There was something vegetative-smelling in it that I didn’t like. Returned it to Philosophy!

This smelled like a (good and well-blended) mix of Amazing Grace, Clinique Happy, Pure Grace, Dove soap, and something aquatic~musky~salty. I really liked it.
I would need to retry on more hydrated skin. My skin is dry and I tried it on at the end of a stressful and coffee-filled day.

Love it! Bande Soile suntan lotion in a fragrance you can wear whenever you need a vacation at the beach!

I really love this – it’s perfect for a summer by the beach. Usually I like to get caught up in the notes of a perfume, but with this one the notes are extremely harmonious and I focus on more of what it makes me think of: it IS the smell of the beach! White floral, salty, suntan lotion-y, sunny, aquatic, and musky are the “notes” that I smell together. I find it delightful!

Caught this at Macy’s. First sniff, cucumbers. Then a light (white?) musk that sticks. Not my favorite of the Philosophy line. It would be like if you mixed the original Amazing Grace with Pure Grace. Just right in between. Affordable and a decent option for summer.

A little Lemon Pledge-y, but I like it. It is the ONLY Philosophy fragrance that has any lasting power on me. Most of their scents are so light as to be barely detectable after a few minutes.

Tried this in Ulta this evening. I think I kind of like it. It starts off with bergamot and freesia. Very fresh and clean and even a bit soapy. A little while after, orange blossom comes through with tiare and a very distinct honeysuckle which adds something a little sweet to the composition, but is not overly done. There is still freshness there from the freesia to keep it from going overboard on the sweetness. It settles with light woods and musk. Great fragrance for summer.
I’d be interested in trying this again to see how it wears as far as longevity. Seems to wear close to the skin after a while, so not much sillage. In the summer heat here in Houston though, light and subtle is the way to go.
