Description
Udaipur, the new eau de parfum, encapsulates the primary inspirations of the Maison, reinterpreted them through the varied nuances of a fragrance that evokes both summer in the Mediterranean and the gardens of the Maharajah. It is a hymn to the skill of Italian artisans, to the magic of India and the many connections between these two worlds, which over time has woven a tale of the imagination.
The composition is built around magical Jasmine Sambac. A fresh top note leads into a rich floral heart where jasmine is supported by gardenia, lotus flower and magnolia. Base notes include musk cashmere wood and patchouli.
Udaipur was launched in 2018. The nose behind this fragrance is Mathieu Nardin.

Udaipur opens like a Grandiflora house fragrance. An almost soliflower perfume. A natural smell of fresh jasmine and white flowers. A no time fragrance. Heavenly romantic.
Simple… and maybe too simple.
So simple to touch the cheap-zone.
The bad thing in addition is the dry down, where a zesty/ginger-like green note, must be the declared bergamot, came up and that is the cheapest part. Remember me that Tocade (Rochas) aspect or that vaniglia & Zenzero (L’erbolario) and similars (Mirra by Tesori d’Oriente) notes acid/sweet which make the thing truly supermarket’$ fragrance.

A creative and very very rich and feminine reconstruction of a hypothetic white floral note.
If you smell it constantly you can think in any of these flowers, but for me, the general impression is a very narcotic Jasmine.

I got a jasmin, neroli and kashmir wood not that i know how smell kashmir wood but it has the samenote that Chasmire from de Nikolai has so it is probably this
