Moschino man is what could be defined as a mysterious, beautiful and fascinating enigma. A fantastic musky but able to adapt to any occasion. Man? gorgeous!

This smells to me like a more complex, better version of Burberry Touch, which I despised and gifted away. But Uomo is very nice and lasts a good while before turning into a weak skin scent. It has proper projection, not beast mode but also not a personal bubble. One spray is almost too much…at least from my tester bottle. Smells pricier than it costs. God bless!

Smelling it from the bottle is paradisiac! But performance… damn! Why? We need intense version

A hidden gem. Worthy to buy it!!
Citrus and musk in dry down

Definitely an all-season, anytime fragrance, but IMO this is best for date night.
Always a winner for a romantic occasion in my experience.

Pretty nice. I smell quite a bit of citrus in it, that’s my nose anyway. Some reviews saying this is creepy and old man smelling. No way, way too light to be overbearing or ‘old’ (Obsession falls into that category..ick) no oldie cinnamon spice smell in this one. Smells cheap at first but grew on me. Not the greatest projection or longevity but it’s pleasant enough to wear

This is the sort of stuff your uncle wears once a year when he gets his grey suit out for a christening. Chalky, soapy, musky old barbershop fragrance. This would have been revolutionary in the 70’s. You can’t wear this in 2018…people will think you’re a creepy school caretaker.

The opening is a bit harsh and can be a turn off. This only lasts about 20 minutes though and then you get the really pleasant and smooth musk dry-down. I personally feel like it leans toward the mature side of things, maybe 30 plus. Lasts about 6-8 hours on my skin. It projects about 4 feet for the 1st hour and then sits closer to the skin, decent sillage when moving around.

So I bought this based on the reviews here… It smells great! Wish it stayed longer, just because it smells sooo good!

Spring summer fall day time office wear fragrance. After couple of months of using it, on 09/05/18 it suddenly just reminded me of attar pushpendra. (Indian attar – perfume oil).
Initially and immediately wasn’t a fan of this one at all. Somehow just got use to it I guess.
Would not recommend for winter at all.
Would not recommend even if its cheap.
There are other better cheaper options available.

Got this as a gift from my wife and she really love the smell of this hence a constant compliment is always served whenever I wear this fragrance. Other than her another legit unsolicited compliment came from my boss and this happened 3 hours after my initial spray of 9 spritz and 4 stick of cigarettes in the morning.. She basically ask me to walk towards our product cabinet and little do I know she is walking behind me and before I turned my face back at her she said “hey you smell really3x nice”.
my own take of this fragrance is that it is very comforting and yes a unique scent that’s why majority you will not grew tired smelling this fragrance every time. And base on experience this must really have a strong appeal on women’s noses as I only get compliments from ladies so far and that is given from each and every scenario I know like the initial spray/projection,scent trail, while its been sitting on my skin/clothes in the 3 hour mark. So I guess if you want to enjoy more of this scent throughout the whole day a quick fix of having an atomizer and applying unscented lotion will do the trick.

For me this is a masterpiece I have received endless compliments wearing this . Personally I have gone through a few bottles of this wonderful scent .
If you are a newbie into the fragrance world and if you are trying to get a compliment or impress someone try this , it works ..

On my skin, this smells like a mixture of “Statement” by Etienne Aigner and “Touch” for Men by Burberry. I really wanted to like it, but… Luckily, I was able to sell it on eBay…

Long after I stopped smelling the scent myself, a woman leaned into me and said “you smell really good.” I’m talking like six hours later.

Great spring/summer scent. Had my first bottle years ago,i think in 2000, and sometimes, i order a new one. Cheap, but impressive scent. The typical Italian style, makes it ideal for a warm, sunny day.

Got this on a whim, it’s cheap, so quick initial impression, didn’t like the opening, but the drydown is tremendously pleasant, doing an overnighter at work, so sprayed midday, now 11pm, still lingering slightly. Gives me a Dune vibe, bizarro Dune, as performance is present. It compells me to want to wear it more. A whim win situation.

