   I wasn’t very impressed with this one. It smells very synthetic and plastic. The patchouli is weak and watery and the fruit goes very fake after ten minutes. I much prefer Avon Femme. However, I smell just about every perfume that Avon does so I guess I’m not going to like everything they do!

   Orjinal femme yi de listelenen notalar göre cok zayıf bulmuştum, daha tatlı ve günlük bir kokuydu. Avon kokuları cok karakteristik serilerdeki parfumler dısında ozellikle boye tatlı meyveli notalar içeriyorsa alkol ve su bazlı hafif ucus ucus kokuları gercekten seven kişilere hitap ediyor, bu anlamda cok gunluk ve hafif bir koku olcagını bu sebeple de cok kalıcı olmayacaını düşünüyorum. sanırım denemeyeceğim. Yogun parfumlerden başı ağrıyanlar ve hafif koku arayan genç kızlardan değilseniz bence es gecebilirsiniz.

   It`s supposed to be the evening version of the original Avon Femme which I found to be the right perfume for the “right girls” – very neat who always do what`s expected from them, who is trying to be and look perfect to the world. Not in a good way:). But hey, maybe I just don`t like the perfume;).
   Avon Femme Icon is along those same lines – someone trying to be make an impact but the try is not authentic and fails through (at least to me).
   UPDATE: So, as my perfume mania has taken crazy measures I actually bought all three perfumes from this series: Femme, Femme Exclusive and Femme Icon even though I remember not liking it the first time only because I realized I`m being very rough writing off perfumes from the first sniff as I have been childishly expecting either lover from first sniff or nothing. As I take part in this experiment I actually found liking some perfumes if I gave them second, third etc. chance trying to be open and feel the mood and just let them change me. Ok, so that being said, I tried this perfume several times, usually side by side with the rest of this family I can honestly say it`s very lasting but linear – I feel strawberries and raspberries all along. It literally does not change at all, it`s like frozen on your wrist. I know many people like this type of perfume but this still is not my world no matter how much I let the perfume change me.

   Avon’un her zamanki gibi sentetik ve notalarını anlamakta zorluk çektiğimiz, duş jeli gibi kokan parfümlerinden biri. Sadece tepedeki gül ve çilek benzeri koku farkediliyor. Adı geçen diğer kokuları algılamak imkansız. Son derece kadınsı bir koku. Kalıcılığı orta. Bir kaç saati geçmiyor. Duş jeli gibi kokmayı seven hanımlar alabilir. Güzel kokuyor fakat kalitesiz. Yine de taklit parfüm kullanmaktan daha iyidir.

   I just tested a sample of Femme Icon and in my opinion this smells quite delicious. On my skin the strawberries and raspberries are definetly dominant, especially in the first 15-20 minutes.In the backround there is a relatively pleasent blend of patchouli and musk. Also to my nose the rose is very, very light and even though I try to I can’t detect the iris. As a sum up I can say that this a pleasent fruity fragrance with a sweet and vibrant character. It’s not my cup of tea because I’m not a really big fan of fruity scents, but nontheless I like it and I think I would love to smell it on other people.
   The sillage is soft to moderate and the longevity is around 3 hours.

   I really wanted to love this perfume.
   Its advertisement and bottle looked so fabulous! And it smelled really good on the page of Avon catalogue.
   I received my bottle last week, but unfortunately I’m disappointed. It is really sweet but not strong at all. Its lasting power is really poor. It has a usual Avon synthetic smell.
   All in all I won’t order this one again. It’s boring.

    Rose ? and patchouli? worst. combo. ever. Plus, it smelled like rotten stuff on the page. The original one is way better, sorry :/ And I’m tired of seeing subcategories of already existing fragrances. What’s the point in stealing the spotlight of a certain fragrance, by creating more and more? That leads up to.. losing focus on the original name…. And I think Avon should pay more attention in making new individual perfumes, different bottles, different names and stuff. It’s almost 5% the possibility for a second,third etc fragrance of the line to be better than the first one.
