This Mancera is a nice fragrance but the fruits smell a bit synthetic and artificial. Nothing spectacular, just a fruit salad with some musky undertones, an easy to wear summery scent. As it dries down it becomes more powdery and floral, thus more feminine.

Wild Fruits is a fruity musk. The fragrance opens with a cocktail accord of various light hazy fruits, over a light brush of white musk and cedar. The cocktail is very similar to that of Cedrat Bois, with a very faint touch of peach, such as found in Mancera Sicily.
The cedar in the base provides an abrasive character that makes it much more distinctive to Cedrat Bois though. This would be almost entirely redundant in my opinion. On the other hand, the fruits with the musk feels unique, and makes it feel like this fragrance had some potential that was entirely missed.
In addition to that, this fragrance seems compounded in the same style as Mancera So Blue. In the sense that the oil content is apparently high, but the actual fragrant content is obviously low. You have to have a virgin nose. You could spray this all over yourself, like some kind of “wild fruit party”, but it still has le hard gay performance. It doesn’t carry for long, or project very strongly.
I find it impossible to enjoy for this reason. But I wouldn’t mind giving it another try with something like Fragrance Primer, to see it could liven the formula up some.

I am a huge Mancera fan and Wild Fruits was, I believe, my second fragrance from this perfume house – Cedrat Boise was my first. I am not so much into these sweet and fruity fragrances but I love this one and, although it can certainly be rocked by dudes with attitudes, I feel it is bettered suited for the ladies. I have three daughter so, believe me, my bottle has been greatly used since adding it to my Scent Armory a few years ago.
Wild Fruits is a pretty straight-forward fragrance, yet it has some subtle nuances, and I receive compliments from the ladies while wearing it. To me, fruity fragrances usually lean feminine, but this one also has a slightly more masculine take on the fruits; rich and elegant but not-too-sweet, and the terrific musk and cedar notes make it suitable for the men folk to wear.
Performance is excellent! This fragrance typically lasts a solid 8-9 hours and projects slightly above average on my skin; my daughters reports receiving compliments and I usually detect it on their skin almost 6-hours later.
Mancera Aoud fragrances typically perform extremely well on my skin (many are beastly) and even the fresher ones give me a solid 8-hours each and every wearing – it is quality juice.
While Wild Fruits is not my cup-of-tea–I am more of a Green Irish Tweed/Grey Vetiver guy–and I certainly wouldn’t wear this scent when I have high-profile meetings, it is a great change of pace. Moreover, my “Go To” fruity fragrance is Rasasi Hawas, which is one of the sexiest, most playful, “Drop Your Trousers, Mister!”, Summer scents that has a much more masculine edge. Regardless, I highly recommended Wild Fruits if you enjoy the fruity fragrances with a bit most spit ‘n polish and can share it with your significant other.

Did not like it much. Too feminine and candy fruity for my taste.
It has similar vibe to Creed Silver Mountain Water “not millesime imperial” but different enough (more than 60%) and it is way more feminine.
Other than that it is pleasant, cheap and good perfomer.

LOL at the comparisons to Creeds. There is the faintest resemblance to Silver Mountain Water/MI or any Creed scent in general as it completely lacks the distinct foundation that all Creeds share. But really, it’s just a very faint similarity as this perfume lacks depth.
I agree with some of the reviewers, especially with the ones calling this a fruity mess. A synthetic fruity mess I would add. And yes, you can smell the peach note, the red apple peel, but above all, there is the synthetic layer that takes over all of those notes and renders them lifeless, stale. Not something that impresses me much.

This smells like MI to me on my skin far more than SMW. I would even say it smell more like montale soleil de capri than MI. Leans a little more on them fam side still a dope scent on its own for hot weather.

This doesn’t friggin smell like Silver Mountain Water at all! Anyone calling it a clone has a seriously poor sense of smell and probably thinks Cool Water smell exactly like GIT. I just can’t emphasize that enough.
Now, I see how there are similarities in how they come off of the skin and there’s a couple of notes in common, but that’s where the likeness ends. This is very much its own scent and doesn’t have the sharpness of SMW. The peach note is the biggest of the fruit notes here, although it’s blended very smoothly and it’s not too sweet or too loud. But, alas, that peach is what makes this stuff smell more feminine than masculine, to my nose. It reminds me of smelling Garnier Fructise shampoo or something. Definitely has a feminine body wash/shampoo kind if feel to it. I’m sure a certain kind of guy could rock it but definitely not for me.
However I’d love to smell this on a woman. Especially on a nice summer day, in a breezy park under the shade of a big maple tree. It would make me want to snuggle up with her and take a nap on the grass.

