   Nuclear-ish gourmand.You’ll definitely want to add this to your collection.
   First review of a fragrance although I have been collecting for years now. Initial impression reminds me of tamed down tobacco vanille with a cherry-ish twist with a touch of spice that changes over time to a really nice Amber.
   This is one of those scents when you pass by someone they might not say anything but they sure notice. If you like gourmands this is probably right up your alley.
   Initial impression 8.5/9.5
   Looking forward to colder months in Chi-town but not just yet…
   Got side effect on the way. If it’s anything like this one Hi-5 2 Initio!!
   Presentation is also killer!

   This is my favorite vanilla fragrance so far. I am tall 6’4 , aesthetic and I can easily pull this fragrance as it does have a strong character and personality to it.It does have a tom ford type vibe.
   The smell is strong and has burnt smoky vanilla smell with leather touch. Huge compliment machine.

   I just received a 5ml decant of this today and i must say its a MAGNIFICENT,INTOXICATING scent,im not the best at notes but to my nose i get a real nice masculine type of vanilla,musk,honey type of vibe,if your really into GOURMAND’S i really think you’ll love this,very well put together in my opinion,i will be buying more of this…

   Ridiculous Kilian-esque name aside, this is such a wonderful vanilla! Strong and soft, furry, musky, caramel-like, cosy ambery vanilla!
   The perfume is quite simple, but not flat. It changes its emphasis at every stage of its development. Firstly vanilla pod, then amber, after that warm muskiness, up to hazelnut-ness of the base. Pleasant and natural smelling all the way.
   The longevity is tremendous. If you need just one vanilla perfume, go and get it.

   Kokuyu ilk sıktığım an hissettiğim duygu hayvansılığın baskın olduğu tatlı vanilyamsı his. Başlangıç kısmı gerçekten çok zor. 1 saat sonra ise, çok güzel burnu yormayan vanilya öyle rafine öyle naif ki koklamaya doyamıyorsunuz. Başlangıç kısmını sevmeme rağmen bence imza parfüm olmaya aday bir koku.

   Yayılım/Farkedilirlik: 1-2 saat çok iyi ardından ise tene yaklaşıyor.

   Season/Time of Day – I prefer to use this one in the colder months, day or night.
   Projection – I didn’t get noticed, I didn’t get a compliment.
   Longevity – I get 8hrs consistently.

    I have to try this again but 1st impression and spray of this rare fragrance was a pretty amazing one.
    Fruit punch with bold, sweet vanilla! Like some odd fantasy-land berry ice cream, so strange but nice!
    But then on the drydown, it turned extremly cloying with the vanilla and a sudden massive honey note that sprung from nowhere.
    Straight up burnt honey with some vanilla icing at the peak.
    So odd, lol.
    I’ll for now give it a 6/10 overall but I was testing other scents so it may have reacted.
    I’ll give it another go, if only for that amazing opening!
    Oh, far far superior to Rose’s vanille (Mancera) by the way.

    I get a soft, milky vanilla. Like a milk froth. I have not found any animalistic or leather notes. I mean the vanilla is really pleasant here, if it was EUR 50 I would not mind a bottle of this, I like to cover myself in a cozy vanilla blanket in winter. But I find it hard to justify the EUR 170 price tag. Not that unique or groundbreaking to me. I’ll use up the sample and see if there’s an epiphany but I’m managing my expectations. (To me this is very close to Le Couvent de Minimes – Cologne of the Missions which is about 10-20%of the price of this).
    P.S. The bottle is pretty though but I feel they have put more energy into the bottle design and marketing than the actual juice. So Kudos to the copywriter 😀
