Vanille Framboise starts off with a Rose Petal Raspberry Jam sugar sweetness and dries down to a Lemony Rose Jasmine which is gorgeous.
As the fragrance blends with your skin there is a lovely bitter lemon note in the background, very unusual but a lovely addition, takes away some of the cloying jammy sweetness.
Last of all as your body warms the vanilla kicks in making this altogether a very beautifully blended fragrance.
This is a mature perfume and makes a terrific change from all the overly sweet florals out there.

I do get the Vanilla and Raspberry in this one. Not very long-lasting but a pleasant, wear anytime of the day, fragrance.
Not sure I would want to wear it everyday though. Quite girly and light. Didn’t get any pear though which is a shame as I quite like pear notes.

Rose, rose, rose! A pink and happy rose, very uplifting. After a while a sweet slightly syrupy raspberry mingles with the rose, from there the sillage becomes stronger. I find it a cute and unassuming scent but I wish the pear would show up.

This is my favourite so far of the Les Senteurs Gourmandes collection!

I was expecting and hoping for vanilla and raspberry. All I got was rose. A nice rose but I don’t care for roses to be prominent in my fumes. I think this might be a lovely addition for lovers of rose scents Swapped my 100ml bottle . . .

Thank you for reviewing this one, cmmarti : you confirmed my fears about this one (too floral and not sweet enough).
I live in Belgium so I suppose it is possible to find the “Petits Plaisirs” you are taking about : in which store(s) did you find them ?
Thanks.

To me it smells very rosy and floral and not very vanilla-y or gourmand. It’s not bad, but I expected something sweeter. I prefer Les Petits Plaisirs Vanille Framboise which is not sold in the US but which is quite inexpensive in France…and much sweeter!
