The song is very slow with a smooth sub bass and a deep piano topped with a sombre male vocal part that brings the piece together in a hypnotic arrangement. The male vocal is represented as the heart of the perfume with a warming blend of ginger root, cardamom & nutmeg that has been juxtaposed with nuances of eucalyptus and juniper berry. I’ve used these materials to truly capture the way the voice dances between warm intimate singing and the cold despair in its vocalisation.” – a note from the brand.
