Description

Dove taking a flight, as a symbol of peace, marked this fragrant creation of Bond No.9. The inspiration for this female woody floral fragrance came after New York attack on September 11 of 2001. Its main idea is that the peace of each city, even New York, comes out of worldwide peace. 2 dollars from each sold bottle in 2006 was donated to UNICEF. Michael Almairac, as the creator of the perfume, placed spicy, green and fresh grapefruit and blueberry at the top of the composition, the heart opening with fresh and gentle green nuances of lily of the valley. Juicy and ripe notes of the base consist of musk and cedar. This fragrance is available in 50 and 100 ml.
The nose behind this fragrance is Michel Almairac.

Argh. Harsh citrus and sharp wood with herbal cedar and something that smells like BO, then goes sharply Gaiac Wood alcohol and I had to scrub. Nasty, but then a lot of the Bond #9 scents don’t work on me at all. Might be part of their base formulations that don’t agree with my skin chemistry.

This is a gorgeous woody musk with a hint of tart blackcurrant and thankfully not much grapefruit at all (which goes straight cat-pee on me if there’s too much).
This is a soft, peaceful scent—it’s name does it justice. I love it, very beautiful and the musk is soft, cozy, fresh, and not bracing or too much. I don’t know if I’d have paid full price for this one, but I got a 100ml bottle (full) for a song at a charity/thrift shop, so who am I to complain?

Anosmia, Dsty, it is a common affliction, your nose is overwhelmed by some note (s) and cuts the impulse to the brain. The scent is like water to you. See which note (s) can be the culprit, must be among the top notes, otherwise you would smell something. Have you ever felt anosmia before but thought it could be a counterfeited perfume? It might be anosmia, a common occurrence. Sometimes anosmia for a scent can disappear over time (you also can spray yourself with the smallest amount weekly to see if the nose can become used to the scent, sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t). I am plagued by anosmia since I had my nose fractured in a fall.

This is not a real review – I think there must be something seriously wrong either with my sense of smell or with my sample of this Scent of Peace, because I’m getting almost nothing at all from this scent everyone seems to be so crazy about. And that’s saying something, since I like the vast majority of everything I test, and this note list looked pretty good to me as well. A disappointment!
First of all, I have to use three times my usual amount of sprays before I can even smell this one. And even then, the scent is mostly just very faint, very vague: vague fruit notes surrounded by a vague cloud of musk. I guess at a stretch this vagueness could be described as “light” or “airy” instead, but in any case I’d like it to have a little more of a presence, and on top of that, it smells rather synthetic as well. All in all, I just don’t get the appeal.
It’s possible that my nose is telling me the truth, and the love for this one might be a case of mass delusion. But a more probable explanation for the difference in my experience and most others’ is that my sample has indeed gone off completely. So I’ll just put this down as “undecided”.

I remember getting a sample years ago and it smelled really nice, but at the time I was trading many perfumes on MakeupAlley and gave it away to my next swap. The only one that swaplifted me too, Gucci Gucci the pink purple berry one. I also send her the hefty decant of Bond No 9 scent of peace. She loved the scent of peace and so did her husband. Looking back I should have kept the decant, send to me by a very lovely member. Oh well.
I kind of forgot about it and then bought Lanvin Eclat a few years ago. Great scent but the dry down is like hairspray on me. Just recently I ordered a decant of the scent of peace off ebay and its just delightful. Reminds me of a light bright lilac color and just so happy and cheerful. I am glad I decided to re-try this! Its just so crystal clean and pretty.

If you have steered cleared of the blackcurrant note because of cat pee associations then fear not because here it is very nice. The grapefruit is the juicy dominant note here with the blackcurrant providing a dry, slightly bitter twist. I do love the Lily valley in this summer scent. Fresh, cooling and lovely.
The musk is what smooths out any edges and helps these three notes blend well together.
I cant say it develops much on me. It’s very pleasant but I wouldn’t pay the big bucks asked by Bond.
It lasts a couple of hours and the sillage quickly retracts to a skin scent.

