This was the only fragrance that I’d ordered and that arrived 99% leaked…Yes, very frustrating. And to make matters worse the smell was fantastic…only that the smell was coming from the wet cardboard and not from inside the bottle. It was, judging from that very strange and limited experience, indeed a very sunny summery scent, a rendition of aftersun body lotion. I remember being able to identify the camomile, ylang ylang and linden blossom. It did not last long though.

Pity. I thought I would really like this. Citruses: check. Ylang-ylang: check. Bit of warm tonka bean: check. Intriguing reviews: check. I get chamomile. That’s it: chamomile (which, not being a favourite scent of mine, I was hoping would be buried in the background. But nope: it’s front and centre on me). I think if I were familiar with Clarins’ suncare line (which Sunshine has been compared to) I might have passed on this. Glad I tried it. And now I know. 🙂

This is SUNSHINE in a bottle!!! It’s got a unique scent to it and made from natural oils as in all Clarins treatement fragrances. it trasports you imnmediately into a happy mood whether you want it or not!
Livan_73Dr – :
I come home to myself every time I wear Eau Ensoleillante.
Yes, it does resemble the signature aroma of Clarins sun-care products.
Magical teleportation properties in a bottle!
One fine spritz and I am instantly at the beach, or riding through the bush on my mountain-bike (in my mind) regardless of where my physical being happens to reside for the day! I adore this aspect.
Over the years I have been able to appreciate the individual floral notes present in this beautiful composition and how they interact with each other creating a desirably comforting synergy.
The mimosa, linden and ylang truly shine on my skin. I smell honey and something very warm and moreish. Sunshine Fragrance is a gorgeous floral perfume.
My signature. It feels like “me”.

My thumps UP for this one Clarins!
Now, this is a treatment fragrance indeed! It has both a uniqueness to its scent and it’s also made from natural essential oils and not artificial ones. It definitely smells like summer without being coconutty or flowery. There’s actually very little watermelon in it-it’s the chamomile and linden that gets it confused with watermelon scent. The right combination of flowers and botanicals give it a summer fragrance of its own plus it really perks up your mood.
This fragrance is really a treatment for the winter blues and for anyone wishing it was summer all year long…!

I really like this – it is summery without being beachy, coconutty or overly floral. It comes out in a lovely soft body mist too. But I literally cannot detect it on my skin 10 minutes after spraying all over.
Ascestbritbat – :
Even if it is not listed I get a nice tiare-gardenia note in the dry down that stays long enough for an eau fraiche. The watery note in the beginning is noticeable and lasts for about 2 hours.
листик – :
When I put it on, I am instantly transported to the Caribbean: it is the same odor as the sunscreens from Clarins that I like to use.
Antooon – :
I really, really like this – to my nose its a sweet blend of chamomile & mimosa with warm fruity hay. I imagine this would be perfect for those hot summer evenings – delish!

This is a very light barely ere, subtle fragrance. Slightly warm
Spicy slightly citrus and some watermelon. Summery and light, this is a pleasant daytime fragrance. To me it would suit someone very young. Upbeat n carefree this is more like a unisex refreshing body mist or the smell of those moist skin wipe towelette’s. Its a nice inoffensive scent that could be worn daily in an office as its unlikely to overpower or offemd anyone.
Fragrance name sunshine is fairly accurate, suitable.

If you miss Fendi Palazzo, try this. It’s not as long-lasting of course but it’s really very close. It’s the distinctive smell of Clarins sun protection products.
Cherk – :
I can’t decide if I like this or not… There’s something in it that screams “old lady,” especially if you just sniff the bottle. Maybe the chamomile?
However, there’s also something so fresh and reinvigorating about it, I agree with what the box says about this being a therapeutic scent to refresh the wearer.
As it settles in on the skin, a hint of patchouli creeps in and then after that, it’s gone.
Definitely test this because while I can’t get too into Sunshine Fragrance, I could definitely see where someone might fall in love with it.
Timerhan93 – :
My favourite this sommer.
I smell no watermelon here, but nice chamomileish and citrusish…
the ingredients are:
Tilia cordata wood extract,
Anthemis nobilis flower extract, (ie chamomile)
citrullus lanatus (watermelon)
Mimosa tenuiflora bark extract, griffonia siplicifolia seed extractHexyl cinnamal,
limonene,
coumarin
If a chypre woody category existed this fragrance would be it.

Bought this one too fast after sniffing it in the shop, bought the bodylotion as well…I looked forward to taking a shower a few hours ago and to try my new lotion and fragrance….
Ugh!!!
Walking around like an orange might match my cellulite (ha,ha) but doesn’t
make me happy…
It’s not only the orange though…someting about this frag makes me want to wash it off and yearn for something spicy and chypre floral (like the 24 farbourg I also bought today, thank god..)
Guess I’m not the citrus-type…which makes it hard to find the right scent these days…seems to be citrus in EVERYTHING lately…Why?!!!
Maybe I should give it a few more hours cause I sniffed a lot of perfumes today…I know how this effects your senses (dispit of the coffebones they put on the shelves and that you can sniff to neutralize)
miwelll – :
One of the most perfect and accurate watermelon scents I have ever tested!
A pretty blend of juicy watermelon and soft chamomile – I just wish it was a tiny bit stronger and longer lasting, because it’s so beautiful!
You’ll love this one if you like moderately fruity fragrances that stay close to the skin.

Interesting perfume! I bough them at the duty free counter…in the bigining I was not happy at all…but then…. after spaying few more times…I like them a lot! They are like mixtured of hot sun, burned bodies on the sun, amber and patchuli in the end…
I like them a lot..but they are not kind of “popular perfume”… better test before buying…