Pretty nice. I was thinking the other day, “this Suave shampoo smells pretty good…” and that’s not far off from how this smells. A simple, clean musk/flower smell, but this is fruitier and more nuanced. The initial blast has some sage, which is nice. Clary sage, to be exact. As you might know, it’s a bit of a dour smell and that balances out the sweetness until the sillage drops. After that, it’s a pretty linear flower/fruit/musk smell. Smells like a really nice hair product, clean, upbeat, nice. If you know the brand, it matches them quite well.

This reminds me of Luciano Pavarotti pour homme, which is the only way I know it smells ‘italian’. Whereas Pavarotti has more of an opulent, prosciutto and white wine smell, this shares only the herbal aromatics.
Very well done. Non-linear and all phases work very well. Optimistic, positive, suits warm weather. Bright cosiness, fruity soft herbalness and general DNA reminds me of Kokorico, on which Cresp also worked.
Dry down becomes an enveloping warm bubble, like the heat coming off of a field of long grass on a summer’s day. Like this one a lot.
Age-wise would suit 30-40 y/o man ideally. But could be worn by older or younger.
Would forgive over-spraying. Performance is excellent.
Unusual scent for what it does – filling that niche of friendly, complex, original, light, non-pushy and masculine summer fragrance. Previously I had only Dune in this category.

I agree with everybody below who said this scent is unique, understated, and very pleasant. It does sit close to the skin, but the roughly 1-foot projection does have serious staying power. Also like others have mentioned, don’t judge it on it’s strong opening (I actually like it enough, but I can see why many would consider it pretty harsh), in about 20 minutes it really matures and you’ll know what you’re in for.
This is like YSL Homme’s Italian cousin – they have a lot in common, but the Uomo has more citrus and aromatics. Like the YSL, this is very versatile – making an excellent work, date, formal or casual scent. It’s also very forgiving in the event of over-application (once that opening wears off).
You can still get fantastic deals on the large bottle of this, and it looks like Jeremy’s reviews (well deserved) are driving interest in this one quite a bit, so that may not last – if you like it, buy it now would be my advice.
Also as mentioned below, I’d never pick musk as a big note here – it opens very citric and herbal, and the drydown is more of a sweet and powdery woody floral experience but the musk is never primary to me – more of an subdued means of adding warmth to the brighter top notes.

Very nice scent! Not to sweet, not to bold but it can let anyone thinking of you and your perfume because you smell great and you feel great wearing it. Kind of transforming you into an casual office man. :))

I’m going to agree with the general consensus that this fragrance is a true oddity. But that’s a very good thing because for less than $20 you can get something fairly unique. I’ve sprayed this on my shirt in a few places and its the funniest thing but while I’m just sitting here normally I like the scent and it is kind of soothingly sweet. But when I put my nose right up next to where I sprayed it smells repulsive haha. Since that’s not where my nose will normally be its not an issue. This is a scent that gets soft quickly but lasts for a long time.
I’ve never smelled or eaten Kumquat but this reminds me of cantaloupe which I have had before. No idea if they are similar but anyways…

This one was a surprise for me. I really wasn’t expecting much but it’s good. Someone else mentioned using it as a gym scent and I could see that too. I don’t think it’s a big date scent or trying to get women to notice you scent but for just everyday wear that makes you smell nice and clean it’s a good one. Also agree that this is for more mature men. If I had to pick something it reminds me of it would be Xeryus Rogue or Coach for Men. I’m also not getting any musk from it.

  23. :

this is a strange one….its not completely unique and not completely one season fragrance, i love how this smells….i would say it has a nice unique Kumquat opening with lil herbal touch, and the dry down is a mix of le male and tommy bahamma set sail st. berts..at least to my nose.feels like aromatic fougere with hint of citrus and musk at base, lasts long on me…you need 5 sprays for a full days work, got a lil mature vibe to it, the citrus is kinda old school, but man it smells nice, not date at all.very good prices and you get 125 ml, great deal.good signature scent for almost all year… day time fragrance

I have it from many years, my first cologne! it is still there almost half bottle.. I tried jean paul gaultier le male and the drydown is really near to this! Very versatile scent, the drydown of this and the drydown of le male are pretty similar!

Stronger than a cologne … really natural, but such a bit complex … in the Allure Cologne Sport or Eau de Cologne from Les exclusives by Chanel … A great diffference with Mercedes Bens Cologne or Dior Homme Cologne both totaly synthetics, plastics!
Moschino Uomo have a very nice blend … yellow citrics and cinnamon for a tonic and energetic and funny fragance …
Natural sweet as a vine … Not a common cologne! But a very nice summer fragance . . .

