DrakuJIas – :
I am beginning to think that the soap/shampoo fad has gone too far, as the opening of Emilio Pucci VIVARA TURQUOISE has taken this concept to a new and unwelcome level: cleaning products.
The first time I applied VIVARA TURQUOISE, I was racking my brain to recall what the familiar smell of this opening was. I finally decided that it must be Wisk laundry detergent. The second time, it seemed closer to a dilute solution of Windex. Now, on my third try, I think that it may be a cross between Wisk and Windex.
Fortunately, this “industrial clean” opening is shortlived and VIVARA TURQUOISE dries down to a pleasant, if uninspired, light patchouli floral. I do like the drydown, but I do not enjoy the Wisk-Windex journey required to get there. Désolée!

Overwhelmed by patchouli. No subtlety or sophistication at all. Ugh!
