In collaboration with the house of Puig Valentino presented in 2011 the romantic fragrance Valentina, embellished with romantic flowers on the flacon which highlights the beauty of the edition and connects fashion accessories from his collection with the style of the fragrance collection. Valentina is a favorite of women and girls who prefer fine feminine fragrances with a gentle blend of white flowers, luminous citruses and a sensual, warm finish cuddling the skin.
One year later, Valentina received a more intense successor named Valentina Assoluto which enhanced the floral passion and provided a more intoxicating and warmer character to the edition. The collection was expanded with new versions presented in 2013—fresh and luminous version Valentina Acqua Floreale and an oriental edition inspired by popular oud, Valentina Oud Assoluto in a black flacon with a black flower.
The Orient is still at the center of attention and inspiration of perfumers and designers of popular perfume houses. This fall, a new step pf fragrant Valentina is also in the direction of the Middle East and its charm, and evokes feelings of mysterious and exciting journeys to the Orient. The new flacon is dressed in seductive purple and is embellished with a large purple flower. According to the house, “Rosa Assoluto is a new chapter in Valentina’s path to the Orient. Respect is shown to the main ingredient—precious oriental rose, inspired by the colors of the Middle East, their high quality fragrances and precious ingredients.”
This is the most luxurious one of all Valentinas so far! The perfume VALENTINA ROSA ASSOLUTO has been presented as 80 ml Eau de Parfum!
Notes: Taif rose, raspberry, saffron, Centifolia rose, Bulgarian rose, rose buds, orange blossom, patchouli, dry woodsy notes, praline.

I’m usually not into commercial and department store fragrances, but this perfume stole my heart from the first sniff
it’s a deep, dark, red velvety smell
very long lasting with great sillage..it’s a very seductive rose

This is so masculine! I’m only able to smell oud and saffron. A few times I got a whiff of a raspberry rose, which was delightful, but alas it only lasted for a second.

This is extremely woody on me. From start to end. I smell raspberry and some patchouli. Barely any rose. If i didn’t see the notes or knew the name, i wouldn’t have guessed it is a rose perfume.
I quite like it though. To me it has a VERY oriental feel. It has some sweetness, from raspberry i guess, but otherwise very dry, almost incense-y, and woody.

THIS perfume is so hard to describe, it is Definitly sweet but has something sharp which makes it edgy and Smokey, it has a spicy base background but nothing overwhelming, it is elegant not for day to day!! Weirdly I will say I love it!
Not a safe blind buy, not everybody’s type of scent!

I was looking for a powdery perfume when I decided to get this one. It’s a rich scent that becomes even better after incense بخور / دخون it is very long lasting and only suitable at night time, especially during winter.
You’ll smell it on you the whole time and people will ask you about it.
Goes well with Roses Musk from Montale.

Gorgeous rose❤️ With spicy saffron and patchouli,,,I don’t sense this as being super sweet. Some woods on the drydown.. And that bottle..awesome. ❤️
Also-sense a leathery or oud note? Hmmm…nice! Same vein as Jo Malone Velvet Rose and oud!

Mixed feelings here. Its not bad, yet… First of all, behind praline and raspberry with patch the rose is invisible. Where all those buds, Bulgarian and Taif with Centifolia?..Praline is rather loud and flat, holds strong, because of oud, it masks rose tonality unmercifully, like by plasticine. Saffron is a great note, along with rose, but even saffron can not dissolve and separate, what is been done so heavily. I would call it heavy gourmand with patch. Oriental for sure, but not for me.

Valentina Rosa Assoluto – I had been lusting for this for a while and finally found a US distributor, beautyspin.com…so I finally scored this and it is amazing!
Valentina Rosa is sublime. Painting the roses red but I think they were already a beautiful golden color to begin with. Rose is the star in the magnificent fragrance with saffron serving as the best supporting note delivering its warm spicy aspect. Valentina Rosa is a little less spicy and a little bit less dark than the Oud Assoluto version. Yes this version has praline and raspberries but don’t dismiss this as a fluff type of scent just because of it. Valentina Rosa is a warm oriental rose scent that is elegant, sophisticated with a modern feel. Strong sillage and fabulously long lasting.
Ps. Quite suitable scent for men as well.

not for faint hearts for sure! Don’t be fooled by the appearance. It’s a very strong perfume for stark females/ or even males who adore rose+patchouli combination.
It starts with pure rose which may be misleading, as soon it changes to a dark warm spicy fragrance which can be even unisex. To me it smells like a mixture of lancome magnifique and eaudemoiselle ambre velours, but it is not exactly like any of them.it is not woody like the first/ neither balmy like the former. By the way, whatever it is it has a strong aroma to my nose and the sillage is definitely good on my skin.

Just got this, a very sweet rose perfume but not sickly. Although i can smell the woodsy notes they are very subtle and the praline is more noticeable. For me this is a very feminine perfume and very pleasant to the senses. Seems to have limited sillage and cant comment on longevity yet!
