Berdoes Violette is the quintessential spring essence. Soft violet green leaf hits the nose upon first spray; invigorating and a bit sharp. It soon settles into a cozy, fresh violet sweetness, but it is not cloying. Instead, it is reminiscent to me of being in a damp forest and coming across some wild violets, their powdery perfume settling on the breeze and reminding the hiker that spring is here.
Sillage on me is mild, but if I breathe deeply, I can sense it. Longevity is 4-5 hours….this is a comforting scent and one I might invest in! Worth a try for sure….
