This perfume to me, definitely is another very significant scent, representing the “signature” sweetness of Victoria’s Secret fragrances. I just imagine walking in VS stores and would smell this scent everywhere right away.
My favorite one so far from the “coconut” line (the line includes: Warm Coconut Sugar, Nude Coconut Fig, Moroccan Coconut Mimosa, and Patchouli Coconut Musk). The coconut here is actually much weaker than the prominent “sugar” note. It is a little “candy-like”, makes me feel comfortable, and child-like on cold days, as I was comfortably being young and silly, seeping hot chocolate with marshmallows and munching on ginger biscuit cookies 🙂 During summer time, I would definitely cut back in spraying.

Warm Coconut Sugar is simple, yet very well-done coconut and vanilla. This truly reminds me of Very Sexy Now 2014, but Warm Coconut Sugar has no floral notes. The coconut notes in them are very similar. Actually, other than the light florals in VSN 2014, I can barely tell them apart. VSN 2014 does seem creamier and maybe a bit less sweet. However, I’ve also been indulging in so many coconut fragrances lately — so maybe my nose is getting desensitized.
Although Warm Coconut Sugar is very sweet, it performed well all day in the summer heat & humidity. It never became cloying or overwhelming — in fact, it became more pleasant as the temperature rose. I feel like that’s a pretty tough thing to do — to compose a fragrance this sweet, but blossoms to its potential in high heat.
It also has a few little similarities to one of the other Trend fragrances called Nude Coconut Fig. But the similarities are few. They’re very different fragrances. Nude Coconut Fig is more sophisticated, richer, and has some fruity/floral qualities.
Longevity is pretty good. It lasted for about 6 hours then it became subtle to me. But I’m sure others could smell it after the 6-hour mark. I really do not think I could categorize Warm Coconut Sugar as a “light” scent.
Sillage is moderate. It’s just right — depending on how much you spray. I would recommend using 5 sprays, then touching up once with one or two sprays throughout the day. I didn’t need any more than that.
I definitely recommend Warm Coconut Sugar. It’s very pretty, and you’ll love it for sure if you are a fan of coconut.

I smell mostly coconut, sweet and milky vanilla. Finally, a VS coconut fragrance that does not smell like sunscreen!!! Hooray!
Warm and creamy for sure. Groundbreaking, no… but if you like coconut/vanilla you’ll like this. The bottle is gorgeous and scent lasts 5-6 hours.
PS: And while this perfume is very light, I got compliments; I mentioned I did not realize anyone but me could smell it. Guess not!

Very cute bottle design. I am a huge foodie perfume collector so I decided to add this to my list. Unfortunately, this smells just sweet and personally for me, the coconut can be overpowering.

This scent reminds me of their scent from long ago, “island escape” which I had in a hand cream. Probably the most luscious smelling hand cream I’ve ever had. Coconut dipped into melted sugar, this scent is not too sweet but just perfect. The price they’re asking fr these eau de parfums is a bit high though.

This scent reminds me of the Comptoir Sud Pacifique line. It may say coconut sugar, but this one is not nearly as sweet, IMO, as Victoria’s Secret Coconut Passion. That one is coconut cream pie, but this one is more watery, if that makes any sense. The whole coconut Trend line is excellent, much better than all of the usual VS scents.