This almost smells like Paolo Gigli Oro Rosso, which is unisex, but better, stronger, lovelier. Great job, Bond No. 9 !

Question people. Do you believe men can wear this? Just wondering as this is their best-selling scent.

The Sephora staff gave me a sample of this and omg I love it! Very light and refreshing. However, did not make the purchase as it cost way too high above average. It used to be priced at 350-400 SGD in Singapore’s Sephora.

I adore this fragrance and always have to have one in reserve in case it gets discontinued. I get that the soap factor is high which suits me. I have worn this together with Pure Grace by Philosophy body lotion and my husbands friend nearly fell off his chair trying to get a good sniff. I think that if I wanted a strong sexy smell then I may leave this on the shelf for the night but if you cut me open, I want to smell like this! X

I am undecided on this. I own a bottle and I wear it because it is one of the best selling Bond perfumes and I’m supposed to like it. I guess I have a bad case
Of the emperors new clothes. There is something very bitter in the basenote of this that bothers me. But oddly enough when I wear I get occasional compliments on it. It’s not a man attractor. It’s a “oh that smells good. What is it?” I get a strong grape smell from it but I have no idea if that’s even in this composition. Kind of ends with a weird grape hairspray basenote on me. I seriously think this is a sheep fragrance. I wear it because it’s really popular and I’m supposed to be trendy and wear it. Probably not the best reason to own this.

To me this smells like softer, cleaner and more flowery version of VS Bombshell.
Almost similar but in a classy style, if that make sense.
I don’t care much about the similarity but somehow a bit frustrating when people ask me if I am wearing VS, instead of Bond no 9!
Anyway, I really like the scent vapors around me which smells like the scent of new clothing. It feels so natural and I just can’t help sniffing the ambient and it really made my day!

    A guy’s review:
My god, I am attracted to this smell. This is what I would imagine Angels smelling like.
In my opinion, this is the day time/summer version of Armani Code for Women and Code for Women is to be used as this lady’s night scent.
The sillage is light, which makes it perfect for a date/work scent.
For the smell alone, I give this a 10/10. A very beautiful scent that’s on the verge to becoming sexy.

Bright crystal, is that you?? The opening smells the exact same as bc on my skin. Not a bad thing, but I never reached for bc when I had it, so I probably wouldn’t reach for this either.

I have a bon bon of this and I tried it for the first time today. If I was a woman between 20 and 35 and got a good deal on this, I’d consider buying it. But, I’m a man between 20 and 35 and I would never buy a bottle of this for myself because it’s just too feminine.
It starts out with a really juicy fresh burst of fruit which I quite like. The florals kick in pretty quick, the musk takes a little while, but I detect almost no woods in this. At first it projected quite well. Now at the 5 hour mark it’s come closer to my skin but still definitely there. The dry down is balanced, but definitely feminine. I just don’t see how people can consider this one unisex. Maybe the woods come through more on other people’s skin giving a slightly more masculine edge?
At any rate, I’ll probably be giving the rest of my bon bon away to my sister. That being said, this is a good scent for younger women. It’s fruity, calming, and I think on the right type of woman this could come off as a very inviting scent. The Scent of Peace is a suitable name for it. The bottle has to be one of the most beautiful presentations I’ve ever seen. The catch is the price. I’m not the first to comment on Bond No. 9 and their price point, and I won’t be the last. Ladies, if you read this far, are under 35, have some cash to blow, and can get a deal on this, then have at it.

  20. :

The Scent of Peace sticks out amongst a sea of fruity florals. It’s light, fresh and incredibly juicy. Black currant is probably my favorite fruity note, it’s tart and always smells like it’s just dripping with juiciness. That being said – Scent of Peace is the perfect fragrance for summer, when you want to feel fresh and keep cool. There’s a breezy, airy quality there that just feels refreshing.
The Scent of Peace is a bit on the softer side – and didn’t have much projection for me (which is a shame, considering the price). Lastly, the scent really matches its name. I can’t imagine The Scent of Peace offending anyone, even the most scent-sensitive types.

