It’s the perfect wood scent.
It’s everyrhing I’ve been looking for.
It truly is, walking into a home depot’s lumber aisle.

This is mostly clean cedar with a little pine, but there is a bit of a swampy smell along with the clean, fresh wood. This a great warm or hot weather scent in my mind. It’s fresh, woody, and not fruity or aquatic. (I also like a well-made fresh citrus in the summer, but it is nice to have something a bit more unique.) Sadly it doesn’t last as long as I would like. Even more sadly, it is recently discontinued. It’s a pretty inexpensive brand, all things considered, so I’d have been happy to respray when the smell faded if I had a larger size.

this smells like a newly put up cedar fence with a small side of something from the swamp I like it

Yes, wood! But not old planks. Freshly cut tree! Very resinous.

I did a “Frag Report”(FIRST TAKE) on this scent today and wearing it as I was filming was ok but within minutes as I continued the scent got worst. I won’t speak too much on this since Im releasing the vid in a few days.Just know I did not like this.

For the first 2-3 minutes there is a sharp chemical note followed by 1-2 hours of 90% cedar / 10% pine. I don’t get any of the musky, earthy, swampy notes described in other reviews. Just wood. But by hour 3 it is completely gone from my skin. This surpised me because I’ve gotten good longevity from the other Smell Bent scents I’ve tried.

This is so much fun! Smells of newly chopped wood, pine and cedar resins. Not sweet at all.

Having ventured out into the cedar swamp bogs in the spring, I think I can describe the aroma of skunk cabbage. It is animalic, musky, raw but not cat peeish or ammonia smelling. it’s more fetid and almost… glandular? Like the smell of raw meat, if you’ve ever skinned an animal. But yes, a very skanky dirty note; those of you who like civet or other similar notes will probably like it. It does not smell ‘swampy’ or of methane or sulfur. Rotting decay of moist woods? yeah that’s pretty close, but with less wood and more animalic decay. hopefully they used a judicious hand with this, as too much would turn people off, I know it did me when I bent down to sniff!