I don’t know If I can add more to what has been said.
This is beautiful and a modern classic.
It is what reflection man could have been and imagine if they would have composed this in niche quality.
Yes, I said it this is a reflection man killer.
You get a romantic, charming classic aromatic. Wear this with a white t shirt and jacket and you will be turning heads. This fragrance is for a nice casual outfit.
I get 4 to 6 hours longevity, but then it comes back or other people can smell it for even longer than that. 25 plus, but if you are 20 or so and a mature , yet likable man you could pull it off.
This has a touch of a master hand and in a really odd way reminds me of Terre de hermes eau tres friahce.
Highly recommended and a steal for the price.

This has become my signature fragrance! I’d not sampled anything like this before and heard people comparing this to 212 Sexy by Carolina Herrera and also comparing it to Body Kouros by Yves Saint Laurent. They’re in the ballpark, but nothing like this with its unique notes.
It starts off fresh, but not a green fresh. It’s clean, but leathery clean. It starts to transition into the sweeter notes that aren’t cloying like Perry Ellis M or other fragrances with similar notes. It settles quite nicely to the skin and I’ve gotten many compliments from my love!
I think I’ll sample more Italian houses as I’ve heard a lot of fellow fragrance lovers comment on its Italian-ness. The projection on my skin is about 2 hours and the scent lasts 6 to 7 hours as it dries down. My girl loves to cuddle when I wear this one as she says its not obnoxiously there like other sweeter and “clubby” scents I wear. This one is a 9.5/10 for me!

Just purchased this, Im a little concerned about the longevity on this but for £19.50 for 125ml I cant really complain if its not great.
I think this will depend upon people skin and whether it goes in harmony with the fragrance.
Ill just carry me a nice little 10ml atomizer around so to top up if needed.
Have heard nothing but good things about this so quite excited!

it could be the perfect Gym Scent, because it smells like very aromatic soap from back in days, smells clean and nice without WOW factor in my opinion, I would not think of a fragrance when I smell it, I guess it’s worth to buy considering the price, and I might buy one to have couple of light sprays before gym session.

Awesome scent! love this one! it’s clean and polished..Italian elegance in a bottle! It starts citrusy, but not a sharp citrus – a more creamy, mellow citrus. Lemoncello not lemonade..
this mellows to a musky soapiness that’s very enjoyable. this one lives up to the hype!

Youtube Fragrance Reviewer Jesse Aboagye said it right when he described this fragrance: SMOOTH and EFFORTLESS.
My workplace is a “scent-free” environment. It seems more and more as the days go by, more and more people are bothered by fragrances.
But I don’t want to let that stop a fragrance head like me from rocking my juices at work – so what’s the solution? Well, I’m starting to grow a very strong appreciation for inoffensive fragrances that you can DRENCH yourself in and STILL NOT offend anyone with.
MOSCHINO UOMO is one of these fragrances. And for that, I absolutely LOVE IT!!!
Always present but NEVER offensive or overpowering. I can spray myself 20+ times with this and be 120% confident I won’t bother anyone. You will always smell it on yourself as I did from the morning when I first sprayed it on right into the evening – since it’s such an inoffensive smell, it’s hard to tell if it’s silage is long since it smells like a scent that would emanate from a clean man’s body.
You will never have any apprehension or hesitation in wearing this. 10/10 for what it is meant to do, in my opinion.
This fragrance has started me on my journey to add more office-friendly/inoffensive juices to my collection (e.g. Prada Amber Pour Homme, Gucci Pour Homme II, etc.).

This fragrance was a blind buy for me and I’m quite happy with it. My purchase was a vintage “Made in Italy” bottle but I don’t know how it compares to the current formulation. My understanding was that there was little difference but again, I don’t know.
Anyway, I didn’t get a lemon opening with this. In fact, I really don’t detect lemon in it. I do get a clean, soapy, somewhat creamy and quite muted type of orange. Since I don’t know what kumquat actually smells like on its own, I’ll assume it’s that. I’m not picking up much spice out of this and only a bit of musk.
Dial soap is an adequate representation, making this fragrance extremely versatile and not overwhelming. Projection is closer to the skin and longevity is average. It’s a great casual or office fragrance and since it’s inexpensive, there’s not much risk in a blind buy.