This smells exactly as DG Light blue smells (especially the dry down). Scent of peace is slightly stronger than Light blue.
It smells very nice but the price is not justifiable.

Beautiful SOMEWHAT unisex scent (if you like soft, airy scents) but bond n.9 are seriously smoking some heavy crack charging these prices. Just absolutely laughable prices for some of their weak fragrances, this one being one of them since it lasts all but 2 hours! Even on clothing it lasts about 3 hours tops!
    Ridiculous!
    Scent – 8.5/10
    value – 1.5/10

Very relaxing scent. Clean and bright, optimistic and charming. The combination of black currant, citrus, Lily of the Valley, cedar and musk seems familiar. It reminds me of Arpege eclat and also a little bit of I fancy you by Jessica Simpson. It would be the perfect scent for a casual date wearing a white wool sweater and pale pink lipstick.
Again, thanks to Gypsy Parfumista for the generous decant.

Another Michel Almairac fragrance and another beauty.
This is SUCH a beautiful fragrance. It’s one that will make you breathe a sigh of relief. It’s light, airy and sweet. I love it, just not the sillage or lasting power, both of which are quite weak.
It’s a perfect summer scent that I will enjoy for years to come.

One of my favorites from the Bond no 9 house. It smells like walking fresh out of the shower wearing a really good shampoo. Great ingredient quality, very natural smelling. As a man, I would totally wear this because it doesn’t even smell like cologne – it just smells like a person who is really clean.
$265 retail? Absolutely not. $140 via Fragrancenet with coupon, yes.

I don’t own this perfume yet, but surely plan to in the near future. Here’s the deal with this scent and it is totally “my opinion”. You will either love it or hate it, luckily for me it’s a LOVE all the way. I tested this at Neiman Marcus recently with two spritzes to the base of each side of my neck and walked down the breezy/cold Magnificent Mile during a recent shopping trip and fell in love. This scent starts off bright and crisp, but the floral lingers mainly in the base. I can’t wear D&G light blue because it comes off pungent and harsh on my skin for some reason. I’ve tried and tried, but I can definitely wear this though and to me it is in the same vein but not a complete dupe for D&G light Blue. This perfume smells classy and lasted on me for 15plus hours or so. I think people reviewing this scent need to judge it based off it’s performance and chemistry and not a mere sniff from the bottle.

Grass!! All I smelled at first was grass. Then some soap and lemon. While I was trying to figure out what this was doing on my wrists, it started to morph into a powder and sweetness. I’m going to have to keep this around to try a few more times to decide what I think, but overall it seems to taper down to a little too much of a peaceful whisper to me. In theory that’s actually perfect- it’s peace- but it’s not a signature or heavy rotation scent for me.

This scent is totally different from other Bond perfumes.
    So light,nice,easy,everybody likes this scent.
But I cannot pay over$100 for this scent. There are ton of similar cheap fragrances in Japan.

I’m a man & i enjoy wearing this one for myself. This is totally a unisex fragrance.
The only thing that sets this apart from the Male version, are the Current Buds & Vetiver. Which by the way makes the Male version extremely loud, strong & very earthy.
A man could easily pull this fragrance off in the Spring & Summer just as easily as a woman…& no one would ever notice that he’s wearing a perfume.

Regular words cannot describe how good this smelled to me right after I sprayed it – only expletives can and did. It is green-fruity-floral deliciousness and reminded me of a fruitier version of Gucci Envy Me, which I also love. Yet it does not smell as cheap, generic, and boring as the hundreds of floral-fruity scents out there. I was quite overwhelmed with how bloody great this smells. But an hour or two later… underwhelmed. It was no longer so deliciously fruity-fresh, but a musky mediocrity. I really have to test this juice again. Thanks for making it so affordable, dear Bond No. 9 … not.

