A very original setting for jasmine, different from the white floral approach we are used to. A beautiful jasmine note surrounded by a damp, humid, aromatic & green forest after a rainstorm. I am left with an impression of jasmine sitting on top of a golden liquid a little like a water lily resting on a pond of syrup made of woods & aromatic plants with just enough of a subtle sweet fruity note peaking somewhere through this, once again, damp, sticky atmosphere.
Really love the way BDK presents their floral so far, as I experienced with BDK’s Tuberose Impériale. It is not bold or audacious in a way that will destabilized our nose, but just enough subtle novelty to arouse our curiosity and… admiration!
Long lasting, moderate to heavy sillage.
Well done!

Plummy woods, and hints of jasmines.
It has vanilla, plums, pears, hints of cedar, hints of incense, balsamic factor, some dates, honey & within a balsamic frame.
This is very interesting to be honest, as i haven’t heard of this brand but now as i saw it in one of the niche fragrance shops!
Edit (31st Oct 2017) as i am sampling it again now, i keep on sniffing the rancid strong jasmines within! it whiffs between plummy dates mix and rancid strong jasmines! it is quite weird to be honest, and unfamiliar, which makes it interesting

I discovered last night at a perfume/fashion/cocktail this new perfume house. I smelled a lot of perfume but my attention was hook by Wood Jasmine. So beautiful with his artimisia, cypriol and tobacco note. I know tobacco note is note listed here but like fragranticanmudpach write I smell tobacco. A favorite one but an exppensive one too. Why my favorites niches ones are always the most expensive.