Great smelling cologne!! Would recommend for anyone wanting a winter/fall cologne. Smells GREAT for the price!!! It is definitely worth it. UoMo will make you smell like a successful business man and the main note, musk is not overpowering and is blended well with the fragrance overall. Again, would recommend for anyone on a budget looking for a winter/fall cologne (possibly Spring)!

I’m testing this frag today, a great blind buy, I’m so happy I got it, it’s a really nice scent, classy, clean, well balanced and blended and fresh, I have heard that is weak but it last a whole working day on my skin, I even think I went heavy on the sprayer ( 7 shots, I think 5 will be perfect )
I’m at the Gym 12+ hours after and my sweat is one of the best smelling around here 🙂 I only can say if you are thinking about buying it go ahead it is worth every penny.

    Very, very dated.
    Very 90’s.
Being so dated doesn’t mean it’s a bad thing like guerlain vetiver or hermes bel ami, both masterpieces.
Like “Citizen Kane”, from Mr. Orson Wells.
    Once masterpiece, always masterpiece.
However…this is just not the case.
    Period!
Sorry, Geremy F. but this time you absolutely missed the shot.
Getting a nice discount doesn’t mean it still worth it.

I can finally review this juice since I own it. I will be simple and honest.
Opening – Little harsh but very refreshing. Like a citrus bomb that explodes and remains for ~30minutes.
Drydown – Citrusy & musky which has a hint of Coca-cola scent (Yes that’s right) but with soapiness. Soap and citrus notes amalgamate very nicely to a gentlemen-like scent. This scent really calms me down so I can focus. Lasts about ~7 hours.
    Grading:
    Price: 10/10 ($25CAD for 125mL)
Scent: 8/10 (Lacks a bit of uniqueness)
    Versatility: 9/10 (EXTREMELY INOFFENSIVE)
    Sillage/Longevity: 8/10
    Overall: 8.5/10
What an underrated, overlooked, hidden gem amongst other fragrances.

I’ve had and worn this a few times now to try to truly ‘get it’ as the drydown is quite different from the loud kumquat opening which does have a citronella/bug spray feel to it.
The drydown is very soapy and creamy however, like a really clean, quality brown soap if that makes sense.I understand the comparisons to Luna Rossa, but this is so much more interesting and less generic imho.
This is really very good and quite versatile. I like it more each time I use it and the opening seems to be getting much shorter lived as I get used to it.
A 125 ml bottle for £23 on various online sites is great value and I see this getting a lot of use.

Upon application my sparse chest hairs doubled. The grey hair on the top of my head became brown full and bouncy. I sprayed once more and a curly moustache appeared below my now hairy nostrils. Checking the mirror I noticed a full trimmed brown beard. Funny I don’t remember owning any gold chains, it appears I’ve lost 20 years with just one application!

well, dont get it wrong, it is a nice smell, fresh, but could be a unisex,
not masculine, very 90’s smell, I will not purchase it again, I prefer more masculine solid and gentleman perfumes.

    This fragrance is very Euro!!
Judging this fragrance by the first 5 minutes should be a crime. I’m writing this review at the gym… and wow… it’s amazing!! This definitely could have been the Eau fraiche of Le Male.
My absolute favorite thing about this fragrance is that I don’t think many people would think this is a fragrance, but rather that the scent is eminating from your skin…very cool stuff. So it’s detectable, yet not present. Maybe “aura” is the word I’m looking for.
This is a fragrance I needed a little bit of time with, but became a favorite of mine after just a few wearings.

  48. :

Very nice men’s fragrance for spring and summer if you like to rotate your fragrances by season like I do. Very masculine scent and a compliment getter. It’s citrus, soapy, clean and musky enough to no way be unisex. “That’s definitely for guys” was my wife’s comment when she first smelled this on me. Women co-workers loved it and asked it’s name so they can buy it for their man. It’s not an overpowering scent even with heavier applications. It’s actually very subtle and throughout the day I was getting nice whiffs. Definitely not much projection and I prefer it that way. As others indicated it sort of like a blend of LeMale, Individuel with added musk and citrus… and much classier. More of a night fragrance preferably with a nice button down shirt because it really does smell classy. Unique enough and affordable enough to add to any serious collection. Blind buy worthy.