A very pleasant fragrance with a medium-heavy scent and light sillage. That combination is excellent if you want to feel like you’re perfumed, but don’t want to announce your perfume more widely.
While it does have some similarities, to my nose this definitely isn’t the same as Light Blue. Light Blue has a much stronger cedar note that is weak in this, and this has beautiful black currant note I miss in Light Blue. The difference between the grapefruit here and the lemon in Light Blue is also quite apparent.
Of course, that’s my nose and my skin. Enough people have made the comparison that if you already own Light Blue you might want to try a sample first rather than making this a blind buy.

  32. :

If you are looking for heavy long lasting perfume, this one is not for you. Its very complicated at the same time its very simple. The fragrance is very light, can be accepted by all the people. its light fruity with light musky and stay so beautifully on the skin.
Tip : never ever mix it with other perfumes. its very light and sensitive.
العطر خفيف جدا و رائع في نفس الوقت, رائحة التوت و المسك اكثر شي واضح . لا تحاول ان تخلط العطر مع العطور الاخرى.

  33. :

    3 out of 5

I really like the floral opening of this scent, but the drydown gets very sweet on my skin. I think that after an hour or two, it loses some of the complexity that you get in that first burst of scent, and you’re left with a very strong Lily of the Valley smell that isn’t as sophisticated as what I’d expect from Bond No. 9.
I like it well enough for evening when I want to try something different, but it’s not an everyday scent for me.

  34. :

    3 out of 5

To me, this smells just like Dior Addict 2 before it got reformulated a few billion times (ok, 3, but it’s now so watered down that it’s pointless) which was my favorite summer scent for years and has lots of good memories attached. It’s weird, because this doesn’t really have any notes in common, but they are very similar on my skin. Must be a chemistry thing. This doesn’t really smell like Light Blue. Same genre for sure, but LB has a lot of cedar in it and is in general just more masculine and aquatic. This is fresh, but fruity all the way. Honestly I could see myself buying a full bottle of this come summer, just because I really can’t tolerate any type of perfume except for clean shampoo scents like this when the temperature hits 80. Stupid summer. But this is an exceptionally nice clean shampoo scent.

  35. :

    5 out of 5

Very pleasant. Peachy to me. Reminds me of Keiko Mecheri Peau de Peche a little. After reading the notes I do get a bit of blueberry. There is a familiar note that I cannot put my finger on. It’s so familiar and nostalgic that I could see myself buying just to sniff it until I figured it out. It is, in fact quit peaceful smelling to me.

  36. :

    3 out of 5

I will start with 2 of the most popular comparisons.
First, there is Creed Acqua Fiorentina. Slightly similar to this Bond, but the Creed is much heavier on the cedar and has a very strong plum that is, to me, reminiscent of vomit. I would consider this perfume ‘lighter’, and the Creed perfume ‘heavier’, not in terms of projection but in the type of scent. I think black currant was a much better choice than plum.
Then there is D&G Light Blue. Very similar to Bond, but Light Blue is just TOO light. The lemon in Light Blue comes across very lemon-Pledge-y to me, and unfortunately the entire scent is just POOF gone in a matter of an hour. I do like the apple in it though, which is something that Bond doesn’t have. Otherwise the similarities are there – the cedar, the lemon, the clean-fresh almost soapy kinda smell.
Then there is the Bond, my fave of this category. It starts out smelling like some shampoo, maybe Pantene [which I always loved growing up, even though it made my hair look like crap]. To be honest it is a little harsh at first, maybe a little hairspray-like. But it warms up into your skin and smells AWESOME. It’s almost hard to describe, because the blending is so nice, I can barely pick out specific notes. The only way I can describe it is that is smells clean and a little sweet, kind of fruity but mostly just CLEAN. It definitely shares some similarities with the other 2 I mentioned but this one is the very best.
The longevity is also impressive for me, considering the fact that this is a Bond frag. This one lasts 6-8 hours on me, projecting decently the whole time. Not OMG IN YOUR FACE projection, but I catch whiffs of myself all day, and if I walk past someone they can definitely smell it. This is probably the only Bond frag I feel would be worth my $, it is the whole package – the blending, the lasting power, the projection, it is great for everyday.

