Tenera also belongs to the collection Fragrant Confessions Collection and provides the feeling of happiness in all its aspects: innocent and bodily, poetic and seductive, mysterious and comforting, untouched and juicy, intellectual and passionate. The fragrance has a woody-oriental character and the composition was created by the founder and creative director of the brand Alexandra de Montfort and Nathalie Lorson of Firmenich. Initial notes are cold, tart notes of black pepper, mixed with elemi, thyme and rosewood. The heart features a seductive blend of rum, guaiac wood, patchouli and heliotrope, resting on a base of vanilla, benzoin, amber and leather. According to the house of Rouge Bunny Rouge perfume Tenera intertwines suede and vanilla.
The fragrances are available in flacons of characteristic form as 50ml Eau de Parfum. Tenera was launched in 2014.

Tenera means “tender” and that perfectly describes this fragrance…slightly boozy oozy vanilla grounded in wood…absolutely fantastic…

Reminds me very much of Spiriteuse Double Vanilla: Woody vanilla with a hint of tobacco, but this has a green note in there that sort of takes away some of the creamy goodness. Then that goes away and it’s lovely heavy vanilla, but ends vanilla cedar and SO like SdV that it seems redundant. Still, very nice.

Gorgeous, woody boozy vanilla with some pepperiness and earthiness to boot. Rogue bunny rogue delivers again on composition, though I’m not quite getting the longevity I had wanted…drydown is a sweet powdery herbal one, heliotrope vanilla and thyme. Woods pepper and patch are more prominent at first few minutes.

This is stunning, it reminds me of a soft ice cream float with rum essence, gorgeous. Fans of Guerlain’s Gourmand Coquin, Spiriteuse Double Vanille and Cuir Beluga will adore this.

This composition by Nathalie Lorson is just amazing! I bought it almost blindly only by sniffing an empty tester bottle and I grabbed the last bottle left in the store. When I wore it, first I thought it was too masculine for my taste, sort of regreting from buying it untested. But after a few wearings it grew on me and now is one of my favorites.
The scent is a boozy-woody vanilla with a dash of pepper, thyme and patchouli. The leather note lends some depth and together with woody notes and fresh spices, they control and balance the sweetness of vanilla, rum, benzoin and heliotrope. The vibe is a bit rough and dusty and there is a tiny herbal undertone (could be thyme) that disturbed me in the first wearings. But my nose got used to it and it softens after some time has passed. I also get some faint bergamot-like nuance from time-to-time, which could be elemi. The drydown, which is my favorite part, is a soft, sweet, sensual and yummy caramellic rum & wood, reminding the aged rum in oak casckets.
I think the Nose has managed to keep the unisex balance perfectly since there are enough notes and charms for both sexes to enjoy.
The sillage is enormous. I left a paper strip in the room for a while and when I returned I could clearly smell the scent in the air. And it’s also very long lasting. I also like the bottle and the stopper is made of heavy metal. Well done RBR!

This scent is amazing! I have a sample of it and I like it very very much. When I spray I get an intense green vibe of elemi and a spiciness of black pepper. After that, I get lots of woods and a sensual smell of vanilla until the drydown of the fragrance. It’s a scent suitable for cooler weather, especially at evening. Dark,woody,sweet,sensual and special! Amazing!

My second favorite by Rougue Bunny Rougue. Finally perfect caramel vanilla rum – I was looking for in Tom Ford Velvet Orchid, but never found it. .Reminds me of a divine gourmet black vanilla rum essence ice cream, but never being too sweet at the same time.
