I love violets…and if you love violets you need to try this perfume NOW…sweet, sugary violets but it’s not too sweet…such a peaceful and serene scent…love it…

Anyone can look at my wardrobe and guess that I am a fan of Hilde. I like the delicate thoughtful approach she takes with her fragrances. This one for instance, she takes powdery violet, which has been done a million times over and still makes it nice enough for me to order a bottle and love it. This is candy violet but with enough soft woods to keep it from being sickening. Penhaligon’s Violetta is still my fave violet but this is close. This is softer and much warmer with the granular sugar note. I am a violet junkie so of course this is a good fix for me.