Broseph not like Scent of Peace. Scent of Land Grab and Political Unrest is better.

  38. :

Oh, how I adore thee… so why do I keep swapping you away?
This is grapefruit, blackberry, and cedar on me.
    It’s absolutely gorgeous.
It’s very strong and almost oily smelling (in a good, tenacious way), but it doesn’t have much sillage.
I am mourning Scent of Peace, as I recently got rid of mine, but honestly… I think 2 parts Light Blue (dupe oil) and 1 part Trish # 9 Blackberry & Vanilla Musk (dupe) might work in a pinch. And I’m in a pinch.

Lanvin Eclat d’arpege + Anything Citrus scent. it will be good that is grapefruit. Save your money.

  40. :

    4 out of 5

I do not see the resemblance to Light Blue that many people are talking about. Light blue is extremely citrus and fresh. Granted, Scent of Peace is VERY fresh, but it also has a strong floral scent that LB does not have. I do have to agree though that this scent does have a very STRONG shampooish scent which would probably be why is smells so clean and fresh. Very nice. I wore this continually for about 8-9hrs, which is VERY long on me considering most fragrances only like 4-5 hrs on me. I really “like” this fragrance, but it is NOT a must have LOVE perfume for me.

  42. :

Abject failure. Bought this for significant other, but returned it with venom. Pleasing, but cheap-smelling scent, but worse, has nearly zero longevity and sillage. While I am never one to push my value proposition on others, in this case I feel compelled to do precisely that. SOP is a total waste of money, like far too many of the seemingly thousands of Bond’s. I wish they’d put more money into producing truly outstanding fragrances versus those cool looking bottles, which are awkward to store on a shelf and take up too much space for the value that they add to the collection.

Lovely scent. It does remind me of some shampoo I used as a child but it’s not a negative in my opinion. I’m not fond of soapy clean smells, they’re just a bit boring for me. Yet this one I can’t categorize as soapy clean. It’s a soft & beautiful.

  46. :

    4 out of 5

My husband gave me a FB of this for Christmas last year. It was totally unexpected. He chose this because he done a lot of research on hedione, an aromachemical that I happen to LOVE the smell of. It has a salicylate “tang” to it that is really green smelling and mouth watering at the same time. There is an overdose of this in Givenchy’s Amarige, and it is recognizable in Dior’s Eau Sauvage, which I had bought for a boyfriend years ago and appropriated for myself! Sadly, I cannot detect hedione in this fragrance. First of all, Scent of Peace is a sillage monster, one of the few scents that is so strong that it’s pungency renders me unable to detect notes by triggering instant anosmia. I instantly feel the way I do after an afternoon of sniffing at Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus; as though I am suffering from olfactory fatigue. I keep going back to this fragrance because it is very expensive and I like the idea behind it creation; but I just can’t love it. I get a shaving-cream vibe from this that dries down to cedar, cedar and more cedar. Thanks to Bond N.Y. characteristic absolute strength, this perfume follows me everywhere, and continues to haunt me the next day as well. While I love this characteristic in Bond New York’s Fire Island and Chinatown, I cannot appreciate it in this particular fragrance.

  47. :

    5 out of 5

For me, this is the definitive item that separates a Creed from a Bond for miles apart.
This is low-rent, the most generic-designer mist of an excuse one could pay North of $100 for – it expresses absolutely no prowess of blending or quality of notes over what your trusted Lynx can manage – in fact even those have a more ‘addictive’ hit to them, at a ‘fine pair of Trainers’ price less.
Opening has no traits of a ‘niche’ grapefruit or blackcurrant, it’s actually quite nauseating at how confused and flat this mist actually comes out as.
The blackcurrant aspect only becomes the slightest entertaining after half an hour – again nothing a good choice Lynx couldn’t have achieved. Plus you can actually apply those under your arms too!
Very disappointing. To see notes like Lily of the valley and Grapefruits being used so lazily under that massive asking price. And on the matter of price – I cannot even state they are playing it ‘safe’ with this – and many of their ‘fashionable’ line. This seems like Wallet roulette to me if anything else.
Simply bordering on the obnoxious by Bond. They really do need a study in Creedology before any further embarrassments like this!
    1/5.

