Ancora oggi nella forma vintage è una fragranza esuberante, ariosa e piena di dinamismo,si adatta su un uomo come su una donna,e a qualunque età.
Assolutamente attuale, senza tempo,molto lontano dalle noiose e monotone fragranze sintetiche di adesso,tutte uguali e spiritualmente defunte.

A special one, will outdo any niche based on olibanum and carnation nowadays.
Being balsamic and smoky-woody from the beginning, it still keeps balance with floral heart, sounds perfectly harmonious and rich all the way, even though the choice of notes so unusual and innovative for 1981. It is hard to make any parallel, but it is one of the best ten among so many vintage gems to me personally. I like when juice has strong character, but not sour or too Femme Fatale, when it gives the room for the wearer to have own personality.

Baruffa is lovely and was common in Italy in the eighties . I still like its pleasant spicy notes and warm drydown and it is a very easy to wear happy-go-lucky fragrance .
It smells good and has good longevity as well . And it does not smell old fashioned , Baruffa could be taken for a modern fragrance ! It is worth the purchase in my opinion if you look for a fragrance whose quality is better than many current perfumes who fade away too quickly and it is “exclusive” as almost nobody wears it because it has become hard to find !

I remember Baruffa. I was lived 3 years in Roma, when was a little girl, and my nanny wore it. Always reminds me on pine needles, now I suppose in opening was petit gran and bergamot. In opening very sharp and sparkling, also now I could clearly imagine how Baruffa smells.
Isn’t flowery, I remember that composition smells like some kind of herbal plants with spicy accords.
Prickly, but not unpleasant, and very unique.

OMG! Does it still exist?
This was widely spread in Italy during ’80s when I was a teenager. They sold it in a red tin. It was different then, very sparkling with lot of zest and a woody soft base. I don’t really like it now, but it is a memory scent.
