud, though appropriate for almost any occasion. With all that being said, I don’t get the fascination with this fragrance. It’s safe and clean I guess but nothing special.

When I first got Infusion it was in a sample vile and I loved it. Then some time later I purchased the bottle and the first time I sprayed it I almost gagged. The scent smelled like dead flowers. Naturally I considered returning it but decided to leave it alone in a dark drawer for a week or two and see if the scent evolved; sure enough I started wearing it again and there it was. The scent I had loved when I first encountered the fragrance. It’s powdery, clean, wears close to the skin– Maybe even a bit clinical but in a good way. This is a great scent for Summer and I have been wearing it almost daily.

I got a sample of this today and OMG! If you want a clean scent that is perfectly powdery without being stuffy or heavy and overly sharp- then look no further! I don’t even feel the need to try the EDP. Yes, it is a bit reminiscent of baby shampoo but in a good way without coming across too synthetic. I could easily spray this on everything! This is a wonderful light fragrance that still has some umph! This is definitely buy worthy!

I beg to differ with some of the more recent comments. I find this scent to be very lovely, light, pretty, delicate, soft and unobtrusive. I usually never like powdery scents. But I enjoy that this one is not too sugary sweet, not overpowering, not obnoxious, as it is understated yet lovely. For those reasons, I think it’s good for the office. And still, I find myself wanting to spray it on myself just before crawling into bed for some reason. It’s not a sexy or sultry scent and maybe not best for a date or night out. I think it smells casual yet feminine. It lasted on my skin most of the day and I could even catch gentle and pleasing whiffs of it randomly in the office as I lifted my hands or arms to complete a task.
I enjoyed it all day and even more as time went on, which is rare because many perfumes become too peppery or too sugary on the dry down, start to annoy me, or give me a headache. It’s subtle and not in your face and not too fruity, not too flowery, not too sweet, not too deep, not too sultry, not too musky and not even too powdery. Smelling it in the bottle at the store I was about to pass it up though because it wasn’t as impressive from the bottle. But a woman told me, “I get so many compliments when I wear that! From people who are young, old, men and women and little kids!” So I thought I’d at least take a sample and wear it on my skin. My boyfriend smelled it on me last night and just kept his nose in my arm, closing his eyes and enjoying taking in deep breaths of it! He generally loves