I love this scent. I’ve read a lot of comparisons to Light Blue but I disagree…I like Light Blue but that fragrance is crisp and airy…The musk in Scent of Peace gives it a warmer depth. This is a great wear to work fragrance. I only wish it lasted a little longer on the skin.

    Hi. I’m a guy. I don’t like this.
I got a sample of this from the Bond lady at the Saks in Costa Mesa. Put a dot of this on my hand. And this one smells like a lot of money for something nothing special. Bath and Body Works stuff is better than this. Ladies please buy real niche or get something commercial that will save you money and smells better.

  51. :

I really wanted to love this and at first spray, i like the smell… a lot… it’s clean and sweet and comforting. However shortly after, that nice scent i smell upon first spritz is nothing but gone, all im left with is the smell of just washed hands.
I received a sample from Saks and was pretty excited to try based on the reviews here and on YouTube but unfortunately this didn’t do it for me. Too faint, not a remarkable fragrance. I wish those first beautiful opening notes would linger a lot longer but nope, gone gone gone.
I’ll keep loving my I love NY for mothers, which is my favorite scent ever!!!

  52. :

Lovely Lovely Lovely. I got a test spray of this on my wrist and it is now at the top of my WANTED list. The scent is fresh without being boring, sweet without being sickly, grapefruity without being sour and although it’s not listed I also got a hint of freesia. This is classy enough to suit a lady but wouldn’t be out of place on a younger girl either. This perfume is quite linear, it still smelled like I had just sprayed it on when I returned home a few hours later. It has a similar freshness to Light Blue but IMHO this is much much better and although much more expensive, I think it’s worth it. This would be the perfect gift to a woman you hold in high regard.

  53. :

Update: Scent of peace when first applied has a pine / woodsy grass smell, a little orange blossom blended in. It gets sweeter the longer you wear it… It has a white grape & peach undertone followed by a breezy floral bouquet…
Very elegant young at heart fragrance…
Edit: there’s a note that’s not added “Hedione” a green like citrusy Jasmine note

  54. :

    3 out of 5

I do smell a similar tone to Light Blue but Scent of Peace, This fragrance to me has more textures than light blue & a lot more delicate
Light Blue to me is citrus & Cedar with aquatic tones… Scent of Peace is Sweet Citrus, Floral, lightly woody, grape / berry sweetness…. I do pick up on notes of peony & jasmine even though their not listed its more than just lily of the valley.. Plus it does have a peach note hidden so it has a tropical undertone …
In my opinion Scent of Peace is more balanced & better of the two
Scent of Peace reminds me of a young whimsical white floral scent… The grandchild of the typical gardenia, jasmine, tuberose fragrances with that grape note… Scent of peace is lightly floral sweet, with a grape/berry note.. I can see someone wearing this to a serious event it’s so delicate that it’s versatile

Clean with a citrus introduction. I like it but there’s just nothing special about it! Nice everyday scent but it’s a mediocre fragrance for the price. Check out the other Bond no.9s if you’re in the mood to spend some cash money!