    Great Fragrance.
It smells very classy and appealing.
    Fantastic musky dry down.

    2013 july batch
Blind bought this cheapie after hearing it smells like Le Male or Prada Luna Rossa Sport. Okay, so I expected it to be a cheap smelling clone like Cuba Gold and other stuff.
Man was I wrong! This smells expensive, rich, classy and italian! While it has an expensive bar of soap nuance like Le Male or Prada, they are nothing alike.
This one is more citrusy and musky-manly, not borderline unisex like the other two which I also love. The scent itself is pretty linear, starting with a blast of citrus (kumquat smells like sugar-coated lemons to me), musk and a decent dose of spices. On the dry-down this turns soapy-woody-spicy with the citrus on the secondary plan. I adore this scent all throughout.
Moschino Uomo? has its own character… it’s definitely something you’ve smelled before but you couldn’t pin-point it. This scent reminds me of my childhood in some weird kind of way.
That being said, I don’t think the scent is dated in any shape or form. No, this is as modern as it gets and it should be worn by any real man with character, who says NO to any stupid trends regarding fragrances and just wants to smell good.

I just received this today and tried it immediately. My first impressions: Citronella with a hint of honeysuckle and black pepper. As it dries down, I’m getting a lemony, peppery soapy vibe with a musky smokiness…and a hint of oatmeal [that’s the impression I’m getting]. There is something familiar about this fragrance that I can’t quite nail-down. A hint of lilac on a breeze and honey lemon tea. It’s a unique fragrance that captivates–very lite and rather enjoyable.

  54. :

Just revisiting this one because I actually bought a bottle cheap the otherday. As I mentioned in my previous review below, I remember this coming out as Moschino was a popular brand in the late 90’s. (I mean it still is to some but seemed more prominent then.) I actually take back what I said about performance, it’s not bad at all, easily lasting 8 hours. Another thing is the reminders of other fragrances. Uomo has this kinda ‘trifle’ vibe (bear with me) like fruit but with a milky custardy undertone. There’s a reference below to MB Individuel/Creed Santal and that is very apparent in the opening, it has a strange synth element of HM, Dreamer and Kiton but also reassuring classical, clean, masculinity and musk. I guess the biggest reminder is in the drydown (and this is the trifle thing again) it’s a hint of Chanel Allure edition blanche but just a touch less gourmand and more soapy.
I actually really like this fragrance and I’m enjoying a wear today.

  55. :

This one is nice and simple. A laundry musk scent with citrusy top notes. I’d compare it to an Original Santal/Montblanc Individuel type of scent, except in an Italian citrus style

What a great scent. The opening is very synthetic and nothing really to brag about but the middle and dry down is wonderful. It smells very identical to Prada Luna Rossa sport. But longevity wise it’s not great. Perfect casual everyday scent. My Girlfriend loves this fragrance but then again she loves anything that smells anything close to Reflection man and Le Male

Well, as promised, I’ve been spraying the Sh** out of this for the past couple of weeks and can finally say that I have a pretty good grasp of this scent.
And no, my opinion hasn’t really changed regarding that weird kumquat combination, but I can certainly appreciate it for the compliments that it draws. Mostly from women.
Why? Maybe it’s because the sillage has a lower resolution than the dense layer on my wrists, thereby helping to smooth out the balance of sweetness, volatility, orangy fruitiness and spice.
Maybe it’s because on the release, there is a whisper of Le Male floating on a cinnamon wind. A fruity soap mist cascading from an oriental waterfall. In space.
Or I dunno, maybe it’s because women have all those damn hygiene products with kumquat in them for some God-forsaken reason and this stuff just reminds them of a shower. Or being naked. Yes, yes, I can see it now…
Whatever the reason, I know this much is true – overall, my opinion HAS changed, but not by much. Longevity is actually pretty good on my skin (5-7 hours) and great on clothing. Barely any sillage though. And yeah, the last hour of this scent is quite pleasant – a real hushed sweetie pie.
So for me, this works great as a wild-card scent when I’m in the mood for something strange or different; and although I won’t be getting another bottle, here are a few more words I’ll add to my initial impression:
    Elegant – Ethereal – Bright – Sweet – TIMELESS.

