I sampled it from its tester first sniff was sharp but in 30 min to 1 hr it mellowed out become a soft floral so I bought a bottle. However is bottle different from tester, it is screechy lemony green at first starting to fade in 10 min but still screechy, after 20 min skinscent lemon tree leaves. Total disappointment.

These notes are a mistake!!! Oriflame lists white royal lily and peach blossom, alongside with cashmere musk (whatever it should be) and many more. No violet whatsoever…
What I get from this beautiful, spring scent is lily of the valley, peach blossom too, but I’d dare and sense a bit of apple blossom in it as well. Generally it’s a cool, misty floral and wonderfully soapy scent, with a hint of citrus.
The opening is fresh and beautiful, the middle notes are screechy and chemical – rather cheap smelling, but luckily this unfortunate phase doesn’t last long. Very soon the drydown emerges – and it’s like the returning of the initial notes – just as a garden smelling beautifully after the storm. The citrus comes back (unusual for a citrus to be present in the drydown)! Also the blossom reoccurs. There is no musk or wood as such, there is just this cool/misty background which must be the trace of the presence of these two ingredients but really in small amounts – and that’s just great:) The perfume is long-lasting (after 3 hours I can smell it very well from my wrist).
I’d say it’s a typical modern Oriflame release – in the mood of Wonder Flower, Elvie or My Little Garden – and I totally love these creations! They’re so refreshing but not really sparkling – they’re rather like a spring, misty morning in a botanical garden or damp forest after a rainy night. There could be more perfumes of this cool floral/soapy type on the market – only made by other houses – that would be very interesting!

Where is the lily from the main notes? The notes in Fragrantica are not the whole story of this scent, not at all.
First this seems like the tender, soft and elegant fragrance like the name and the bottle tells
The opening is fresh floral and I liked it, but the dry down is another story; smells like some outdated, turned scent on my skin – so this is definitely not for me.
I can handle powdery scents, but not this kind of sharp and powdery.
Test before buying, not a safe blind buy.

Let’s start with the composition of the smell 🙂
top notes of lemon, peach blossom, pink pepper
middle notes: white lily, lily of the valley, peony
base notes are sandalwood, iris root, cashmere musk
As for the composition, remarkable, complex, very pleasant in their habits. Also I have the impression that although the smell is recommended in the spring to the autumn and winter it would be better to bore 🙂

There is not much to be told about a perfume like Tenderly Promise by Oriflame.
Yes, it is mainly a musky scent, but, violet and sandalwood are very prominent also. It’s a perfect blend. A beautiful scent. An interpretation of violet worthy of trying.
The only problems that I detect is the longevity; it won’t last more than two hours. Sillage is fine, there are even pricier perfumes that stay close to the skin. Second problem is the intensity: could be more intense, becomes way too soft.
Could turn soapy as well.

It has a nice fresh floral scent.
Sadly the lasting power is weak. I tried it a few times. One time it lasted for an hour, another time it lasted 15 minutes.
So I’ll say it can last from 15 minutes to an hour.
Even so it’s very weak. You can barely smell it on your skin after 10 minutes. You will have to take a deep sniff on your skin where you’ve applied it to see if it’s still there or not.
I really did liked the scent. If only it could last longer.
I suppose I can use when I need to go for a quick grocery shopping.
Wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy this.

The bottle looks very lovely. I love Lily scent but I think it can be better. Longevity is good too. Light, cool and fresh.

Hmm, well, I am sure it will be sorted nearer time of release … or is it available already? I may order from them at some point as I am rather interested in this house, and the notes you stated makes this a fragrance I am even more interested in!

From the official site:
TOP NOTES:Lemon Sparkles, Peach Blossom, Pink Peppercorns
MIDDLE NOTES: Royal White Lily, Lily of the Valley, Peony
BASE NOTES: Sandalwood, Cashmere Musks, Orris Root
The main note according to Oriflame is Lily. The notes listed here are rather misleading.