Scent of BS, this is a rip off of Light Blue lol, as another reviewer pointed out

I’m surprised that Jasmine is not listed in this fragrance.
To me it’s a young floral or a young Couture Couture by Juicy. It has that grapish smell with a little white floral undertone without being old lady

I wore D&G Light Blue for a long time and I am not reminded of that fragrance at all when I smell The Scent Of Peace. This fragrance is more feminine, much sweeter, and has a much less prominent cedar note. I would agree with pyarkaaloo: this does evoke Country Apple from Bath & Body Works (one of my favorite fragrances during my teens). I think it’s something about the mouthwatering tartness that results from the amalgamation of the grapefruit and black currant. This fragrance has an unmistakable, youthful appeal to it. As it dries down and loses its sparkling freshness, I’m reminded of blueberry muffins, which is delicious. Other than that, I can’t rave about this fragrance. While it is lovely, I find it very faint. It’s definitely lacking in the sillage and longevity departments, and is not exceptional enought to warrant the huge price tag.

This is very similar to light blue by D&G, hmmm

I LOVE this scent. It is sooooooooooooo good. Every single note that it is in this bottle is perfect and just hits the spot for any connoisseur of good perfume. It is very comforting, yet has absolute spirit. It lasts a really good long time, but for even better results (as I have found with every single perfume out there, if you spray it on your clothes instead of your skin, it hugs you for a good long while before its wistful farewell).

My new favorite comfy scent. It’s juicy sweet (jam) berries, sparkling citrus with clean woody freshness. Yes, it reminds me of Falling In Love by Philosophy also, which I love but no longer have. However, this Scent of Peace outlasts any comfy scents from my collection. Its been about 10 hours and I still can smell it and still going strong.

Very nice fresh scent. It’s like a perfect blend of the sweet berries from Philosophy Falling in Love, Grapefruit and Lily of Valley from Moschino I Love Love, and The mild woody accord D&G Light Blue. I’m happy with the scent but not how much it costs.

How to describe this one? this scent is sparkling & Multifaceted with an unique, relaxing, and uplifting aroma.
Scent of Peace is a mouth watering fruity / floral citrus fragrance that blends spicy black currant, candied grapefruit, living florals, and airy wood notes of cedarwood to create a vivacious & ageless scent.
it starts off with a blast of cedar and green fruity notes for about a good 5 to 10 minutes then transforms into a mouth watering blend of apple blossom & peach champagne. Lily of the Valley slowly makes it’s way in the background throughout the remainder of the fragrance.
    .the comparisons
.Luscious Pink: they do share a similarity but I would say Scent of Peace would be an ultra enhanced version of Luscious Pink quality wise. Scent of Peace Keeps that sour citrus note that Luscious Pink starts of with (which is my favorite part.)
.D&G Light Blue: They both Share that Cedar, apple blossom dry down, but the citrus notes in Light Blue are Warmer than the ones in Scent of Peace, which are rather icy & refreshing.
.Viva La Juicy / Siren: They all share a small comparison but also a big difference. Scent of Peace does share that mesmerizing fruity sweetness that Viva la Juicy & Siren has, but drops the strong gourmand background.
.Lollipop Bling Honey: They don’t smell exactly alike but do share that same shampoo tropical peach floral bouquet. Scent of Peace would fit in perfectly with the Lollipop Bling Collection, it’s child like while being elegant all in one.

It smells like summer rain but with a touch of sweet flowers. Its also fruity, light, fresh, sexy and simple. It also smells like good smelling shampoo! It might be a little too “pretty” and “girly” but there is definitely something special with this scent in which I love, maybe a little kick of fruit punch.

A breath of fresh air! Bought a 50ml bottle of this yesterday, after finishing a sample that i got a couple of months ago…
I actually think this is not a very “special” scent… It´s just… fresh!! A little bit sweet, citrusy.
I can´t put my finger on it, but this one just smell like quality to me. It might be a simple fragrance, but it still smells special… Like it a lot, and this will be my favourite this summer!

This does NOT suit my chemistry at all (as I keep saying, I’m a top notes retainer). It’s a spanking clean scent, yes, but it smells like almost every other lemon/citrus scent on me – lovely & delicious showergel. I get some LOTV in the background eventually, but it morphs into the lemon too much to enjoy it separately, which is such a shame since I do love my LOTV. I get no base at all. If I didn’t enjoy baths as much as I do, I’d get it for the sake of others around me
