I have the vintage 250 ml EDC. It is soapy aldehydes. Not quite like iris in the powdery sense but has that sharp edge that reminds me of something more herbal like lavender. I think it’s the iris with the vetiver. It is pretty to splash out of the shower or on a hot day.

This is a very inexpensive but high quality fragrance. I get three distinct notes: Aldehydes, Iris & Jasmine. It’s very strong at first with a loud blast of aldehydes (alcohol) mixed with Iris and Jasmine. Wait, I can also smell the geranium. It’s noticeable. Right away, it is soapy & clean with a powdery undertone. I LOVE soapy fragrances but there is something in this one that makes me get an unpleasant tickle in the back of my throat. I’ve tried to like it as it really is feminine and pleasant notes. It smells nice on me even my hubby stated he liked it but unfortunately, my allergies cannot handle something in this one. It almost reminds me of someone making a fresh batch of soap! Very likable but not for me. Mine is for swap!

Got it today initially for the children as they used to have the Orange/Jasmine eau fraiche. Found this one in store accidentally for a very low price. To me it is very soapy/washed/clean scent. A bit strong at first, I chose it for the notes of Orange and Bergamot. Also, on the pack it says jonquille, geranium, vetiver, sandalwood and rich immortelle (on the box).(no jasmine, lily and musk here). It might be a bit too heavy for the kids, I might keep it for myself! It is kind of fresh, luminous/orange note and a bit soapy/powdery in the dry down, not in a baby powder fashion way. Not sure about its longevity on my skin but still like scent left on my top.
Ok, it has been a while and after all the good things I wrote about this eau de toilette, I am afraid I will have to contradict myself now. If the firsts/seconds notes are beautiful… and yes, they still are, the dried down did not live up to my expectations… let me explain myself. I really got a strong sweat note which is not really what you want to smell like after bathing/putting a nice outfit/applying make up etc… Or would you? No, not even after a good workout at the gym or a Zumba session… Don’t even want to smell this on kids either! Maybe as a toilet spray… Anyway, if anybody wants to have a go with this let me know as the 50ml spray bottle is as new…

I had this a few years ago and can’t find it any more. I loved it, it was so very green and different from other perfumes i had experienced at the time, would love to have some more!
