As the fifth fragrance of their niche collection, Pantheon Roma introduces Trastevere, inspired by one of the most popular Italian districts. Trastevere arrives two years after the editions Donna Margherita, Il Giardino, Notte d’Amore and Raffaello, which were presented exclusively at Esxence 2013. This fragrance also had its premiere at the artistic perfume exhibition in Milan, Esxence, in March 2015.
“Incredible love story of Raffaelo Sanzio that inspired the brand is enriched with a new fragrance as a fragrant version of the Roman district which is a part of the whole story. Trastevere was considered center of bread-making in Rome, due to a large number of bakers that worked there. Walking down the narrow roads, the scents of bread and pastry pleasantly mixed together”.
Composition of the new fragrance Trastevere was announced as gourmand but was interpreted in a very special way. The composition is signed by perfumer Arturetto Landi and is based on the chord of Artemisia Pallens (Davana) surrounded with chestnuts, vanilla and jasmine blossom. The fragrance evokes the period of time when the story took place, when the district of Trastevere was the center of pastry, bread and young women.

This scent is super sweet, almost sticky sweet, but it’s also a pleasant warming fragrance. It starts out with a very realistic chestnut flour note, but then the vanilla takes over and gives it a sugary twist.
The effect of vanilla reminds me of Dries Van Noten, but Trastevere remains sweeter and a little bit fruity. Very gourmand indeed.

Beautiful unisex fragrance, within the region of Feve Delicieuse. It is a vanilla-nut combination with a calming herbal undertone: in Trastevere it is artemisia; Feve has mint-lavender. It is beautiful, serene, gourmand at its opening but very chic and less edible from the middle notes down. Can be worn by women or men who love all things Italian, and what’s more Italian than Trastevere?

Oh my… the coffee hazelnut delicious assorted chocolate with slight notes of bread and chocolate hazelnut croissant. The coffee and hazelnuts plays the main part and it describes the place where Margherita works and the bakery is her father’s. a primal winning fragrance for me by Pantheon besides Dolce Passione.
I eventually love the house and their amazing creation as you need to read the story to define and connect the fragrances to it.