A significant part of this fruity mess remind me of red apple peel. Yep, apple peel, not the pulp. It has a certain slightly dried aspect in it, unlike lively fruit pulp. As it dries down, some suppressed powdery aspect also surfaces.

Pretty much a silver mountain water clone or version.. Smells very similar to silver mountain water. That is all I really have to say about it.

I received a small sample of this with another purchase.
To be perfectly honest, i wasn’t a big fan of Cedrat Boise so I’ve pretty much skipped trying other Manceras. Judging this one by name, i highly expected a sweet feminine scent, fruity and probably playful. BUT what i got, was an almost dead-ringer for Creed Silver Mtn Water. It’s a sparkling citrus-zest and dry woody opening with a slight smell of canned fruit cocktail or canned pears. Largely masculine in my opinion, but a woman could pull this off surely.
I enjoy this! However, for me personally, this type of scent is done better by either Bond no 9 Hamptons (it’s a more white-floral spin on this scent) or bested by Xerjoff Mefisto. But i have to admit, I’ve grown kinda bored of Creed SMW, and Mancera Wild Fruits totally took me by surprise!! Easy 8 out of 10 from me.

I would Place it into citrus-fruity category.
In the opening I get citrus blast and a hint of leather-oud-ish Accord for like 3 seconds, and I Think, it makes it unique. It has a Little bit CK One vibe I would say. The body is citrus (very soft, not Cologne-type, rather warm zest, I get mostly kumquat) and a bowl of mixed fruits. I clearly identify cassis (blackcurrant leaf), which is nice.
It does lean 1% more to masculine from the unisex grade, but I am a girl and I wear it myself.
I do not hear grapefruit at all, which is dissapointing since I love grapefruit…
The longevity is 5h on my skin and I find that it sits Close to skin.
If you like Byredo Pulp or CK One, you will love this as well.
    Safe blind buy.

Should be renamed to wild citrus because as soon as u spray this scent u get a huge blast of citrus and man it’s not the masculine citrus I’m talking about this s*** is definitely a feminine scent

The harsher, less pleasant version of Silver Mountain Water. I tested it on my wrist, and it hurts my nose. I tried to withstand through the initial notes to see if it gets any better, but it doesn’t. After 2 hours, it morphs into a generic floral drydown that is too feminine.

This smells amazing. I forgot how good this was while searching for a summer fragrance and also forgot that i was wearing this alot in the warmer weather . I only have a 60ml bottle of this and i may just have to buy myself a 120ml . It smells like an aromatic fruit bowl of mixed fresh cut fruits with some zinginess popping in and out . The notes listed are true so it’s not worth me mentioning them . It’s a very nice sweetness that keeps me sniffing my clothes . This is the type of scent that does something to me physically it makes me crave this fragrance and i develop a hunger for it so it does have a gourmand quality about it . Its very yummy scent and you do get noticed when wearing it as i gathered quite alot of compliments when wearing this . Mancera keeps impressing me . This in my opinion is an outstanding 10/10. Try before you buy as these type of scents need time to grow on you if your not familiar with them as these are quite potent and extremely long lasting utpo 8 hours plus with crazy sillage.

This is a nice and inoffensive fruity fragrance! I got a sample of this along with a few others including Bond No.9’s Scent Of Peace and i have to say and people will probably think i’m nuts, but they both smell extremely similar to my nose. I actually find Wild Fruits to be smoother than the Bond but it doesn’t perform as insane as that one. I like the name too as it sounds like a cider!

I dont like, because topper weird fruit notes are synthetic. The great things about this fragrance are: 5 minutes later a spray.Lime and grapefruit notes are sour and acidic.after and before this so feminine to wear.

Effeminate, disjointed and forgettable. This gives off that wet chemical hairspray vibe after having doused yourself with hairspray from the 90s. You can’t pick out any of the notes listed here, it’s all jumbled together in one overwhelming heap of uninteresting juice. It’s not offensive per se, and the resemblance to Silver Mountain Water is only in the inky currant, but performance is pretty stellar. However, those of you SMW lovers looking to extend your reach, this will likely disappoint as it smells neither unique nor enticing — qualities of SMW. Those seeking to discover this house should look at Cedrat Boise, a far more likable scent. There is no resemblance to Millesime Imperial.