Very nice fragrance, masculine sa it spicy with kumquat. After some hour it becomes more sweet and the spicy grow down. Versatility is awesome! you can wear in any occasion! only bad things are performance… weak but have good lasting on the shirt. 8/10

the bottle arrived just today…the first impression i have is of an annoying smell…but after a while it turns in a sophisticated cheeky citrusy and old school sensation….it smells like the most of the old fashion italian masterpieces but it has an extreme peek of lemon(probably is lemon)that provides a more modern approach…i think its a perfect fragrance if u have an elegant long sleeve shirt or a cheap good fragrance for a suite..

Think: Soapy – Light – Fruity – Spicy – SOAPY SODA
I dunno, to me, this stuff smells like a STORE. Like a place where they sell tailored suits and fashion accessories. Or maybe like an old-timey bar of soap. You know those soaps from hotels in Spain built in the early 1900s that smell like an elegant grandma?
And you know what? For me, that just ain’t my thing. Maybe it’s because I blind bought a tester bottle from a 2014 batch, but it’s totally unremarkable. I don’t even find it pleasant. In fact, I would choose Le Male or Mont Blanc Legend over this ANY DAY, and I find both of those to be pretty boring…What’s even more strange is that I actually prefer that “bug spray” opening to the drydown!
So yeah, it’s not AWFUL, but even at this cheap price you can do BETTER. Unfortunately, this was the only way I could get my nose on it, so I’ll spray the SH** out of this in the spring and fall to see if my mind changes.
Until then, I’ll refrain from giving this a rating. One thing is FOR SURE though. If you want elderly europeans to like you, then look no further. DEES YOUR JUICE. BEST PLICE. YOU BUY.
LOL PS – I sprayed my desk accidentally while making a decant; 4 hours later, the room smells like a jelly donut. Hahaha.

So Jeremy fragrance was right on when it came to this fragrance because this is an amazing scent for the price !
BUT…. give this scent some time to blend in with your skin chemistry because the opening to this is god awful and to my nose smells like real pungent bug spray.
However, after 15 or 20 minutes this morphs into a really gorgeous scent ! To describe this scent it’s a soapy,semi-sweet,fresh spicy scent that’s also very classy and actually pretty unique. ( For some reason it kind of smells like hotel soap)
Only scents that I can say that this smells similar to me are Chanel Allure and maybe Le male.
A lot of people say this has performance issues but I get 5-8 but only soft to moderate projection. However, this did have pretty good sillage which would make this a very good scent for work and dates !
Compliments on this are really good as well ! Usually soapy scents don’t get a lot of compliments but a lot of people really seem to like it and my girlfriend smelled this for the first time yesterday and she also really liked this.
Overall rating— 9 out of 10 ! This has become 1 of my new favorites and it’s perfect for times when you want to smell good but don’t want to offend or be to loud.

This note breakdown is missing the most important note in this fragrance CITRONELLA. It’s that lemon grass scent also used in some bug repellants. Its very harsh in the opening but blends in more nicely into the fragrance as it drys down.

I’m not sure where the relation to Reflection man comes from, in my opinion they smell very different. RM has a cleaner more professional smell to it, this one feels a lot more soft and soapy. Still smells very nice! I bought my bottle from Fragrancebuy.ca $40 shipped for 75ml, its a good “cheap” scent, although I have many others that do the job better than this one, my girlfriend enjoys the sent.

Personally I get mainly citrus and musk from this.
Very linear scent, stays like the opening and doesnt change.
Lasts a good 3 hours on my skin.
    Quite clean-smelling and manly scent.
About half a meter of projection for one hour, then gets very close to the skin.

Sillage 1 – 2 feet, last 8 plus hours on clothes.
    on skin 1-2 hours max.
It smells like citrus, earthy, warm sunny day scent, for the first 15 minutes… and then fades.
Would I buy it again, no!
You have to reapply this scent though out the day.
    3.4 Oz Bottle, cost $18.00….
And I’m never going to finish this bottle because I’m never gonna use it again.
    I didn’t get compliments on this one…
