Description
Lacoste is about to launch Eau de Lacoste L.12.12 Blanc Limited Edition as a modern edition inspired by white Lacoste polo shirt. The fragrance belongs to the L.12.12. collection which includes the following editions for men: L.12.12. Blue, L.12.12. Green, L.12.12. Noir, L.12.12. Red and the original L.12.12. White. Each of the above mentioned editions with sooth body of the bottle features a small crocodile, characteristic of Lacoste brand. The new limited edition follows the “neon” trend and details on the bottle and outer cartons pose contrast to white surfaces with strong yellow, neon shades.
Composition of the fragrance starts with luminous accords of grapefruit providing sparkling effect around spicy scents of rosemary and cardamom. Top notes are enriched with cedar needles scent. The heart of the composition highlights ylang-ylang and tuberose, resting on a base of Virginian cedar, leather, suede and vetiver, which, when united, reflect the masculine character of the edition.
Fragrance Eau de Lacoste L.12.12 Blanc Limited Edition is available as 100ml Eau de Toilette, as limited edition.

You can’t beat the price either. $50 for 3.4 oz on ebay but I bet the price will go up especially since Jeremy Fragrance has this in his collection.

This definitely is not my favorite but the results don’t lie. I get so many compliments from this one. The downside is that to me, it smells very cheap. I’m someone who is into fragrances and I love the smell of high quality scents like Aventus by Creed, Jubilation by Amouage, or Herod by Parfums de Marly so naturally, this scent smells like a cheap body spray compared to them. That being said, the number of compliments I get from it demands that I keep it in my collection. You may not believe it but this is a great club fragrance if you are going to be dancing with a woman or in close quarters with them(because it doesn’t project). As far as number of compliments goes, this probably takes number one or is tied for number one. It doesn’t get the over-the-top reactions like Aventus does, but it definitely gets just as many or more compliments. If you are looking for a high quality cologne to enjoy for just yourself, this probably won’t be your choice, but if you want to smell fresh, sweet and sexy to women, get this.

Smells exactly the same as the OG L.12.12 Blanc, just in a newer box design with neon crocodile. Definitely prefer this look over the OG

I’m a sucker for the zesty bright citrus opening. It smells downright awesome. If you say it doesn’t, I’ll accuse you of being a devil worshipper. In all seriousness – it is great. The first spray I thought “eh…” – the second spray I thought “this is decent” and every spray after that had me hooked and wanting more. I always hate saying “this is nothing unique” – because if it’s not unique…why would someone like it? But… I have to say it with this. It isn’t unique. It has been done before. But this does it better. This does it the way you want it to do it. One spritz of this and I’m wanting to hit the court and do my best Andy Roddick impression. Blind buy this and never look back.

i must admit i tried this one out with a bit of a biased opinion since i have never been a fan of this house
like most of the scents from this line i found this one to be very synthetic smelling and resemble most designer aquatic scents but unlike others that try to play out of their league i feel like Lacoste knows where this scent will shine best and doesn’t try to be something its not
this opens up with a blast of citrus/ fruity notes which i think would work perfectly for the warmer months especially if your active while wearing this since to me this screams gym scent
it smells like you just got out of the shower after using a nice soap a soap that will cost you around 40 usd ;P longevity and projection is more on the weak side so feel free to apply generously
unfortunately even with its price point id rather spend a little more and get something more interesting

I would like this better if I didn’t feel like all the notes of interest are drowning under a blanket of “synthetic male smell.” The tuberose, grapefruit, and ylang show promise, but by the time the overpowering masculine scent on top has dried down, the floral notes have, too – leaving a weak impression of what could have been behind. I want to know what this mix of male notes is that is in every mainstream masculine fragrance I smell! It’s so infuriating, the maleness of these fragrances drowns out anything of interest.

Elegant, soft, beautiful white fragrance ..
The quality is very good. Surprisingly good longevity.
Almost everywhere and absolutely wearable signature scents
independent of age ……
Floral chord makes it unique and interesting,
leather makes up the base will be long-lasting.
In the summer it may be more efficient, but winter can be satisfied with it.
It is worth to wait for action to better price / performance ratio!

Its okay for the price point if your just looking for a cheapie this is a nice safe fragrance, slightly soapy with a touch of leather and cedar all around not notes I like but this is okay just isn’t a good performer I need something with a little more projection like most things you get what you pay for so you can see why its a like and not a love safe casual scent.

It’s a very good woody citrus granted. But it’s a lot like others. Beckham Essence is similar and loads cheaper. This is better than Essence but not worth the difference in price.

I enjoyed a sample of this over the last few days. Mostly grapefruit mixed with soft florals. I got very little leather notes from this, but very good longevity (6+ hours) and modest sillage. It was good, but it had no wow factor. Still, it was the best of the L.12.12 line that I’ve tried.

Sampled this on a tester at Sephora, bored of it in just a few minutes on the tester as this is another full on sweet citrus fragrance. Very similar (if not identical) to the standard white version, which I have only sniffed once before. Isn’t exciting or original in any way, inoffensive and safe. I would consider a purchase of 100ml in the $15-30 range, but overall it’s not a scent type that I’m in need of at the moment.

Ahhhh…I got this lil’ beauty today. What a stunner…I love this fragrance so much!
Love it like a child of my own!
I’m almost protective over it. I couldn’t hear a bad word about it without immediately jumping to Blanc’s defence and there’s not many fragrances I feel that way about.
Anyone who follows my reviews or whatever will know I’m a bit of a niche snob these days so when I lavish praise on a lowly designer fragrance please take my word for it that it’s great! Unique and like nothing I’ve tried elsewhere.
Also…I already have it! Oh course I do. I’m someone who thinks it’s a bit silly (but still cool if your a collector) to bring out limited editions or the same scent in numerous different bottles…naming no names ‘cough ‘cough..Le Male..’cough!!
I got this though because I felt an obligation to because of the special place it has in my heart.
The neon Croc looks cool and the bottle is a great minimal design anyway.
OOOOH…and I got a free gift…
A 3 pack of Neon Lacoste Tennis balls which was an extra incentive.
If you haven’t tried this fragrance get it because its beautiful and better than any other aquatic or fresh citrus fragrance in the designer market place.
