Pitbull Cuba Man really is a crowd pleaser. It is a scent I got because of an ex-girlfriend LOVED it on me. She smelt it at a Sears and thought it smelt high school locker room, but still good and timeless. I knew it smelt like Chrome to my nose and what did you know, but Sears had an Azzaro Chrome tester nearby so I had her smell that and she agrees it that it smells like Azzaro Chrome.
To me, I obviously get Azzaro Chrome, but it is minus the infamouas metallic accord of it (maybe more along the lines of a less feminine Calvin Klein CK One), but I also get the core of Pitbull Men in it. It has spice like in the original Pitbull Man, but lighten with the citrusy aquaticness of Chrome and CK One. I think that due to its common-ness as it is similar to a number of famous scents, it is something that helps the fragrance rather than hurts it. As strange as that sounds to fragheads who typically want unique scents.
Performance is where it takes a hit. Cuba Man lasts about 3 to 4 with 5 hours being the top. It projects for about an hour to an hour and a half, tops and that is when you’ll get the bulk of your reactions. After that, only your date will smell it on you, as it becomes a skin scent. This is really good for work, casual use, summer sports and active dates. Use it for spring and summer days.
I rate it overall at a 7 out of 10. As I stated, I really like it scent wise since it is common but in a different way, but it gets pretty undetectable at 4 hours in, but it really is one of those scents to get you lady reactions. will say that if you pay more than $30USD for 100 ml of this, I think you overpaid. I’m looking at you Sears.

Smells great! Chrome mixed with lactose essential. Very fresh. I have had guys already come back for more at my store because it worked so well for them! Safe scent for work and casual

Here at Perfumania, a lot of customers seem to be liking the smell. Almost everyone comments on how the box has a retro cuban feel. It does smell a tad like a more masculine Chrome smell.

My god, if the bottles were any more stereotypical they’d have pictures of firing squads and a picture of che guevara on the side. In all seriousness it looks like something that was released 40 years ago or more. The notes look uninspiring but we’ll see. I have a feeling it will be as relevant as Pitbull is to music currently.