This is my third Mancera, the first and second being Cedrat Boise and Sand Aoud, and I really like this one…some days I even like it better than the former CB…and of course…I hate the Aoud one since I am not a big fan of rose and oud. They have all indeed the same Mancera DNA, however wild fruits resembles in a good extend the smell of SMW by Creed. Both WF and CB are made of high quality ingredients and I can say for sure they do not smell cheap or generic at all. Performance is good, sillage pretty decent, the projections is around the same. I am eager to keep exploring more from this house…I am really impressed by the value they offer at such a good price…next buy may well be Lemon line….
P.S. girls and men around me prefer it over cedrat boise…give this one a try…not bad at all!!!

And where are the wild fruits?! Light fruity something.

  22. :

    Tart Currants?
This one smells like they mixed together bottles of Creed’s Millesime Imperial and Silver Mountain Water. Wild Fruits features tart citruses mixed with a melon-like aquatic calone note in the opening followed by Silver Mountain Water’s trademark inky-black currants in the heart. Fortunately, I like both of the aforementioned Creeds so I also enjoy Wild Fruits. While I find Silver Mountain water crisper and colder, and Millesime Imperial’s melonic sheen more luminous and chic, Wild Fruits is still a pretty good fragrance that will certainly be an easy wear in the spring and summer. The late dry down sits very nicely, and although it’s not much more than a skin scent at that point, the soft white musk becomes accented with a subtle peach that is soothing and in line with the fruity theme. However, you might be disappointed if you’re expecting something spectacularly fruity. There aren’t any strawberries or pineapples or kiwis or grapes here. And it doesn’t smell like a bowl of fruit salad or glass of punch (which is kind of what I was hoping for). But save for its arguably misleading title, Wild Fruits is an enjoyable experience from beginning to end and should most likely please fans of summer aquatics and bright, fresh scents. Projection is above average and longevity is about 6 to 8 hours.
Thumbs up and worth sampling to see if it works for you.

This is a Mancera that didn’t happen for me, at all.
The strange thing is that it’s suitably named – there really is an odd ‘green-metallic fresh’ vibe at the very opening that gives the would-be-nice fruits a ‘wild/rotting-preserved (odd)’ element and is a total clone of Creed’s SMW – just like another review said below!
Almost one for the other. A bluey-green (not retro or hebal) tone that offsets the whole otherwise nice fruity theme with faint woods.
It may be the violet – if it is, then wow, it’s strongly dominating! It’s gives the opening a very dark, strange edge – like ink, really a bit like some ancient ink had been spilled on some forest fruits (which themselves aren’t too ‘wild’)
Blackcurrants mixed with violets are also well known to give that ‘ink’ effect.
Later a great cedar note appears mixed with the now very sweet and intoxicating fruit punch – if only if it were not for that opening! But it totally puts me off sadly, otherwise it would have got really high marks from me similar to Cedrat boise.
But strangely also, it seems even better done than CB. Odd!
    My rating: 4/10.
    Scent quality: 9/10.

I am fond of (good) fruity perfumes. Mancera’s Wild Fruits undoubtedly hits the stage. It houses all the good points in terms of fruity, vernal-aestival scents.
Over here, every ingredient is decidedly of top quality, highly concentrated, masterfully blended, neatly balanced, and knock-out.
The only little drawback is that Mancera’s Wild Fruits is not very distinctive. However, this particular remark only concerns the fragrant composition.
    Both thumbs up!

Straight up sparkling fruit cocktail! I don’t see someone ever needing 120ml of this even if you like it. Will not appeal to everyone!

Definitely unisex. This comes off as aquatic to my nose at first, then I pick up zest of grapefruit and lemon, peach and cedar. There’s a flower or another scent I pick up although I’m not sure what (probably the violet).

    Not for me!

Not a complex scent unfortunately :(it opens with a batch of citrus and fruit and a significant oud note however agarwood provides a little bit synthetic character to the beginning. This is a remarkable representative the scents which have to be tried out on skin at first time. I would say it is a great perfume to enter to niche however it is not enough to impress a well-experienced niche guru. Parfum d’Emprie and PG scents are much more creative and complex than Mancera IMO.

I was not surprised as many scents of Mancera. This is a generic scent with green notes and hints of citrus. Good sillage and long lasting. Inessential.

I find Mancera Wild Fruits a rather masculine take on the currently (overly) popular fruit theme. It has the transparency of a cologne and the notes are really blended so what you get is a rather citrusy, zingy berry mix. The fruit notes are not particularly sweet and should be easy to carry. This is probably really easy to wear in the heat.
Wild Fruits smells like a step child of Issey Miyake’s original Eau d’Issey although without the novelty and originality L’Eau d’Issey had back in its days. If you are a guy who likes fruity maybe try it, even though this is hardly special or outstanding in any possible way.
